I was treated promptly and with no hassles or surprises . I like my male nurse . He cares .

The nurse practitioner it was very condescending and didn’t allow me to finish explaining my symptoms and illnesses that I was feeling then the doctor would not take any more test other than some bloodwork. I was made to wait for over 30 minutes just for a few documents and never provided referrals for other specialists. Needless to say I will not be returning. I thought after reading all the great reviews of this place I would at least be treated with some decency. In my opinion this place has some bias, I’ve been here 3 times and I’m always the youngest. Just because you can’t see that someone could have an illness doesn’t mean you can dismiss them or make them feel like it’s all in there heads this is a perfect reason why women are constantly missed diagnosed or made to feel like they’re just acting hysterical.

Great service and support. Soby is the best and goes the added way to help patients. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Chediak is the best doctor in all areas and in all of South Florida. The entire staff, organization and clients are very lucky to have her.

What pleasant experience it is to visit CONVIVA Deerfield East. From the way you feel as you walk to the reception desk and the sincere welcome you receive from them at that desk, to the highly professional medical interactions with the staff. The staff is attentive, pleasant and professional. Mary the receptionist, is top notch and on her job. You sense she is caring and loves her job, by the way she treated patients l noticed during my short wait time filling out new patient papers.

I went to the office today as a new patient. I was immediately greeted By Mary at the front desk. She was very pleasant. Karen the office manager welcomed me to the practice. The medical assistant Gina was very friendly. The Doctor, Jason Cardillo, was very courteous and professional. He addresses all my needs and genuinely care about all my issues. I highly recommend this office and Jason Cardillo as a health care professional. The office was undergoing renovations but still very clean!

Dr. Chiding is a wonderful doctor. She has taken care of my mother, my husband and myself. She is very personable and professional. We appreciate her services.

I have been coming to this Office for ten years, the front desk receptionist Mary and her assistant are great, I believe they know all of the patients names. And my Doctor Sara Johnson is the greatest. And the Nursing staff make you feel at home.

Was treated with prompt and courteous service. The staff was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my needs. Doctor Chediak was wonderful and took her time to ask questions and diagnos me. She quickly referred me to an imaging center and the following day my imaging was completed. I even received a call from the Doctors office following up with me that they had not received the results.

Staff very friendly, Soby is the greatest. Dr Chediak took her time to make sure my needs and health issues were addressed. Was great to be treated by and actual Doctor and one who cares about meeting patients health needs. Will be staying with this doctor. Will be recommending this office to all my friends.
