This is a public beach and it was pretty easy to access. There was inexpensive paid parking in a parking lot not far away. The area that I went to is more of a walking by the beach kind of area but I was able to sit down and soak in some sun.

My wife and I visited Miami Beach In May 2019. I'd never been to the ocean before and I didn't know what to expect. I can say that the experience was very different than I had envisioned. But nevertheless I got into the water and played like a kid.

In times of pandemic the numerous dogs on the beach are still the only ones doing big business. Superfluous like a changing room on a nudist beach. BUT back in the days it was great - the Bikini lived from the area between the two parts and you felt like the king of Lummerland.

Beautiful fine sand beach over a large area. A few palm trees are missing to have a little shaded area. Beautiful walk to take with a path bordering the beach.

Beautiful beach, very clear and clean sea water!

Unfortunately, I haven't really warmed up to Miami Beach. In my opinion, a stay of one to a maximum of two days is sufficient to collect the essential impressions. Beautiful beaches? Yes, but they exist elsewhere too. The really good accommodations are priceless, and the same applies to the restaurants directly on Ocean Drive. Otherwise: see and be seen. A place for the beautiful and rich (alternatively, at most for the loud ones).

Very nice discovery of the beach of Miami Beach! It is very clean with extremely fine and white sand! And we find the famous rescuers' cabins at sea and it's worth taking photos in front of it!

It's a sandy beach. Not very deep but reasonably long. There are plenty of other beaches in the world that are better and plenty that are worse. Jellyfish were present when we visited (and a purple warning flag on the huts) so we returned to the hotel pool instead. I also personally disliked the incessant marketing by air and sea (see photos). Summary, it's ok, but don't come to Miami especially for this beach.

Beach lover's paradise. A very clean beach on the spectacularly blue Atlantic ocean. It's amazing that this place is very clean in spite of the crowds. The South side of the beach water has sea weeds, but apart from that the water here is clear for most part. Do not miss to catch the Sunrise here. This place has a totally different vibe during dawn. With no crowd, the vast expanse of beach sand, the waves of the mighty Atlantic ocean crashing the shores, The Sun putting up a brilliant display of colors just before it decides to show up, it's as close as you can get to the nature.

Spectacular Atlantic Ocean. Blue water everywhere. Lots of space to have fun and take a stop. Some vendors are there for beach chair and umbrella. A point to watch sunrise. Booking hotel near the beach is really worth. Worth taking a long walk on shore, relaxing on chair, watching waves and playing with sand.

Seaweed all over the place, crowded, dirty, but the water was pretty that’s pretty much the only good thing in this beach. Not a great experience.

Miami Beach... I like this beach a lot, not so crowded... you can always find a spot, apply some sunscreen. The sunsets and cloud formations are legendary…

Long beautiful comfortable beach. There are shops and restaurants along the beach. The sand is white, clean and beautiful. You need to be careful when swimming - sharks swim at shallow depths, and there are Portuguese man-of-war.

The stand is pretty, the atmosphere with the skyscrapers is exactly what you would expect from Miami Beach. Personally, I got a bit bored after a while because it's really just the beach. It's good for a short stay :)

Everything is very nice, the only thing is that for such a famous beach it shouldn't have seaweed and the lifeguard in the little green house has a very bad attitude.

For me one of the most beautiful beaches in Miami to escape the city and its noise! Can highly recommend this beach to enjoy a day of relax. Many restaurants/ food places close by

The vibe and surroundings here are very nice. Having that said it is not necessarily any more impressive than the beaches in the Caribbean or beaches in Hawaii or other places. If you are expecting a nice beach this is it, if you are expecting a world class beach I would say this doesn’t quite meet that standard.

Wonderful beach. I was super surprised to see how clean it was! I love the vibe of everyone there and it was a great experience. Some guy even offered to sell us a mysterious substance!! 10/10 great day. (I did not purchase said substance. I had no money cause I spent it all on parking) lovely time!
