👍👍 The staff here are all very helpful making you feel like a person not a number. Dr Rohaidy takes time to listen to you and you never feel rushed. The patient portal is great and has lessons in life skills and relaxation. You can access the therapists here and have a place to ask questions. Overall... People often mention call, phone, told, doctor, care, appointment, called,

The recovery village is amazing it has helped tremendously! Doctor Rhohaidy is very compassionate and makes sure you are on the right meds. Her support specialist John DeLisa is supper helpful and patient. I recommend this place to anyone.

It's extremely unfortunate that Christina is running the front desk. If you never want to get through to anyone when you have an issue, make your appointment here. When people call this office, they are calling about their mental health, not calling to order a pizza. Her lack of responsibility and consideration for patients' mental health is incredible. Only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the doctor is actually amazing. But the receptionist is IMPOSSIBLE. NEVER picks up the phone, never schedules the follow ups when the doctor sends her the follow up information. Never returns a call or responds to a voicemail. I have literally missed THREE appointments because she does not log them in the system, (when the office is always empty and she just sits there) I have had to come in person to see if they were even still open. I ultimately had to find another doctor (even though I was very happy with the one I had at this facility) because what good is a amazing doctor when you can never see her?? I am never one to write reviews, but this is just beyond anything i have ever experienced and no patient should have to deal with this. very disappointed, can't believe someone like this is working for Baptist.

The staff is always SO nice when they call. They make sure you're feeling good and if you don't they try to get you the help that you deserve. Dr. Rohaidy is the best! Unfortunately, The Recovery Village stopped taking my insurance but luckily I was able to continue my treatment with Dr. Rohaidy at another one of her locations. While I'm happy that I'm still able to see Dr. Rohaidy, I miss the kindness of the staff at The Recovery Village.

Blame you for missing appointments they failed to make. When they tell you they'll make the appointment your better off staying there and watching them do it maybe even type it out for them. Even with the problem of having a monthly medication they don't care to make it right get you in as soon as possible. No they push you to next month to give you the same run around. Their policy Is to email and call the day before they didn't do that and the guy confirmed on the phone that they didn't buy still can't make it right. Unprofessional place don't bother

Don’t waste your time here. I called about a month ago to schedule a follow up with my psychiatrist, only to be told that they DELETED my entire profile because apparently, their finance department has been trying to reach me to make a payment. I just had to ask what phone number they were trying to reach me at because I never received any type of phone call and they proceeded to read out a phone number that wasn’t even mine. After I said that isn’t my phone number, they immediately transferred my call to another department and completely ignored what I said. I was ignored whenever I brought up that situation and was never able to contact their finance department to solve this problem. Anyways, I was able to schedule another appointment an entire month later. I was already running low on my medication. I called and asked if the appointment can be done through telehealth and I was told yes. I sat by my phone for an hour waiting for a phone call, even waited in the Nobu app as well. This appointment was extremely important to me because it meant going cold turkey off my medication if I missed it. Never received a call. I called and asked what happened, they told me my appointment had to be done in person. Never once was I told about this. I was absolutely upset. I called the next day and told the lady at the desk about my situation, only to be met with attitude. I said I needed an emergency prescription. She said the psychiatrist will get in contact with me soon, only for a whole week to pass and nothing! Needless to say I had to go cold turkey off my medication that i’ve been taking for almost a year! and I had to find myself a new doctor as fast as I could. These people do not care about their patients. Search elsewhere. Literally anywhere else

DO NOT GO HERE!! They do not care about your healthcare. While other reviews state the doctor is exceptional, their practices are unacceptable I drove an hour and a half one way to see a psychiatrist and she was on her phone texting and taking personal calls the whole time. I was promised that after one in-person visit I would be granted telehealth. Now they are saying I have to drive another hour and a half to see a new doctor after already doing it before. They don’t offer any help. Force you to come to the office and charge you for appointments that are unsuccessful. I just want help where I don’t have to make a 3 hour round trip. Don’t offer telehealth if you won’t offer it for l patients. Good luck elsewhere. EDITED NOV 7, 2022 after allowing me telehealth for a month or so my therapist quit! just like that. i missed a phone call and they did not leave a voicemail, next thing i know they dropped me as a patient in a letter in the mail. DELETED ME!!! you can’t get ahold of anyone and when you finally do they make you sound like you’re the crazy one when you just want therapy! condescending and so unprofessional. they do not want to help you. they don’t care! go anywhere but here.

I have been attempting to dispute a bill for 5 months (since March) due to malpractice and a terrible experience with my assigned psychiatrist. For months, no one responded to my dispute so I followed up for an update. When I called for the update, no one seemed to know anything about the dispute, so my case has been escalated to administration. I've been in touch with more than 10 people who have all told me to reach out to someone else. I've also been told numerous times to expect someone to reach out to me. ONLY ONCE have I been reached out to in 5 months and that person was unable to help me. Instead, they told me to expect someone else to reach out. I keep being told this over and over and no one seems to be able to take care of this. Disputes my not be an every day occurrence, but they are a regular part of any medical business operation. So what's the deal? Why is everyone acting like they have no idea what to do or how to help me or who to call? I'm involved in an email thread with multiple people as well - none of them know what to do either, and barely respond. I have to call multiple times and leave multiple voicemails before anyone answers me. Keep in mind, they're supposedly "handling" this and "looking into" this but ONE person (who said they couldn't personally help me) has reached out to me in 5 months. As a former patient who sought out mental health services, these people sure do know how to further drive a patient's mental health into a deeper spiral. All this and I haven't even mentioned in my review WHY I'm disputing this bill in the first place. It sincerely feels like they are making this process as miserable and long as possible so that I will cave and just pay the bill and withdraw my dispute. Updated after business's response to my review: I did in fact call that number MANY times. Most of the time they do not answer and when you leave a voicemail asking them to call back, they never do. The few times I got ahold of someone, it was as stated as above. They would tell me they'd look into my situation and call me back. I never ever ever received a single call back.

This place is a JOKE. They do not drug test patients in their recovery program, literally ever, they dismiss the patients out early every single session, have 0 structure to how their programs are run, and are basically winging it every single meeting. DO NOT let the Baptist name fool you and do not trust this place with your loved one.

Came here looking for help and everyone including Cristina (front desk associate) was so very helpful and kind. She has always treated me with compassion and professionalism, and that definitely rolls over to the doctors as well. So glad I made the decision to come here.

When I called to get my son help they promised at the very least they would assist with getting him in there facility or finding another that would work. After I gave them all the insurance information they requested and all they would say is, It will cost $5k out of pocket with your insurance. 0 HELP with anything else. If they only care about the money from the beginning, there is no way I would send anyone I care about there.
