poor,
to
check
in
we
had
to
wait
10
min
for
another
staff
member
to
come
to
the
reception
desk
to
help
out,
while
the
entire
time
a
staff
member
was
on
the
Concierge
area,
with
no
client.
Elevators
take
super
long,
we
waited
almost
20
min
for
an
elevator.
Rooms
are
out
dated,
and
the
spray
they
used
to
improve
the
rooms
aroma
was
over
bearing,
my
beach
bags
still
has
it
smell.
The
bed
was
the
old
school
SPRING
MATTRESS!!!!!!!!!.
I
understand
that
the
Hotel
was
the
Old
Doral,
the
reception
area
was
beautiful
and
elegant
but
the
rooms
as
I
stated
were
not
what
I
expected.
The
restaurant
and
bar
staff
were
AMAZING!!!!!!
That
I
can
say
were
the
highlight
of
our
1
night
stay.
For
the
money
I
paid
for
1
night,
I
will
not
pay
to
stay
there
again.
I
get
a
cheaper,
bigger
room,
more
comfortable
stay
at
the
Days
Inn
in
Oceanfront.
NOT
happy
with
my
stay.
