So I was one of those customers who walk in a minute before closing and I had THE BEST service from Gabby. She was uplifting and vibrant despite us making her work for a longer time. It's people like her that are going to keep malls alive and keep us from entirely switching to online shopping. She was quick to help us with everything from opinions on shoes to helping me manage the clutter I walked in with. I will definitely keep coming back just for her! SHE IS THE GREATEST.

Super friendly associates. Tareka assisted me, giving her take on several selections. I ended up picking up items I wouldn’t have ever thought to buy. These socks are superrrr comfortable. Here are some of the items.

Nikki is an amazing help. Her energy and knowledge of everything in the store is second to none! She was the most amazing person on the floor and will definitely recommend anyone to this store. She had amazing customer service skills and again how knowledgeable about all the products she was superb !!!

Vans was amazing, clean friendly, organized I went in to exchange a pair of Vans and ended up coming out with the latest release, their staff was courteous professional, I didn't feel pressured will Definitely Recommend and revisit...

Joseph provided excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional. I ended up buying my husband 3 pairs of sneakers and he loves them. If companies had more employees like him, shopping would be such a great experience. The cashier as well as everyone else provided great customer service as well. Keep up the good work.

Recently made a purchase at this spot, and wow, the staff members were beyond amazing and accommodating. They were on top of making sure all our needs were met, and helped us without rushing us through even though the store had closed a few minutes after we entered. Definitely recommend hitting this location! If your sales associate ends up being Noa you're in the best of hands, they were absolute stellar!

Store had what I needed and super clean well stocked, but getting service was a problem, Had to wait 15 minutes to get help and there was nobody in the store employees were in the back doing whatever.

Besides the company discontinuing the IFOs which were the most comfortable shoes I've worked/worked out in, it was always a good experience. I only wear Vans and still dont regret my decision. Staff is always super friendly and helpful in finding another good pair.

Just literally had the best experience Ever! Pretty much every single person greeted me so i have to mention everyone ! They helped me with a online Order as well as exchange the size for my son and they were so nice about it ! Very personable ! Joseph helped my son even picked another pair of shoes he liked! Tati came over to check on us to see how everything was going and Richard checked us out !! The customer service was definitely ICONIC! Thank you so much to all the helpful employees !

Going to this Vans used to be a pleasant experience, but after today I see that won’t be the case any longer. Nikki, the girl with bleached hair, was incredibly rude to me, an innocent customer, and to her employee. Her employee was engaging in regular small talk (which I enjoyed) and she shooed him away and gave him “the look” and then rung me out without even greeting me. Joseph was the amazing employee and I feel bad that he has to work surrounded by somebody like Nikki that has no customer service skills.

Great when we purchased. Helpful when we did an exchange. Honored sake price from email. Great staff! Love the sale!
