Please If you don’t like what you do, you can simply quit and find another job, nobody is making you do that.

After waiting two months for my appointmen in April, they called me to say that they were rescheduling the appointments, and that the new one would be in May. I attended half an hour before and the girl at the front desk informed me that due to a system change I had to register again. After 45 minutes in the process, she told me to sit down to be attended. An hour and a half later no one had called me. I had to reschedule the appointment and they were only available for June. Anyway, if i'm lucky, it will be 5 months to see a doctor! PS: Speaking of registration. They make you digitally sign documents that you can only read "after" you've signed them.

The most unreliable medical clinic ever. They made an appointment for me and then when o took time off work, drove an hour out of my way, they told me they made a mistake and they don’t have any openings for another six month after waiting for months already for the appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Instead of they making up for THEIR mistake they told me to go home. What a joke of a facility.

8am opening time. Covid testing instructions: walk around the back of the building and Then you can wait in line to get seen. They do the test right there. If it’s your first time you’ll need to fill out paperwork. They send you a link to create an account on their portal. It’s free and far less people waiting than the Miami dade sites.

I’m really considering going back to this clinic specifically the staff at the reception they have a very poor customer service this is a place where people go sick and also pay for the visit is not for free. I have had a no pleasant experience in my past visit but I have never took it personal since my doctor is extremely professional concerned and interested in his patient conditions and well being. My last visit was a mess not my doctor this time I had a condition I couldn’t seat only stand up or laying in bed and I was there for six hours from 8:12am to 2:25pm with no news or nothing to say every time I ask what’s going on. Two days later I end up at Mount Sinai hospital cause my condition got worse as a result of the poor knowledge of the doctor and the incorrect medication prescribed for that stage of my condition and the funny thing is that I have being charge of course for all that if anyone goes there for something more than routine visit think about it twice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived at 1:45 to be early and do paperwork. I pulled into the garage Not knowing it was valet and was told to get out my truck and they would park it even though i was already parking. Then finding the building is confusin, it's 2 buildings. One on the side for a wait a paperwork and then another building for more waiting. The ladies who helped me were kind but only spoke to me in Spanish. I was told to wear a mask and I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to and I was told by a security I wasn't special that if I do it every one else will too. At that point I'd been waiting for 2 hours past my appointment time and they're closing. Also when I told the lady I had autism she looked at me confused and I could feel the change in treatment. I just left from disappointment of this place. Seriously don't go to this place what a crazy process just to see a doctor. Ohh and when I talked to the lady her excuse was they over booked. Don't go here what a shame to miami

If your name is not Spanish, except to wait more than 3 hours with appointment. They take in first friends, family and neighbors… I guess it is what’s. Part of Miami cultural heritage. As I am writing this review, I have been waiting for 3 hours and 30 mins. Taking into consideration, I didn’t pick the doctor. Since I have only the annual check up. I asked for any provider with less patients. The font desk skinny lady in third window try to help. She did went inside to find out. To add salt to injury, the assistance came out to just scream at me and ask me to relax. To sum it up, if you are not Latino you better go somewhere else…..

I arrived here at 9 AM and didn’t leave until 1PM! This location was very packed with 1 doctor and the staff seemed to be very OVERWORKED I was here for pink eye but for some strange reason they wanted to collect blood samples and do STD testing which I declined then I noticed they notated that that’s what I actually came for which is a complete LIE. Once I received my prescription and arrived at Walgreens to pick it up. I was notified that it was written out for ear drops and not tEYE DROPS! I wasn’t able to reach medical coordinator on the phone so I was forced to walk back there. Once I arrived I assumed it would be a quick fix but unfortunately they weren’t able to do so at the desk so I’m currently waiting in the lobby for some one who is able to assist me so I can get the PROPER prescription in order to start treatment. I read the reviews online before stopping in and just assumed the bad reviews were from upset or bitter guests. But unfortunately all the bad reviews were ABSOLUTELY TRUE! Please save yourself the time! If you have the option to go somewhere else I really think you should. If you don’t I understand, just prepare for the worse and DO NOT expect the best. You have be WARNED!

Truly this is not a professional medical office. Its more like a circus. You need to change administration. Patients have an appt at 8:30 wake up early to register and it doesn't really matter because you still have to wait in line for 45minutes to 1 hour. Its ridiculous. This place should shut down.

Completely understaffed, or just poor customer service. It takes hours of waiting on the phone to get hold of an operator to make an appointment, and then a bunch more hours (4 hours last time) in the waiting room just waiting to see the doctor. I would recommend finding another health center

After an unpleasant encounter with an employee at the center, my experience was turned around by Silvana with her attitude and professionalism. She is amazing and made sure the issue was resolved. Thank you! Dr. Jimenez Rojas is a great doctor who cares about her patients. Cynthia is always pleasant and willing to help. Once again, I most add the excellent assistance I received from part of the staff at Miami Beach Community Health Center. Laura the receptionist was most helpful and caring, also Ms. Rodriguez, at the referral dept. was very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Ordered by my doctor to get a Lille score for a failing liver. AT THIS LOCATION. I'm also immunocompromised and so timing is absolutely critical and the price for thier negligence could be my life. They refused to see me for a simple blood draw. Stating they can't (rather they won't) do the test. Shameful, heartbreaking, and disgusting.

Waited 7 hours for just a simple regular appointment. The receptionist are super angry all the time, they don't want to help you either.

Do not waist your time to get a covid test here. Unprofessional personal that, plus, they do not send any email or sms with the results. I received a phone call 3 days later that both of my tests are Negative. I only requested a PCR test, and they only sampled me once. Also, their results are not accurate as I did a PCR at another more reliable testing center and it was not Negative. Also, testing starts at 8 am no at 7 am.

The Dental department is a mess you have to wait 5 hrs to be attended and then they tell you you have to make another appointment. The new protocol according to then. This is a community center like they remind me so in other words. You are at the mercy of this people and forget about the appointment is when ever they want to. Pal

Staff is nice but waiting time is insanely long (2-3+ hours) and they are quite understaffed.

The doctor who attend to me is friendly and professional so is her assistant. The attendants at the counter where you check in in the small building are friendly and attentive enough Can’t say the same for the people in the main building where you wait to see the doctor Horrendous to say the least It’s impossible to get someone on the phone and if and when you do they are not helpful and very unprofessional and at times abusive. Could not get to talk to someone to get me a different prescription for a medication that my insurance no longer covered. Have not taken that med in 3 months!! It’s hard to say these things that obscure the good work that others are doing

The worst service ever. The wait time is ridiculous. Not only are the staff members rude and obnoxious. They treat you with the biggest attitude like you haven’t been waiting for hours to be serviced. They treat pregnant women with 0 empathy even after waiting 4 hours to be seen.please avoid this place at all costs.

The nurses and doctors here are very very nice. They never make me wait long, they give a great service and answer all my questions and concerns. There is never a line to go in for covid tests/or wait to get vaccinated. They call before your appointments and make sure you are on time. They provide online results if you cant pick them up at the clinic. Five stars ✨
