I appreciate how kind people are writing reviews here referencing some of the sales associates. But they missed the best one, Rachel. Rachel by far has exceeded all of my expectations with her attention to detail, timely responses, and life-giving attitude. She’s not my sales associate, she’s my friend. Shopping at JR Dunn is such a pleasure especially with Rachel Higgs! Rachel has helped us with engagement rings to jewelry for special occasions or no occasion at all to luxury watches and accessories. Rachel is knowledgeable and alerts us to special items that she feels we will be interested in over time. She makes you feel special and we love to shop at JR Dunn because it’s a family business and Anne Marie will greet you and spend time with you no matter how busy it is in the store which is usually busy as they have a great selection and customers enjoy the experiences they have with the selection and the great staff. I can’t share pictures of all the fabulous items we have gotten from Rachel and JR Dunn but this watchwinder was their display and I was able to get it and Rachel has helped me to fill over half of it!

From my initial phone call with Denise Cauthen to the final delivery of my ring designed by Robert Pellicia, the in-house designer, my experience with JR Dunn was nothing short of spectacular. In just 5 weeks, we met, agreed on a design that Robert was able to rough out in a quick sketch, based on my explanation of what I wanted. They used my own diamonds and created my dream ring which made for a VERY Merry Christmas! Everyone at JR Dunn is friendly, warm, the setting is bustling and exciting, but we felt treated like very important clients. Within a week I had a photo design from scratch, a 3-D printed version I could try on and with a few minor tweaks, my ring was ready to show off as a most cherished Christmas gift. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience, especially after a not-so-great experience with another area leading jeweler. I'm a JR Dunn customer from now on and happy to make the recommendation to other custom jewelry seekers.

Extremely happy with JR Dunn assisting me with the purchase of my brand new Datejust 41, fluted/jubilee in rhodium dial! Specifically Anthony from JR made my experience amazing! As a fan of Mikimoto pearls I decided to go to JR Dunn. My mother and I were warmly received by Denise. Denise was amazing at showing us around the store, assisted me with my wish list and eventually I ended up buying myself a beautiful in house designed ring. The store has GORGEOUS pieces for all price ranges, and all likes. While finalizing my purchase, We were also warmly greeted by the designer who works in-house, and the owner Mrs. Dunn. Entire online shopping experience was seamless...found a beautiful pair of Roberto Coin earrings and placed my order...received a direct email the next day to let me know the earrings were not in stock but they would reach out to RC to get a pair... excellent communication to let me know the estimated time to get the earrings in stock (2-3 weeks), and offered to complimentary overnight them once in stock. Just over a week later, shipping email received! The presentation of the earrings were beautiful, and the earrings themselves breathtaking (photos do not do then justice). Wonderful service and highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury jewelry and the buying experience. Competitive pricing and amazing selection. Just wish I was closer so I could visit the actual location (although my bank account is very happy I don't!).

I've been a customer of J.R. Dunn for years now and most recently this past week when I wanted to receive a pair of John Hardy earrings in time for my vacation. Did I mention I only ordered them on Friday afternoon and I was leaving Tuesday?! Chery made sure she upgraded my shipping to next day (no charge) and then followed up with me later to make sure I received them in time. Sure, with the internet you can purchase jewelry anywhere...but you won't get the concierge type service J.R. Dunn provides elsewhere. I feel like a VIP customer every time I order. Rolex authorized dealers, pay attention!!!!!!!!!! J.R. Dunn is setting the bar for which all others should follow. It all started with a Tacori engagement ring that I bought online and they sized it for me free of charge. Denise was so helpful that when I was ready to buy the stone for that ring I didn’t think twice, I returned to J.R. Dunn and once again they knocked it out of the park. When I went to pick it up I was looking at some Rolex’s and Denise said she could put me on the registry to get one in the future. I just laughed stating that I’ve been on several authorized dealer lists for years and have never received one call to come pick up a watch. Fast forward 2 months later and Denise called me to come pick up my watch! I could not believe it and I couldn’t be happier with my 60th anniversary Day Date with the olive face and it’s absolutely stunning! I was able to pick up my dream watch all to the thanks of the amazing Ms. Meg Brown! I went in a few months ago and told her I was looking for a Rolex Submariner and while she said it would take a year, she was able to get it much faster! My dad is also very happy with the service so far and is currently on a wait list for a Rolex GMT and can’t wait to go into the store and pick his up. I was in the market for a specific Rolex and shopped around several authorized dealers. Unfortunately, after speaking with the AD representatives, the Rolex I was interested in purchasing was not in stock. After the passing of my grandmother I inherited several sentimental pieces including her engagement ring and 50 year anniversary band. I cherish these pieces but they needed to be updated to reflect my style and size. Christina Grace was so amazing to work with - she helped me create some unique and custom pieces that I adore. She communicated so well during the entire process and even delivered both pieces early. She noted all the intricate details and made sure they came in perfect. I actually got a call from her saying the engagement ring was done - two weeks early and it turned out that it was on the one year anniversary of her passing! I love how J.R. Amazing service. I bought a watch from Jordan who was extremely helpful and informative. He is an extremely nice guy and was a pleasure to do business with. Best of all, and unlike other high end watch retailers, JR Dunn and Olivia delivered exactly as promised. I was in the market for a highly sought after watch, Olivia had me try on several models and gave me an indication of approximately how long it would take to acquire each model. The first model I ordered arrived pretty much on schedule and I picked up today. Absolutely flawless service, I would recommend to everyone. Went to look at Rolexes for myself and my wife - Dimitry was beyond kind and helpful. He let me try on some various watches to get an idea of what I would enjoy and gave me great feedback and information as at the time I was learning. Since then I have done a lot of research and have a greater appreciation for the timepieces he let me try on, and for his time with us. I look forward to purchasing other pieces in the long run since their location is close and convenient for us.
