Called them early on a Saturday morning to schedule an appointment and was told they were currently wide open. I drove over about 20 minutes later and was greeted by Jessica as I pulled up. She showed me into the waiting area where she quickly wrote up a ticket for a complete exterior package. It took about two hours to complete, so I got caught up on some business, the owner even lended me a charge cable for my phone! The car looked great when they drove it up; I had a scratch in the driver's side rear door and it is now nearly gone; the wheels were bright and clean, and the swirls in the black paint were finally gone. Unfortunately, it rained about 10 minutes after I left, but no worries; I went back the next day and signed up for the monthly unlimited package. Everyone there was polite, hard working, and respectful. They deliver on the services they advertise and provide excellent value. Definitely recommend them.

Called to ask about detailing packages. The woman who answered the phone was rude and acted as if a potential customer looking to get information was a nuisance. She probably needs to find new job because customer service isn’t it.

They did a great job washing the car but it took an hour for an not busy automated car wash. There was an issue with the car ahead of mine and rather than backing my car up and going around they left my car behind the car that took an hour to prep before the cars got on the conveyer belt. Again, they do a good job if you have the time to waste.

Nothing but Thieves work there. Stole the money out of my car and denied it. The owner got right in my face and told me to leave without them finishing up my car. I got my wallet back but no cash left in it. Poor business people for sure.

Beware this car wash!!!!!!! I purchased The Basic full car wash exterior and interior-which cost $19.99. They weren’t even going to clean spots on the hood, side and mirrors. Told me I needed to buy a better wash, even though their basic didn’t remove those spots-go figure. Then I told the apparent manager/ leader I wasn’t satisfied and he just walked away.

Fast moving lines and a good prewash, plus they offer extras at the vacuum area like towels and the mat cleaner is awesome!

Use at Own Risk! The MGT here is dishonest and steals from customers. I cancelled in person and this guy kept charging me for 2 more months even though the car was totaled in hurricane Ian. Workers also put cars at Risk. I saw them drop a man's GMC Pickup into the pit below the wash and damaged it. They also washed my car for 3 weeks with no wax. When I asked them to fix the charge, they threatened me.

I just started using this car wash last month. Purchased monthly service. Very pleased with the service...until today! I decided to upgrade from exterior wash to interior and exterior. It looks like it may have been a mistake! I was the 2nd car in line, and it took over 40 minutes to get my car back!! There was a couple who came right after me, and they said this was unusual. They've been going there for years and said this was their last time! While we sat there, I watched a girl come in and get in the register...then casually go back and get a drink, chatting with one of the other employees...who came in with a KFC cup...while their only two customers sat and waited! Hint...if you're going to goof off (or, hopefully, take your break), don't do it in front of your customers whose cars you're holding hostage!! I know there were at least four employees (plus the manager.) Does it really take that long to vacuum out two cars? I can tell you, my rating dropped dramatically after this one episode! The car looked great afterward, but not good enough to make up for sitting the better part of an hour waiting for it! From what I hear, this business has changed owners several times in the last few years. Whoever they are now needs to send in some "undercover clients" to check on the service being given before another much-needed North Fort Myers business ticks off more regular customers and ends up closing its doors. Update 5-24-23: I'm happy to report that someone must have been listening! I stopped using my full treatment for a while because I didn't want a repeat performance. (even though I've kept it as my monthly service) I finally tried it again and was happy to discover a vast improvement! I still don't use it every time for convenience's sake, but when I do, things go much faster. I also don't see workers standing around gabbing while I wait for my car. Thanks for taking care of a problem that could have ended up losing your business for you!

Been going here for over a year and it's been decent. However been twice in the past month and the new owner has really changed things for the worse. He is difficult to deal with and is rude to his employees while they do their job. In addition, the quality of work has significantly diminished. Going to find somewhere else to go now.

Great people. Even better car wash and they have a large number of options to chose from about how you want to clean or wash your car. Great car wash and I really recommend it.

Good afternoon. For the first time washing at this car wash moving from Mobile, AL they locked my key in the car, and then broke my passenger door handle. They didn’t charge me for the car wash they did a good job, but then they said they ordered my door handle they wood replace it well this was about 3 weeks ago, so I had to replace it myself. It’s very disappointing.

Nice people. I’ve been coming here for years, but they must have sprayed cleaner directly onto my radio. Now the screen has water behind it and is delaminating and glitching. The dealer quoted me at $1,500.00 to replace the radio. And don’t forget the nice little dent they left in my tailgate a couple years ago. So nice people and service, but they cost me a lot of money.

Actually cleans your car the first time. Even just a basic wash is a great deal. A lot of car washes in the area could learn a lot from this business.

The interior was much better then the exterior .I paid for the most expensive carwash there ..they did not clean regular dirt .I asked for cleaner and a rag .cleaner at dry part is just water I had gum stuck on my driver's door which was not there before I got there ..I had to remove it myself ..tires had no dressing which is included with the 35.00 car wash and a 10.00 dollar tip because I used my debit card .. interior was acceptable,but just barely I got home and finished cleaning my truck i do not recommend this car wash

Paid more for tires and wheels being done and they did not do them. When questioned, they said they had been done. They looked the same as when I went in. Vehicle looked decent afterwards, but tires and wheels were not what I expected.

Came for a full wash service but was told there was nobody available to do interior clean. Went a full service wash 10 min away in Ft Myers and got great service and a better cleaning than ever received at Platinum. Won't be coming back.

As I was waiting for my car to be finished the manager walked inside and said to me that she cleaned out my ash tray to take what I had and use it for personal use later continued to repeat sharing is caring and said now the other employees have something to smoke later which confused me so then I continued to wait for my car and as I received my vehicle I noticed the area of the cup holders weren't cleaned but my ash tray was emptied out which Carried my medical weed .

They are terrible my sport car and friend's Lexus both got huge scratched on passenger side burn marks and chips. The owner avoided us for days. Then took pictures sent an email saying his insurance would contact us and a month has passed.

Need to make an appointment for detailing, which was almost 2 weeks out. Attendant says they detail 1 car a day and don't touch the Rims???? And was quoted around 300 bucks. Do they know what detailing is? I'll pass!

Never has I even realized this was here. I pay $13 once a week for automatic car wash, another $2 in quarters to try and vacuum. Here I got it all done, plus, for $20! And I appreciated the lady not trying to upset me as I studied the detailing menu, she asked what I wanted done, I told her and she said just go for the basic, the least expensive. They did a great and thorough job for a few dollars more than I pay to do it myself. Sold!

Best car wash I have ever had. They were very busy and limited staff, but they still did a great job.

After we stopped at Misters because it is closer to my in-laws (use to be Downtower). They stopped my wife's jeep wrangler and said the new brushes they are using they couldn't except my wife's jeep. Understandable so we asked to have it hand washed and they said no. We asked if they could vaccumm the inside we would pay extra and they said it's a full service only. So we asked again if they would hand wash and vacuum, to which the Manager gave a thumbs down out the window. So we decided to go to Platniums Car Wash and the service was 180°, Nancy was wonderful and helped us right away. She said hand wash since my wife's jeep is on 35s, to which we agreed and asked for vacuuming as well to make it full service... they did a wonderful job and we sat in their AC lobby (felt like 78°) but cold drinks and music while we waited. I am very pleased and will be using this car wash when we visit on military (pcs) vacation every year.

A detail team showed up an hour after scheduled time. Wanted double the agreed price. After arguing they said they would do the job as originally requested. The cars were washed… inside and out. Spots on the car were not washed since the areas are still spotted and dirty. The interior carpets are soaking wet. Floor mats left in the grass next to the car. They left without saying a word leaving the keys on the hood and the doors to the car standing open. Probably to air dry the soaking carpet. Totally got ripped off by this company!

I stopped in here and I was very impressed by the whole place but one employee in particular his name was michael from start to finish he was very impressive from the way he greeted me to the way he cleaned my car I will be back forsure.

Great work. However, I pay monthly along with my wife's and my family members. Last month I paid for 1 month unlimited washes. The following day I was hospitized due to my Cancer. Was in hospital for 28 days. Got released. Went to the car wash. Told them what happened and asked if they could start my monthly washes over since I was unable to get my car washed cause I've been in the hospital. Their answer.."sorry, but NO". There are just too many brand new car washes around. If that's how you treat your customers PLATINUM CAR WASH, then you just lost me and 17 different family members who also pay monthly for their personal vehicles. 08/04/22 I've been to the carwash numerous times and no results. And they took my money on auto w/d AGAIN when I told them not to.

Brought in a car that had been sitting for 2 years. It was GROSS. Like absolutely nasty. They did a wonderful job and staff was so friendly. I plan on coming to them again soon for a minor interior detail on a new (used) car I just purchased. Would recommend :)

Nancy was the lady that greeted me and she was awesome. The experience was wonderful she even offer to open up early to complete my car the following day. Keep great people like her by making sure she is happy because her people skills are amazing and we what makes you money.

The waiting area was clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and professional and they did an amazing job on my SUV. This was my first time stopping in and I highly recommend.

Best carwash in North Fort Myers. I bought the monthly package and well worth it. Nancy, one of the owners I assume, is always very cordial and runs from the inside to the outside to check me in and again at the end drying my car and detailing my wheels! She is a hustler for sure.
