Very surprised my insurance recommended this place. Not what I expected at all the entire office did not look clean. The doctor and nurse were pleasant enough and professional. The girl taking payments however, was the worst I have ever encountered in the health field. I couldn’t speak well due to strep throat and she yelled at me to speak up. Then she rolled her eyes while a male assistant made glances at me and snickered. I was in no mood to argue so I ignored this and went to the room. I could, however, hear her through the door mocking my voice and the male assistant laughing. So unprofessional and unkind to a patient.

Staff is really young but vague with their information. Brought my wife in around 715 pm and understand they close at 8pm. They were notified that she was coming but everything felt very rushed. They gave her a shot for pain and gave her a bill that was to be compensated by her job. But the girl at the desk was so rushed to get out the door she didn't even answer her questions. I suppose the place is very convenient for people in a bind but they aren't in retail. They are dealing with people who are physically in pain and if you're open til 8 then you should tend to that patient with thorough information.

Stay away!!!! My wife and I just had the most horrible experience at this place. Firstly, none of the staff wears masks including the nurse which is very insensitive coming from health care professionals. Patients are looking for a safe and clean space not to increase there chances of illness by going to a healthcare setting. Secondly, I went there with my pregnant wife who is immune compromised and the doctor, Armando Cardona was unprofessional, rude, insensitive and I’m our opinion should not be working with patients. We were initially very concerned to see him because it sounded very very sick and my wife is pregnant but the staff insisted that we had too given that we were doing testing. We shared our concerned with the staff prior to meeting the doctor but again they insisted. The doctor came into the small room, wheezing and coughing on my pregnant wife and barley wearing a mask. When we asked about his health he stated, “ that he is getting over something and that it’s no big deal for a pregnant person to get sick”, without knowing anything about her at risk pregnancy. He furthermore, became rude, defensive, and very unprofessional. The whole experience was terrible, shocking and it’s clear that this doctor could care less about my wife health It clear that this facility does not care about customer experience or the health their patients especially Dr. Cardona. If you care about your health please stay away and go elsewhere.

One of the horrible experience I have ever had in my life first time at an urgent care. They wanted to charge me $35 for a rapid covid I have great insurance with topped it off for me is when I asked for a letter to return to work they gave me two days I asked for three days. Therefore I went to the emergency room and had the real experts look at me got tested for covid did not pay $35 out of pocket. The doctor gave me prescription so I can feel BETTER I would not recommend this place to anyone. And the doctor gave me a week off to feel better. Oh and by the way I called another Urgent Care explain to them the situation and they said this place is horrible and they should be closed down. I took the paper that they gave me and ripped it up because it was irrelevant and use what the experts gave me and stayed home with that. Maybe they thought I did not have options but again I saying have great insurance and I have plenty of options and I got the help that I needed no thanks to this horrific place.

I have been here a few times; when my minor child, who is now 5 yrs old needed to be seen. I'm now here for myself for the first time, and still feel the same level of service I've had prior, when bringing my baby. I'm really satisfied with this facility and can say the doctor and staff are very friendly and experienced. Even more cool, you can save time and get prescriptions for some medications on site. They strive to provide convenience and quality service.... You can stop with confidence, if in need of urgent care...

My family members went in to this facility to receive COVID treatment and they were fascinated with the medical staff members and how patience and supportive they were throughout the treatment process but there was one big issue that got my family members attention, the covid treatment room and area looked gross, floors looked dirty, dead roach full of dust behind the cabinets, the chairs are dirty, the back lobby area was full of paperwork all over the place, had a funny smell and it shouldn’t be like that especially because this is where they treat patients. My family comes to this place and they never had a complaint about the cleaning care but it was also the first time going to that back waiting area and they were very disappointed on how dirty it looked. Who ever is managing this office needs to pay attention to their cleaning members in regards to that back reception and room

This place was phenomenal, they were busy and still accommodated everyone that walked in, I did a walk in on Tuesday last week and spoke with a lovely woman named Angie who assisted me kindly, she took my X-rays as she is a X-ray Tech, and made the whole process feel safe and informed me about everything that was going to happen next so I wasnt out of the loop. I then got assistance from several nurses and the doctor, I don't recall her name but she was a very sweet and had a great personality. She gave me all I needed and sent me on my way. The lady that I also dealt with doing my payments was amazing, she made sure I had what I needed and answered any questions I had even after I left. Ever since then I've been contacting them with questions and demands that I needed more paperwork info for a case at work and Everytime I got what I wanted or needed. If you go here ask for Angie as she wouldn't disappoint you at all. Everyone along the way was great. I would go back Everytime as this is my 4th visit.

Very good service. I was in and out in a very timely matter and received the help that I needed. I waited in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes then was immediately seen by the nurse and doctor. Will definitely recommend.

Went here for urgent care, got lab results and was told to take meds. Two days later they call me and say the results were negative but to keep taking the meds. No one would answer me as to why I have to keep taking the meds if I do not need them, and they kept transferring me from person to person leaving me on hold 20+ minutes. I called them back immediately after and they said they never called me and are still waiting on lab results and hung up on me. While I was there, the secretaries/nurses were unkind and unhelpful and unwelcoming. HUGE waste of money.

Going to Medi-Station Urgent Care in Miami Shores was a horrible experience… My recommendation is to stay away from this place… They did not have a doctor on-site, except for a Nurse Practitioner who was rude and didn’t help… After spending 4 hours there, I found myself in much worse condition than I was when I arrived…. This experience ended up by me being told to go to an emergency room.

Disgusting! This has to be the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounter I've ever had to deal with regarding a motor vehicle accident claim. The lady working at the front desk with the long black hair and wearing glasses should not be the representative of this business who greets patients coming here seeking help for health related purposes. She was not helpful, disrespectful, and very dismissive. She would not answer detailed questions on why we were being denied service until we came back the next day. Mind you this was after my insurance company (State Farm) gave me the information this location required and explained to me that they have no idea of the different policy this location has in place for accepting patients. Do not come here and give them your business if you value your health if it's regarding a motor vehicle accident. We do have great insurance, however were still turned away because they needed to actually speak to our adjuster even we had in our possession the information from our adjuster. Also our adjuster is in another state in a totally different time zone. We will never come back here!

The incredible and friendly staff made us feel welcome and safe for the vaccinations and exams for immigration purposes. They took care of everything in a quick, responsible, and professional way. Highly recommend.

make sure you know this place try to sell you ketamine when you comes to do bloodwork for hormones they don't clue what they are talking about and for some reason and I don't really think the Dr is actually Dr and I think something going on weird that they scam people by take a lot of blood work and they don't provide a test Be careful. This place is not legit and he's definitely don't know nothing about hormonal that just to put people in drugs.

This was my 2nd time visiting the Medi-Station Urgent Care. 1st time was for my boyfriend who injured his calf muscle and yesterday was for myself personally. I couldn't believe they were open yesterday since it was Labor Day. I was seen with in 10 minutes. They take both Insured and and non-insured patients. I went in and paid cash for my visit which was $140 and seen by a doctor. Everything was clean and service was great. My only suggestion is if they are administrating medicine to you there, ask for the price since it will be additional (not included in $140 visit fee).

This urgent care is the best in town. Everyone there are very friendly and kind. The doctors are very caring and helpful. The office is very clean and neat. Excellent service.

Their website indicates that Simply Healthcare is one of their accepted insurances. We made sure to check before making the trip. Upon arrival my granddaughter fainted and hit her head during the fall. We were then told by staff that they would not help us without paying $140 because they did not accept Simply. The owner and staff were not professional or caring.

The doctor and student doctors that cared for me were amazing. Very caring and understanding. However, there is a female employee, didn't get her name, but she looks like she is from Asian descent. The way she spoke to me was nasty and unprofessional. Her attitude was arrogant and condescending whenever she spoke. Looks like she's miserable working there. Should have her check her her attitude.

This is an excellent neighborhood urgent care. The staff is great, caring and helpful and it has always been a really quick experience. Additionally, when I needed to come in for a blood pressures reading they did it and insisted I didn’t pay.

The staff cared, was kind to me and said to feel better while I am sick. This meant encouragement to me; and gave me the strength to get my medication, take better care of me and heal. Thank you urgent care

I called this urgent care 2 weeks ago and asked if they do Annual Checkup and I was told over the phon they did, they ask me if I had insurance and I said yes. The rep told me there’s no appointment necessary to just walk in. The following week I walked in a young lady with braces barely looked at me when I got to the window. I ask regarding an annual checkup and she acted like she had no idea what I was saying, again, still not making contact nor did she introduce herself, she fumbled on her words and she said :It’s 75 dollars, I told her that I have insurance and she said, again, no even looking at me “we do accept insurance just not for that” how oddly specific, right? My review is based on the facility not being specific regarding insurance eligibility on my initial call after I told them what I want to go in for and the lack of care and customer service the young lady with braces provided me.

Cannot thank the Doctor & Nurse enough! Brought our 6year old daughter here after she was severely dehydrated and ill from too much sun. We were very impressed with the attention, care and health service provided. We were especially impressed with the follow up call the next day from the nurse to see how she was doing. Top quality service we will truly never forget and be forever grateful for. Thank you so much for everything!!

I went in when I recently had COVID and received EXCELLENT treatment from the staff, particularly Luisa Maria. I usually hate needles and IV's, but she got the IV in completely painlessly. I have been coming to this urgent care for at least 10 years, it's a great neighborhood spot for quick, convenient, and high-quality medical care. They have it all!

I recently had a visit to medi station and was very satisfied with the care and attention. My nurse Luisa which administered an iv on me was super attentive and had very gentle hands I didn’t feel a thing. I’m thankful for having visited this urgent care.

Dr Sanchez and Staff are truly life savers. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in. I recommend them for all your medical needs. I also recommend them for their life saving Vitamin IV packs. Made me feel great after. A+++++
