I am a Sawtovisk customer for years and i had the worst experience ever on my last purchase. I bought 2 items online to be picked at the store and turned out i had to return both of them. One of the items was refunded to me and the second one was never refunded. After so many calls to the store and back and fourth with customer service which promised me they would send my money back, they never did. I even went to the store in Miami Beach and talked to George who never showed any interest in helping me and also talked to the manager Geraldine, who admitted that she made a mistake on the system but she could not fix it and give me the refund. After 2 months fighting with them I had no choice than filing a dispute through my bank and today after 5 months the case was finally closed and I got my money back. However, I got my money back from the bank dispute resolution and not from Swarovski because they were never able to show they refunded me. I used to like Sawroski products but after that horrible situation I dont intende to buy anything from them anymore. Very sad. Not a reliable store and horrible customer services both by phone and physical store.

be careful with this Swarovski, there are fake discount on the items that they are selling, i tried to buy a cross that there was for sale on 129$ and when i tried to pay for it the price was 149$, i showed the lady the price on the show display an she said that there is mistake on display

Horrible customer service. The staff used to be nice and helpful but not anymore. I bought a watch for my wife to about $900. The battery died after 8-9 months. I took it back to the store. They had to send it in, and it took 10 weeks before we got it back. Now I just bought some jewelry at Swaroski's web site. It was delivered defective, so we took ti down to the store to exchange it, but they refused even though the warranty policy states that warranty items can be replaced in the store. I am not sure if the staff in the Lincoln Rd store doesn't understand Swaroski's warranty policy, or if they are too lazy to process a simple warranty claim. How I have to pay the postage to ship it back. I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM SWAROVSKI AGAIN.

Terrible service, the guy is always on his phone. Has 0 knowledge, the store is not well taken care. Never coming back to this location again

Swarvoski is really classy! It is beautiful jewelry and a good gift for someone special! Though the prices may be a little high for people... All in all, I think it is a great store!

Stepping into the store with the hope of being able to exchange 2 bracelets, I asked for the store manager. It so happened that the associate greeting me was the store manager. I explained her my situation and she said she’d gladly to look at the items. I still had the original boxes and the receipt. After examining the jewelry she said she’ll be happy to exchange them! I was soooo thrilled and cannot Thank her enough!! She made my day! Yamilis Marquez was terrific and I am so happy she made it happen! 😊. I compliment her in how she offered superb customer service! 👍🏼😊

Always loved the details in the Swarovski pieces. The guys attended us really nice. Specially the one called Leo, he is very knowledgeable about everything we asked him. Definitely we will come back soon.
