Good deals but the lines for paying it is so long.

The customer service was very good. I interacted with Dressing Room employees and both were helpful and friendly. Cashier smiled and spoke in a nice manner. The wait at check out was reasonable, much better than before. Another employee was helpful on the salesfloor. The bathroom was terrible. I know it is the customer's fault.

These Ross is one of the best in Hialeah, it has a lot to offer.

I have retail experience of over 25 years and the customer service I have just experienced was so bad words can’t describe. You are left with a sour taste in your mouth as the cashier makes you feel rushed and inadequate yet they are talking amongst themselves and get mad when you ask a simple question. If you choose to shop at this location brace yourself for a horrible experience.

Nice clothing, shoes and bags. Good prices and good product.

Love it! A bit disorganized, but Staff is friendly and the line goes pretty fast.

Store with a wide variety of products and offers. Branded products have all but disappeared. Many unknown brands. The quality of the clothes has declined and the models are not current. There is a need to reinforce the cleaning of the store and the storage of the products on display, especially in the cashier aisle. Delay in handling cashiers. Always prefer to visit the store soon after it opens, when the products are more organized in the displays. Ample parking.

Affordable place to buy some clothes that already pass the season but brands are still good one.

I gave Ross 4 stars because when you go there you have to have time to look through and take your time to find the best things I would say, but over all I had an okay experience there nothing out of the ordinary.

They do not have a return line, my grandson is disabled, I asked to see if they would help me, The line was all the way to the back of the store Horrible

Went to buy socks. Found what I wanted, no complaints 😌. There was a long line but its the same everywhere you go.

The store is a rec, looks like a hurricane hit it. The line is extremely long, only two registers.

Fitting rooms are plenty but every rooms mirror has stuff on them.

It was ok. Better organization. But still, only one cashier. I know they are hiring, but that doesn't mean that management is exempted from working registers if need it.

I’m a Ross customer for years but I was at the Hialeah store located at the 49 St and 4 Ave on Friday march 18, 2022 and the floor was dirty and full of discarded papers at the front where the cashiers are located. Very disgusting appearance!

Prices have went up but still a good place to shop

My experience in that store has been horrible more than 1 time. It is incredible how there were more than 5 employees and the manager up front and no one could attend me at jewelry. Whoever directs this store has no focus in customer service.

I went looking to purchase an item for my kid. I felt like I was followed the entire time. It wasn't even discreet. Let's hope that was in my mind and not something they actually did.
