Really
bad
service
Like
every
CAO
Bakery
they
start
great
but
then
they
let
the
business
go
down
the
drain
because
of
service.
Even
though
they
consistently
deliver
great
food;
the
service
falls
short
from
under
the
bar.
The
employee
at
the
counter
that
helped
me
around
7:00
pm
on
September
01,
2022
was
just
waiting
for
the
last
hour
to
pass
so
that
she
can
close
and
leave.
It
seems
to
me
that
the
team
gets
no
training
whatsoever
in
customer
service
and
that
is
absolutely
poor
management.
I
must
point
that
out
because
the
same
thing
happened
at
their
location
in
North
Miami,
which
is
sad
considering
that
they
have
so
many
years
managing
bakeries
in
Miami.
You
can
have
a
good
concept
in
food,
decor
and
atmosphere
but
if
your
team
members
don’t
even
know
what
a
smile
is
and
continue
to
treat
their
best
clients
like
if
they
were
doing
them
a
favor;
sooner
or
later
your
doors
will
permanently
close.
They
offer
a
rewards
program
that
as
a
frequent
client
I’m
still
waiting
to
understand
how
it
works
and
how
we
can
all
benefit
from
it,
especially
during
such
difficult
times.
I
can
go
on
and
on
to
build
a
list
of
small
details
that
can
damage
their
reputation
and
eventually
hurt
their
business.
If
I
continue
to
get
treated
like
my
life
don’t
matter,
I
will
definitely
stop
coming
here.
As
a
recap,
the
warm
atmosphere
that
the
CAO
family
says
that
they
offer
should
start
on
training
their
team
to
provide
the
right
service,
including
every
single
detail.
If
this
is
as
they
call
the
new
generation
of
Cuban
bakeries,
I
see
no
future
for
this
great
concept
with
poor
service.
Put
your
act
together
people!
