I'm giving this a 5/5 really. I went there 2 years ago and I find myself fantasizing about going back routinely. I went there at what was maybe the worst moment in my entire life. Flew to Miami on a whim, buying my ticket about 24h before leaving. And the place managed to make me feel soothed and at ease for the entire week. Was able to use the gym every morning, grab a healthy breakfast, relax, sleep very well. The location was great, you step out and walk and right there you have a bunch of restaurants. Or you can exit by the terrace outside and end up directly on the beach without crossing a street. The staff was eagerly helpful and super charming. The room was very clean and I loved its design, it was very bright, the AC was tip top, everything smelled like heaven. Honestly the only reason I'm not going back is the price. Yes the place is a bit expensive (although it's more that Miami itself is pretty expensive... they're not the most expensive at all), especially the drinks. But really I don't regret a single dollar spent on this holiday. Again, I was basically scrapping the bottom of the barrel when I decided to go, and yet, whenever I remember this hotel I remember only positive things. If I could afford it at the moment, I would go again. Highly recommend.

Very good location, close to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. I chose a suite to have more space. Large suite, rustic and minimalist decor. Excellent acoustic sealing and you can't hear anything from the outside. Service without many smiles, but professional and efficient. It is important to say that the hotel charges a type of insurance worth 150 dollars per day, to cover any expenses incurred on the day of accommodation. The value is duly canceled or reduced upon departure. There is, as usual, a resort fee and on-site parking, with a daily fee of 40 dollars. The valet service is very attentive and fast, and can be called from the room, which is recommended. There are public parking lots three or four blocks away, at a much better cost, but this comes at the expense of comfort and privacy. Important: by paying your period in cash you can get a discount. Large and very beautiful lobby. Room cleaning, in general, very good, with amenities and towels replenished. Very beautiful and large pool area, with many options for rest. Organized beach area with good service. There is a Mexican restaurant on site where breakfast is served. We didn't use it, as there are several coffee options nearby, such as Rosetta and Joe and the Juice, which are more economical. There is a good Mexican restaurant on site for dinner, Diez y Seis.

The hotel really really needs a fresh up. Our room was super small and oldish. Music at the pool was so awful and too loud. The pool water was way to warm and not refreshing at all. 19 dollars is the price you need to pay if you want an umbrella at the beach. Real joke. Should be mandatory to have one with the chairs. First time but also the last time for us in this hotel. Really disappointing.

We bought $30 day passes for the pools. Drink service was great and you can order food also. The pool attendant will help you find a good spot by the pool. We got a huge Cabana bed in the Sun with plenty of towels. You can walk right up to the poolside bar or you can wait for the server to come around regularly. There's also a restaurant with a large covered patio and you can watch your pool spot while you eat some restaurant food. The food they offer poolside is a smaller menu. Prices for food and drinks were great. It was a Monday and the place was packed in every area of the hotel. People were having a good time and relaxing everywhere. Very laid-back location with clean bathrooms all around the pools. Everything you need right here! Beach access from pool area

The courtyard, pool area and the entire outside of the hotel was beautiful and I really loved the vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room however, did not live up to my expectations. I was in a junior suite with two queen beds (third floor). The room was very plain and not like any pictures I seen on their site. The room didn't feel clean when I first walked in, and after removing my shoes I could feel how dirty the floor was. The outside window was open when I arrived and there were cigarette ashes on the ledge between the two windows. My rooms view was the roof of the restaurant next door. Some animals seem to be living in the ceiling as I could hear them walking around and scratching throughout the day and night. Out of the 4 nights that I stayed here, the k-cups were replaced one time and only with decaf coffee (I'm a coffee addict) so I had to call the front desk. They apologized and coffee sent to the room right away. The remaining 2 times the room was "cleaned" they didn't replace the coffee and I had to call the front desk again. Aside from that, my experience was alright. I loved being so close to the beach. There's a door at the back of the pool area that is just a few steps from the beautiful beach. They also have chairs, beds, umbrellas, and a full friendly staff on the beach. I would give this hotel an extra star had it not been for my room experience.

Couldn’t fault it! An amazing hotel with lovely staff and in a great location to everything. The rooms were very clean and modern but could do with a little more TLC. The flow of the hotel is very airy and you don’t feel like your on top of anyone. 2 nice pools with a bar with a private beach seconds away. The only down side was that people are able to leave their sun beds for hours and still be able to come back to them, stopping others being able to us them.

The staff and the manager are friendly, super nice, and very informative. They explain the site places to see on the resort and the great local places. The room was clean when I arrived and they had some goodies to enjoy if you want. As for housekeeping they clean the room very well. The food that the restaurant provide was good to eat. Definitely will come back again with friends and family.

A modern-style hotel for those who want to be pampered and play in Miami's beautiful South Beach. The nightlife isn't hectic, but you can find a spot by the two pools, the patio/garden, the Red Room, or the beach to party. The 4th of July and New Years Eve are the largest party times, but even in my room overlooking the party on the night of the 4th I barely heard a sound. The stone walls and floors most likely help with this. If quieter relaxation is your style, the spa offers a variety of services including manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials. The hotel restaurant, Dies y Siez, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with delicious local foods and modern takes on classic Spanish heritage dishes. There is also a bar on the beach with chairs and umbrellas included in the resort fee. If you are looking to explore Miami, a house car is available to take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. Otherwise, cabs can be requested by the valet. For travel to the Miami Airport, cabs offer a flat $35 fee, which is less expensive than cans traveling the opposite way. The rooms are modern minimalistic and meant more as a place to sleep and dress between the beach and clubbing, but are perfectly fine for a night in watching tv. The mini-bar is expensive, but offers sodas, alcohols, wines, spirits, and food. If the room hosts adults, a "couple's kit" is available as well. For around $35. Overall, the Shore Club is a great place for those who enjoy the nightlife as well as those looking to enjoy the finer things South Beach has to offer.

The hotel is nice and the rooms have very spacious bathrooms. They have a cool swimming pool and the beach is only a few steps away. The only thing I didn't like about the rooms was that you can hear everything and anyone passing by. The rooms have very hollow walls so it doesn't make it easy to sleep. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Had a relaxing weekend at the shore club and the pool area is outstanding. The room was comfortable and the beds really soft. I had a delay in getting my car from the valet which was a little frustrating but the hotel made it right. I really respect a company that takes a problem and turns it into a positive result. Thank you management staff for addressing my concern and making it right. I will be back.

The view was unforgettable. I got one of the more pricier rooms, and the view was beautiful, the patio area could have been a little more clean. The beach is literally a small walk away and the hotel even has their own pools. You have to rent an umbrella though which was dumb, and the staff was sometimes a little rude. The room was kept clean and the bathroom was also impeccably clean. The food was good too, there was a buffet style breakfast and it was delicious.

We came here to celebrate my Husband's Birthday, we didn't want to leave. The area is perfect, the room, the view...give it a try and see for yourself! It's been over a year since we visited, still dreaming about this place.

Location is excellent and common spaces are beautiful. The pool is great and you’re steps from beach. The rooms however are very lack luster, no decorations or personality and could definitely use some updating. There’s also no shelves in the shower which was odd so you have to keep all your toiletries on the floor. Staff was friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was good. Note, everywhere on-site includes an 18% gratuity already (pool, restaurant, etc) so check your receipts! Nowhere to get coffee or light snacks or water which I found interesting and anything in your room Is beyond expensive. Spa was nice but would recommend purchasing your service on Groupon ahead of time.
