Beautiful atmosphere, professional and friendly stuff, and the most important very very good coffee ☕️❤️

This place is the real deal for coffee connoisseurs. They roast in Oregon and this is a satellite location. Had an iced almond latte and can taste the sweetness of the espresso through the almond milk. 10/10 on par with best I’ve had and I search out the best every day.

AMAZING SERVICE. The staff is so kind, friendly, and helpful. They came around to ask if people stationed with laptops wanted water and even offered to refill my tea pot with more hot water so I got more tea! Highly recommend!!!! Coffee is amazing too and the croissants! Go here!!!

Wonderful experience! Pleasantly quiet atmosphere, off the typical south beach craziness. Perfect spot on west Ave and 10th street, just across from Whole Foods Market. The staff is very pleasant and hospitable. Great selection of teas and pastries. Thank you for your hospitality!

When I walked in last week and saw the pastries they looked a little pale in color and not so appetizing, I thought maybe the coffee wouldn’t be good so I left. But This morning I was passing by and decided to give the coffee a try. I am sooo happy I did. It was really good. Creamy and smooth. I ordered the small latte. :)everyone is so nice.

great coffee and very friendly staff, I've been in there everyday the last week and a half as i was working across the street and the the same quality of service and staff has always been the same. Very friendly, upbeat, and super fast in service. One of the days I also got a biscotti with my coffee and it was great. Definite recommend.

Finally open!! Hands down the best Coffee in Miami, real Italian Espresso!! Must try the Lavender Latte. Coffee is bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Rude and competent staff I took them 20 minutes to make a coffee. I think they forgot about it entirely. They only give chocolates to certain people of certain demographics. No standard practices or stability here save your money go somewhere else.

A nice little Italian coffee shop. About as close to the real deal as you’ll find in the area. The have classic Italian treats like Bicerin and Cornetti that are difficult to find if you’re not in Italy. In addition, the staff was very friendly and competent at making coffee.

I really enjoy visiting this coffee shop. The espresso is very good quality. It tastes similar to Illy. Each cup comes with a piece of dark chocolate. The baristas are all very friendly. There is a large outdoor seating area. There is also plenty of seating indoors with outlets and good quality wifi.

I had a cappuccino with a little bit of cocoa topping. The coffee taste was good, better than what I usually get in Florida. But, personally I felt that it could have been a little hotter but still no complaints because I had it in the cafe itself. The service is excellent, and they welcome you with a smile. A must visit place for all the coffee lovers!

I loved this place, best latte and staff. Great place to sit down and get some work done. Also, I miss Cari, she was super nice and friendly. Will visit again definitely when I am back to Miami.

My favorite coffee shop in South Beach. It’s a neighborhood spot, Mostly locals, many of whom know each other. Antonio is the manager and he is a sweetheart. Coffee is strong and delicious

The coffee is amazing, the vibe is hip and chill like a modern coffee house should be, and the service is exceptional. However, the food selection is weird, and kind of not-good (at least it's expensive). I love this location, but will no longer show up hungry.. I don't even eat the chocolate they include with every coffee sale because it ruins the coffee for me.

Coffee is good but both times I went the women there were rude to me when I asked to warm up my croissant but seem to be very pleasant with the other customers who speak their language. Me and my boyfriend went there and liked the food and coffee but don’t go often because of the service we receive there.

Visited twice for a quick coffee and a sneaky custard doughnut to share!!!! Both times, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Prices on par with the area. Very Good Coffee. Clean and tidy, not too busy. Good seating inside and out.

Their Wifi doesn’t let you connect if there are too many people connected - could not connect for first hour there- which is terrible for anyone trying to get work done. Barista was sassy, then professional, coffee was ok, ambiance was good. Would not recommend to work from home due to wifi risk

Space is clean, has outdoor seating and makes for a good spot to read, catch up for a bite, or meet friends. Matcha was decent but coffees are excellent.

Every drink should come with a chocolate mint. I said what I said. 😎 Great matcha latte and ambiance.

Although they specialize in coffee, the Umbria baristas are phenomenal at making matcha lattes! Special props to Raul who is a killer barista! He makes the matcha lattes in the traditional Japanese way which many coffee shops in Miami don’t as it takes a longer time to properly prepare. Grazie Umbria!!! West Ave residents are so lucky! Keep up the good work!

The reason I give this place 5 stars is because of their customer service… especially their employee named Sha! He seriously has served me and the people in the shop the best I’ve ever seen customer service done. It doesn’t even feel like a coffee shop, I’m being treated with a fine-dining level of service and care for my needs.

This is the BEST coffee I ever had in Miami. You can definitely taste the freshness and the authentic flavors in the coffee. I highly recommend. Prices are reasonable and the staff is pleasant.

It’s a really cute and comfortable spot with lots of natural light and kind employees. My only complaint is that they have both bathrooms closed with “Out of order” signs. I’m not sure how you can serve liquids as your main product and not have a restroom available.
