Vanessa was in her second day , so glad I got to meet her, she was able to help me a lot. During the whole process she was kind. Been there a few times and this was one of my best experiences, I also visited a week ago which was also a very pleasant experience, I don’t remember her name but she helped me choose a gift (earrings and ring) Both of them were very friendly. I’ll definitely be back !!!

My first time here was a great experience! The store is small so they might be a little busy to get to you at first, but, the selection is absolutely great and all of the workers were kind. A LOT of variety!! Beautiful store.

Came here while on my trip down in Miami. Walked in and was immediately welcomed by all the ladies: the store looked so beautiful and all the items displayed so nicely. My husband ended up getting me a ring that I had eyed for a long time. What better time to get it then now ?! Lol Julieta and Flor where so sweet. Julieta was so pleasant and even got some time to get to know us and tell us a little bit about herself and how she was going to visit our state soon! Was so happy with my purchase and will definitely stop by again if I’m ever in the area. Thank you guys so much !!

I shop at this location a lot I went in to buy the new marvel charms and i was being helped by a man at first but I think he was still fairly new but she was really sweet and really helpful but then this other girl who I’ve never seen before started helping him cuz I asked him about student discounts, I didn’t get the girls name but her tag said sales lead and she told me for marvel student discounts don’t apply but yet I’ve always used my student discount on everything I buy so i don’t know why she told me that. Unless the student discount policy changed and I didn’t know but she had an attitude about it when I brought up the student discount. I will not going back when she’s there.

Disrespectful to customers, they made us accept a larger bracelet and that we could change it three days later, we returned to the store on three different dates to finally tell us that they definitely can't make the change anymore and we have to keep a bracelet that we will not use Do not deceive customers in this way and more a store than one thinks it would be in the products it sells

I stopped in to get my ring cleaned, I’m not sure why the girl wasted my time. She went to the back for less than 30 seconds and came back with my dirty ring.

Wow. Such terrible service! Went in here expecting the same high quality service that I receive at the Alderwood Mall in Washington state and was thoroughly disappointed. The store was a mess. Racks were backwards and you couldn’t see the product. I was handed off to another associate when I asked for help. She, literally, sighed and then was no help at all. Left without purchasing anything. Not worth my time.

On lincon road they were giving 30% Discount but prices are increased 20% some of items and when I went there sell 40$ heart in 42.50 with taxes instead of 28.50...and it's deliberately..One more person faced same

Like every store in Miami Beach it was crowded and the time of year didn't help either. It was around Christmas time so I guess the extra crowds is explainable... but then again it's miami Beach so it's to be expected. The store is small and you still have to wait your turn to go in. Buying online and picking up is a quicker process.
