Lived in the Blue Diamond for 7 years full time and it was heaven. And, it just kept getting better and better. The friendly and experienced management constantly strived to improve upon (updating and adding amenities) what is already a slice of paradise and is attentive to all residents. The entire property is spotless, neighborly/family oriented and while security is tight, it's not overbearing. Moved to a house...but wished I was still there.

The apartments, which are located on the side with views on both sides, have beautiful views! The apartments are not big, but you can make them cozy!

One of the really beautiful condos on Miami Beach. Great amenities and really fabulous spa. Amazing views and an even better location. A beautiful beach and pool area. 5 minutes from south beach and less then 10 minutes to the expressway. Just a great first class condo.

I visited this Condominium on Google Maps, it was a very plesant experience. Stong 8/ 10.

They treat residents poorly, and have absurd rules. Used to be a better condo but the rules kept piling on and are very overbearing

Security people are very very rude every time I order food delivery they kept the driver 15 minutes to check his ID ..lot of driver doesn't want to deliver here..I spoke to the management but they can't do nothing about that!! Go get your food by yourself!!!

Tallest on Miami Beach. These are twin tower condominium buildings: Blue Diamond and Green Diamond towers. The on-premises Italian Restaurant is called SARDINIA and is very good! Owned my two Italian business partners.
