My friend referred me to Palm Beach eyes and I must say that I was very impressed by their service and technology. That is the very 1st time I was excited to get my glasses. The girl helped me pick out a frame and I instantly liked them. Normally it takes me at least 15 minutes to narrow it down… not this visit! I also normally dread the eye exam but felt very comfortable and at ease with this doctor.. I have found my favorite eye doctor!

I had called in 25 minutes before going in and even through the phone call they were all so nice to me. I had let them know my glasses were missing a screw and upon arrival they were able to help me get them fixed. They told me to stay seated so they can check for me. The store itself has beautiful interior and nice music playing. Their frames are top of the line for any kind of guest young to elder. I would definitely recommend coming to this eye glass place if you're the palm beach area. The technician who helped me is Rae Landers. She took one quick look at my glasses and knew what to look for. Thank you so much Rae. I work insta cart and don't have any medical insurance for vision so this came in handy thank you so much. This company is really lucky to have you.

Staff friendly and helpful. Eye exam very professional and thorough. The optometrist was very personable and spent adequate time finishing exam, explaining things and answering any questions I had. The eye exam was very reasonable. Only down side was the glasses were very expensive.

I’ve been a long time patient of Dr. Pientka since the mid 90’s. He and his staff are excellent. They have the latest advances in technology to evaluate every aspect of your eye and your vision. The office is very spacious with a large section of eye glasses that you can get fitted for and purchase right there. Dr. Pientka and his staff are always very professional and courteous so it’s always a pleasure being seen. There is a reason Dr. Pientka has been my eye doctor for nearly 25 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was the best eye checkup I have experienced. I voiced my horrifying experience with the big chain that I had gone to last time. They listened and treated me as a human and not just another insurance claim. Setting up the visit online before going in was a great touch. The actual eye exam process was quick and easy and the staff were super friendly! Just go somewhere else for glasses if you like keeping your wallet. Also, the lady helping me pick out glasses was nice but she kind of gaslights you and doesn't let you have your own opinion on what you think looks good on your own face

Been getting eye exams since I was a child and this was my best experience by far. Very clean and organized facility, easy to locate the establishment, parking is convenient, staff is super professional and friendly. Dr. Pientka is GREAT! You never feel rushed and he is patient with all questions. Rachel was fantastic helping me figure out what glasses to get, gave honest feedback on whether a pair looked good or bad, and was thorough in determining the lowest cost based on my insurance options.
