Tyson Eye is a very well run medical office with all of the latest technology available. The staff is very much on their game. They are well trained and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had cataracts removed and upgraded lens implants done and I am super pleased. I now only need readers to see very fine print.

I really enjoy the girls that work in this office. They always have a smile or something good to say to make you smile. Very Courteous and pleasant.

Prompt professional service with on-time physician appointment. Technicians are well trained and are very pleasant and very professional. The office is in full compliance with Covid regulations and adherence to CDC guidelines. Office is clean and equipped with the finest instrumentation and technology. Practice is highly recommended. I have a serious cornea condition which is being treated by Dr. Stephens. He is kind, considerate and patient with answering all questions regarding diagnosis and treatment! His knowledge and breadth of experience has encouraged me to seek his expertise and surgical solution to rectify my corneal disease.

Dr. Gallo and her tech is amazing! However Amber, the frame specialist behaved like an petulant child unaccustomed to change who also not only embarrassed herself but managed to mortify me in front of the lobby with patients. I simply suggested that since I had already selected my lenses ( prior to the appointment) which were already on her desk ( handed to her with my name by Dr Gallo)could I switch with the current woman who was still trying to find her frames? You would have thought I asked Amber to self destruct! She agreed, but told me to “settle” down and when I said that was a rude thing to say, she went on a monologue about how it was rude of me to ask to switch. I told her she was over reacting and to stop talking about it and please could we just get on with the lens check out. She got up and ran crying away. 1. I never raised my voice 2. The other patient hadn’t decided on her frames yet. Mine were sitting ready to go. 3. I apologized and said I never intended to be rude, just practical. Why would she have agreed to sit me if she had an issue? Was a very unpleasant experience. Amber must be some kind of delicate flower… be warned.

This was my first visit. I felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I’m happy with the treatment I received. I am relieved to have found an eye doctor that I have confidence in.

Dr. Gallo is great. I haven't had great experiences getting glasses here so I wanted to get some online. My pupillary distance wasn't on my prescription so I called and asked and they aren't allowed to share that information with me. Are you kidding me? It's my information, I have the right to have the information. But you don't want me buying glasses elsewhere.

I am often nervous about eye care visits, particularly on my first visit. This doctor and assistant were warm, friendly and very professional. I am definitely coming back.

Very thourough, did not feel that they over-booked as most doctor offices fo these days. I was impressed with the attention received and friendly staffers- - receptionist needs to be attentative tho. No one was at counter when I entered so went to far right of area instead which was wrong then noticed later I was not the only customer who was enduring the same. Upon leaving and hesitated to ask a question—she had disappeared once again to chat with another gal away from the reception.

I trust Dr. Gallo with our whole family's vision care. She is smart, professional, and kind.

This office is run very efficiently - great staff and doctors. I have macular degeneration so I am in the office every six weeks. Dr. Pravak is thorough and very easy to talk. I usually have Virginia as his assistant and she is the best. She is very easy to talk to on numerous subjects and is extremely knowledgeable about my condition. She always puts me at ease and is very efficient. I would highly recommend Tyson Eye.

I had cataract surgery in April 2021. Dr. Stephens performed the surgery. The entire experience was wonderful from start to beginning. They were very informative in helping me decide which type of lenses lenses to choose. The surgery was successful and my vision is now 2020. For the first time in my life, I can see without glasses. Great appointment - first with Julie who did the testing, then my appointment with Dr. Gallo and finally I met with Andrea to help me choose frames (which I will wait to order when I return when my eyes aren't dilated!) All in all, it is a very professional and friendly office.

Felt rushed out and not listened to. Going to go get a second opinion elsewhere and won't be returning. Having eye issue still. No concerns were addressed and Dr. GALLO made it seem like I'm too young to have any kind of issue. Don't waste your time. I should've listened to the other reviews myself.
