So pleased I found this place. A hidden “gem”, literally. I’ve worked for the city for 15 years and never knew about it. These folks are so nice and the store is great. Wide selection and affordable. I only needed a few watch batteries changed and a link removed, which they did quickly and professionally. I’ll be back to buy some jewelry soon. Fixture of the community for like 25 years. This review is long overdue. I have been using this jeweler for years and have had excellent service every time. It’s very convenient location being in the heart of south beach. I have brought them everything from watch links to be taken out, broken bracelet, ring sizing, and they even were able to fix a pin inside a very expensive older watch. They are great with communication and fair with pricing. Highly recommend.

I have been going to BACHI Jewels for many years. I highly recommend them. Luis does excellent work repairing jewelry and he is really nice and trustworthy. I also go there whenever I need to replace my watch batteries. They have a nice selection of items and are well priced. The people working there are very helpful and attentive.

I just was passing my this store as my hotel was 5 minutes away and just walked in to see what they have there, and I ended up with 2 amazing items - the golden earrings and the golden ankle bracelet. I came to have a ring resized and replaced batteries on 4 watches. The service was amazing and very pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I thought it would take a couple of days, but that afternoon I got a text saying everything was done! Very satisfied and will return next time we need a repair or when we need additional jewelry. Hi everyone! I usually don't submit reviews that will be tracked and so forth. However, I need to share my experience with Bachi Jewels, in Miami Beach FL. It is my favorite Jewelry store. I am embarrassed to say, that I was hit with the pandemic, and lost my job, my savings, Mom, and finally was priced out of my condo( home) of over 20+ years. So, I haven't had the means to buy some of their awesome jewelry, which are made of quality products and what makes them special, is their unique designs and " good vibe" that exudes from their creations. Obviously, I'm not the only one that feels this way about Bachi Jewels, many celebrities also are loyal customers! I really encourage everyone to at least " visit" this local business. It really is a quality operation! I have been a customer for several years, only being able to purchase my ear studs, a few rings, and bracelets. Most recently, a client gifted me the most beautiful necklace, with matching bracelet, which turned out to be from Bachi Jewels. This was my first experience at Bachi Jewels. I found the staff to be very nice & helpful. The work was completed very quickly. My only complaint is that I felt the prices were a little high for resizing rings, but I did not compare with my other jeweler, who is not located as conveniently to me as Bachi. I will continue to use them for jewelry repair.

I’ve reviewed before, but I just want to reiterate how satisfied I’ve been shopping here. It’s pleasant, instructional, collaborative, fun, etc. And I know it’s not just me, because I see them doing it with other customers. An absolutely lovely and first class experience with Bachi Jewels. The reason for my visit was for jewelry repair - to have clasps fixed for two bracelets, both meaningful family pieces and the chain fixed for a necklace. The team assessed my pieces, and promised it would be ready in several days. True to word the pieces were fixed beautifully, and ready one day early too! Upon pickup I was treated so well, even assisted with putting on the bracelets and necklace. What a great experience, I hope to visit soon to shop for some of the exquisite pieces on display.

All I can say is what incredible service and professionalism. I brought two pieces of jewelry in to have repaired. I brought my wedding ring in as I broke one of the prongs that held the diamond in. They did repair it fairly quickly however, it was a little crooked, so they addressed that issue immediately and had the ring ready within two days. I also had my necklace re-dipped and prices were very reasonable and we’re finished within three days. I’ve been living on the beach for over 25 years and did not even know they existed. I’m so happy I found them!

After 5 years of creating my customized necklaces and bracelets, I came in to modify them with different stones and it was the loveliest experience. I love the choice of jewelry. Each case holds a set: earrings, bracelets and necklace. So it looks beautiful and you can easily get all the coordinating pieces. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Also, they are willing to repair and clean everything I bring in. Once I brought in a tarnished candle holder I wanted to give to someone as a gift.
