This office is poorly run by Management and Cleveland Clinic protocols. Doctors are excellent, but overwhelmed by patients and not enough staff. Hence, staff is consistently changing. If you want to see your Dr. expect a minimum two months wait. You book an annual physical with your Doctor after waiting five months only to be informed a Physician Assistant will be conducting your physical. This is not the exception it’s the rule as it happened to both myself and my husband. If you can’t staff this office appropriately you should consider closing it.

Absolutely unprofessional stuff. God forbid you have a complaint and try to voice it, you can expect to get hanged up in your face. I have been calling for refill on a medication for a chronic condition for over 2 months and was told numerous times they will send over just to go to pharmacy and not have it there. Calling back am being told I must make an appointment. Why? I dont have new condition, its simple to send over a refill, but that wont pad up the dortors pockets so an office visit without an actual medical need is needed so they can bill the insurance. Wait, there is more. My last visit note to the Dr. About breast changes due to covid vaccine. Dr. Sent for mamogram 1 month before my 40th birthday. I asked if i have to pay or wait a month to turn 40 to be free and Dr. Davila advised it will be coded as Free. So i went 1 month before my 40th birthday. They send me 240$ bill for gping early. Lies and not admitting what he said during office visit after that. Wait, there is more. My son has the flu and his pediatrician said to call my dr and request a profilactic flu meds as preventative before i get very sick from him. Medicine needed right away for prevention. Of course the Dr. Refused to send it over unless i make an appointment at a time i no longer will likely need it. Greed at its finest. So why is this my primary office when they cant supply or resolve a single issue at hand (unless I make an appointment). I will be withdrawing from this greedy and rude clinic and look for a more profesional practice immediately.

Normally would not write a negative review unless truly necessary. Messed up my prescription 3 times. Wasted over half a day. 1- never sent it to the pharmacy 2- sent the wrong antibiotic to the pharmacy 3rd time - sent the wrong quantity and instructions to the pharmacy. The pharmacist called the office herself this time to help, after she was on hold for 20 minutes they told her the providers have now gone for lunch! Doesn't matter who is to blame for this mess, but in general save yourself the hassel and go to a more competant office.

Cleveland Clinic, the office of Jordan Zabari, APRN, is worthless. This office hasn't done anything to help me. It's been months and they've never even requested my medical records from my previous doctor. I simply requested medication refills and they replied saying they don't have my medication list and asked me to send them one. I signed a release for them to request my records months ago! Needless to say, nothings been done and getting any help is impossible. I have called, left messages and emails. They had no problem billing my insurance company, but when I asked for help they made no attempt to provide any solution. And no, I haven't found an endocrinologist, that's your job to find one for me and send a referral. Looks like I need to find a new primary as well. Thanks for nothing! Others need to know that your office does nothing but waist it's clients time and basically is a fraud! Very sad. Terrible experience! Neglectful!!! You're playing with peoples health and their lives! You should be ashamed of yourselves and should be shut down! How people like you get licensed in this state is beyond me! Time to investigate!

Ronald Fore; if I could have posted without any stars, I would have in my 70 years of visiting doctors, this by far was the worse visit I’ve ever had. The doctor could have been more distant and uninvolved with my care, if she hadn’t shown up in the examining room at all. Never did she examine me, she looked from a chair. I have rashes on my hip, back and chest. She looked at my feet and that was the limit of the visit. However, she looked at my feet from her chair. I have been to Vietnam and I was in Camp LeJeune, I have fungus amount other issues. Dr Duncan’s APRN only comment was anyone could get fungus. She had all this information and didn’t seem to want to get into my skin, health issues. I was given 2 creams and told if they don’t work come back in 30 days and at that time I may need to see doctors who know more then she does. I can’t believe the lack of medical attention I received today. I can’t seem to get it out of my mind.

Horrible patient experience! I've been trying to get a call back for a month to go over my test results and get a prescription refill. Dr. Venkateswaran has refused to call me back to discuss my results from my test. Pushed me to a patient portal. Sent multiple messages there and no one is calling me back. Do not recommend - stay way from this hospital for primary care!

Wow. Completely disappointed. Scheduled appt with pulmonologist Justin Dolan. Took 4 phone calls to finally get someone who knew what they were doing. First visit was impressive. Liked the Dr a lot. Then it all went downhill. Was scheduled for a follow up visit a week later and they day before, they called to cancel. Next available with the Dr. appt wasn’t for another 3 weeks. Then believe it or not, the day before that appt, they called to cancel me again. Lung problems are serious and being rescheduled over and over is very unprofessional. Will most likely seek another Dr because my confidence in him is diminishing.

Ist time appointment with Kristen, PA-C. I just loved her energy, enthusiasm! I was made to feel that she actually cared about my well-being. She made suggestions that I had not thought of. Professionalism, punctuality, compassion from all the staff I encountered. So refreshing, especially after recent experiences in the mental health arena. Just what I needed this morning!

Don’t even waste your time here. Had a first visit with blood work done then made a second appointment, a video visit waited for two hours on zoom only to find out that it’s closed and I was charged for the copay. No one followed up I had to call numerous times, no explanation was given. I was processed a refund no apologies and still no explanation only received attitude and impatience while trying to explain the situation to billing department. Follow the other reviews and just choose another provider.

Just awful service and if I could give a zero star I would. Went in for a yearly physical that went OK. Went to Quest for the blood work and they only sent one of the orders, by the way that order was sent in incorrectly. I've now been on the phone for over an hour trying to reach them to get this resolved and still waiting. I don't know what's worse, this office or terrible site they use mychart.

Very bad experience. Front desk staff is amazing, but how everything works inside is discouraging. Went for a minor health issue, but previously wrote them a message to make sure I could get the issue solved there. Got a vague answer and not from the provider I wrote to. Once I got to my appointment with the provider she told me they couldn’t help me (??!!!). After sending a message that asked exactly that. I have a new born at home and I wasted one hour+ of my time. This is unfair! Won’t go back for sure.

I just want to give a shout out to my nurse, Andrea! I visited this location yesterday and she was the most compassionate, kindest individual I’ve encountered. I haven’t stopped thinking about my interaction with her. Truly a heart of gold and in the right profession. Thank you Andrea, if you see this. - Stephanie
