I wish to have another swatch store in the Miami are. I live on south beach few blocks from the store. I’ve been trying to buy myself a Moonswatch since the week they announced it’s available. I’ve been countless times at the store, including staying in the line before opening and any other possible business hours. I passed by at least 20 times in the past 5 months. They never had any watch available in any color, nonetheless to say I’ve never seen anyone walking out the door with a watch either. I have 2-3 other friends in the same shoes, they have been at the store countless times and none of them managed to get a watch. Staff is most of the time rude and look annoyed by the people trying to put their hands on this model. Dear swatch store staff! It’s not the customers fault that the company isn’t producing enough watches or you guys pass them all to your friends and cousins to resell them on eBay and stock x. I know you’re annoyed of the influx of people walking in and only interested in this model but you should still be nice to us since we’re willing to spend our hard earned dollars at your store. Rosa 50/60 year old lady is by far the worst. I would’ve expect from a Swiss watch brand to hire professional and competent people at one of their flagship stores. Dear Swatch! I hope you can fix this and make a drop on your website like high end sneaker brands do so everyone have a fair chance. With all the corrupt Miami Beach swatch store employees we will never have a chance to get a watch for the official retail price.

Friendly staff and had MoonSwatch's available on both days I tried. I'd recommend going early afternoon for best luck getting the one you want. I was able to buy a mission to the moon and Pluto over 2 days.

After a journey of 2.5 hours on the road I got the pleasant surprise of a very nice staff member and eager to help, Sean Paul and Romina were excellent, very professional, and with enough patience to deal with customers looking for the collection of Swatch + Omega watches. I totally recommend them.

I have not deal with this particular store, but it seems to me based off of them not answering their phones that their customer service sucks. It should be a policy that they answer the phones swatch needs to put back more boutique stores in Florida. Besides this one that don’t know how to answer their phones.

Nice location and very clean store. If you want to guarantee yourself a watch be there when they open because they go fast! There is nearby parking that you have to pay for and you walk to the store. Plenty of things to do as well around this location.

This store is such a pleasure to go and shop. All the staff there is very pleasant, helpful, and so interactive with the customers. I have been helped my various employees and one that stands out is Jason. Every time I visit the store, he is always so helpful and sharing his knowledge about the watches with his customers. He is super interactive and makes his customer feel welcomed, appreciated, and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the purchases we make. His positive and happy energy are definitely contagious and makes it a fun experience when you visit the store. Definitely recommend to go and shop at this store.

Sean Paul was great. He saw that I needed a new buckle for my strap. He searched relentlessly until he found a compatible match for my piece. It's refreshing to have someone who cares about the needs of the client and works hard until the job is finished. I highly recommend Sean Paul when you visit swatch on Lincoln Rd 👌. About a week later I needed a battery replacement and Rosa took care of me while everyone was going crazy for the omega swatch watches. She cleaned my band and found a battery for my piece in five minutes. I was really happy because I hadn't worn this watch in a year. The swatch staff is great👍.

Bought my first ever watch from the Swatch Crew in Miami today! Amazing service and the experience was incredible. Rosa took care of me together and definitely helped me with the choice of my watch! She was amazing and very helpful. Will continue shopping with them in the near future.

Rosa has just gave my old watches a whole new life! My strap broken off & I lost a little bolt that was keeping everything together, not to mention the strap looked very messy due to my active lifestyle. Rosa helped me to pick the best matching colored, nice new good quality strap and also swapped the battery & polished the watch face. Costed almost nothing as warranty covers some services. Love Swatch, been a loyal customer since 2012. Definitely coming back to get gifts for friends & family but also when I'm ready for an upgrade

Honestly the staff is so wonderful in this store! We walked in and had such a pleasant conversation + experience in there, and they made us laugh. They gave us tips on Black Friday deals coming up this weekend. At the end of our visit, Jason and Rose wanted to give us a gift for my birthday: and I am literally over the moon! 🌒 Thank you!!

I find some of these reviews to be absolutely ridiculous. I live in Miami Beach and have come into this store for years. The current management ( JASON, JEREMY AND JJ) are the pinnacle of professionalism and courtesy. They are literally bombarded hundreds of times a day by resellers who are angry because they are simply following policy. If an item is not in stock they cannot sell the item. If the policy is one watch per person and the item is in stock they strictly stick to that policy. I walk by this store multiple times a day and have done so before and during the current release of these “moon swatches”. I have no interest in one and have never attempted to purchase one. But I do purchase true limited release swatches as I have for decades for gifts, for relatives etc etc. I would give this store and their management 6 stars not 5 for professionalism, Patience as well as courtesy. I’ve witnessed some of the employees very stressed out and I’ve witnessed customers acting aggressive towards these guys while they are simply doing their jobs (and doing a good Job/ going the extra mile). Corporate needs to back their employees better. JASON, JEREMY AND JJ ARE TOP NOTCH. “T” — while not a manager is always courteous and helpful. This is an honest non biased review. 5 stars.

Excellent store and staff. I live in Atlanta and we don’t have a stand-alone swatch store. While in Miami I stopped in and Jason and others in the store helped me find what I needed as a gift for a friend. Thank you I will return here and get something for me next time.

Thank you to Jason. I was in miami for 3 days a week or so back. Unfortunately where I live the swatch store does not carry the omega swatches. I went into the store early in the morning, Jason advised me they were waiting on a shipment, 3 hours later I received a call from someone named Jeremy and was told that Jason had left my contact information and for me to be contacted as soon as the delivery arrived. I GOT ONE!! Kudos to Jason and Jeremy. Great job. Asset to swatch. I own multiple businesses and employees like this are hard to find!

I just wanted to write a quick review about the store and more specifically the employee that I had the pleasure to work with on my visit to this location. Overall, I can't say enough about the level of customer service that I received from the time I called to the time I walked into the store. Jason was extremely pleasant, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. It was my mothers 60th birthday on Thursday and I wanted to get her something unique and fun. Upon walking into the store, I was met with smiles, handshakes, laughs, and friendship. Jason and his manager, made me feel welcome and appreciated for being in the store. They gave me time to look around, ask questions, and even grabbed a cool Miami edition swatch. This may have been my first time in the store and first purchase, but I promise you that it will not be my last. If you are looking for a store with employees that truly love their customers and value your business, than this is the place to go. Thank you so much Jason, you are the best! I’ve worked in customer service for years and I have nothing but great things to say about this store. I spoke with Jason and Jeremy and they both took their time to help me in purchasing a watch from them. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The kind of experience you want to have in a store (specially with so many great options to choose from). I will be back for sure!
