I
just
started
using
this
car
wash
last
month.
Purchased
monthly
service.
Very
pleased
with
the
service...until
today!
I
decided
to
upgrade
from
exterior
wash
to
interior
and
exterior.
It
looks
like
it
may
have
been
a
mistake!
I
was
the
2nd
car
in
line,
and
it
took
over
40
minutes
to
get
my
car
back!!
There
was
a
couple
who
came
right
after
me,
and
they
said
this
was
unusual.
They've
been
going
there
for
years
and
said
this
was
their
last
time!
While
we
sat
there,
I
watched
a
girl
come
in
and
get
in
the
register...then
casually
go
back
and
get
a
drink,
chatting
with
one
of
the
other
employees...who
came
in
with
a
KFC
cup...while
their
only
two
customers
sat
and
waited!
Hint...if
you're
going
to
goof
off
(or,
hopefully,
take
your
break),
don't
do
it
in
front
of
your
customers
whose
cars
you're
holding
hostage!!
I
know
there
were
at
least
four
employees
(plus
the
manager.)
Does
it
really
take
that
long
to
vacuum
out
two
cars?
I
can
tell
you,
my
rating
dropped
dramatically
after
this
one
episode!
The
car
looked
great
afterward,
but
not
good
enough
to
make
up
for
sitting
the
better
part
of
an
hour
waiting
for
it!
From
what
I
hear,
this
business
has
changed
owners
several
times
in
the
last
few
years.
Whoever
they
are
now
needs
to
send
in
some
"undercover
clients"
to
check
on
the
service
being
given
before
another
much-needed
North
Fort
Myers
business
ticks
off
more
regular
customers
and
ends
up
closing
its
doors.
Update
5-24-23:
I'm
happy
to
report
that
someone
must
have
been
listening!
I
stopped
using
my
full
treatment
for
a
while
because
I
didn't
want
a
repeat
performance.
(even
though
I've
kept
it
as
my
monthly
service)
I
finally
tried
it
again
and
was
happy
to
discover
a
vast
improvement!
I
still
don't
use
it
every
time
for
convenience's
sake,
but
when
I
do,
things
go
much
faster.
I
also
don't
see
workers
standing
around
gabbing
while
I
wait
for
my
car.
Thanks
for
taking
care
of
a
problem
that
could
have
ended
up
losing
your
business
for
you!
