Disappointing Experience at Dr. Valerie's Veterinary Office I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Dr. Valerie's veterinary office, and I must say, my expectations were not met. While the initial impression seemed promising, I soon discovered some concerning practices that left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the intentions behind the care provided. First and foremost, the issue that stood out the most was the undeniable focus on financial gain. It became evident that Dr. Valerie was more interested in extracting fees from patients than providing genuine care for their beloved pets. Throughout my visit, I couldn't help but notice the subtle maneuvers to encourage unnecessary tests and procedures, all seemingly designed to increase the final bill. This left me with a sense of unease, as I had hoped to find a veterinarian who prioritized the well-being of animals over monetary gains. Moreover, the abundance of these tactics only added to my disappointment. From recommending additional tests without clear explanations to suggesting treatments that seemed excessive, it became apparent that there was a lack of transparency in the decision-making process. As a pet owner, I believe in informed choices and a collaborative approach to my pet's health, and unfortunately, I did not feel that this was being upheld at Dr. Valerie's office. Beyond the financial concerns, the overall experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the warmth and empathy that one would expect from a veterinary team. Communication was often curt and rushed, making it difficult to address my concerns or fully understand the treatment options available. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Dr. Valerie's veterinary office to fellow pet owners. The blatant focus on financial gain at the expense of genuine care, coupled with questionable practices, overshadowed any potential positive aspects. As pet owners, we entrust our furry companions' well-being to veterinary professionals, and it is disheartening to encounter an environment that seems more concerned with extracting fees than ensuring the health and happiness of our pets. I urge others to consider alternative options that prioritize transparency, compassion, and a commitment to animal welfare.

My little baby boy, Jagger, loves Eco Deco! I adopted this little man about 5 weeks ago. He tested positive for 2 viruses, and Dr Danny and staff have been so accommodating and helpful. It’s such an emotional time, when your little baby is new to the home, and doesn’t feel well. It gave me significant comfort knowing I could rely on a great vet with great staff. Taking my other cat for her check up In February. ❤️ Highly recommend for care and great service.

Terrible service from front desk to nurse to doctor. Front desk lady was extremely rude and short with me…when I asked for a record of the visit for my cat’s paperwork …I still don’t have a copy. During the appt: I made sure the nurse knew I am particular about what my cat receives (just the rabies shot) and the doctor still gave him a dewormer???? He’s an indoor car and I explained I didn’t want ANYTHING BUT the rabies shot. She did not listen to my concerns, she did not hear what I was saying because she just did her thing. The doctor came in to give the rabies shot and did not know how to handle the cat. Was horrible to watch my cat squirm all over and be jabbed twice (first time was a miss??) What kind of animal care is this? Also there was rap music on the speaker which made my cat more anxious. Do they care about the pets and the environment in which they receive care? I am just a cautious pet owner and I will go somewhere else- where I am listened to and things are explained before services administered. The front desk lady was really the cherry on top. Terrible experience. Really disappointed. Go somewhere else.

This is just such a great place to bring your little critter. They are so kind and helpful and they genuinely care about your pets. I always get their undivided attention and follow up calls to make sure my kitty cat is okay. An awesome place with an awesome staff - from front desk to vet assistants to the vet himself. Just unbelievably kind and caring - everything you could want in people taking care of your little babies

I’ve had nothing but positive & great service here for both my own personal dogs & rescue dogs. The staff is very friendly, sweet & understanding. I love Dr. Val he is the only doctor all my dogs have seen. The dogs seem to like going there as well which is a plus for a positive experience. I definitely recommend this place and Dr. Val if you’re looking for a great veterinary hospital. 🙏🏼🐶✨

I cannot express how much I appreciate and care for the professionals at Eco Deco Vet. I have been taking my bulldog here for the past 7 years and have a new puppy Amore who is also being seen here. The love they show my babies is incomparable. I have so many amazing things to say about them but words are never enough. Thank you for everything you guys continue to do for my babies.

I breed Persian and British exotic kittens, and have been looking for the best vet clinic for a while. I got the referral for Eco Deco from a USDA certified doctor list and am very happy with the visit today. Instantly soothing, clean environment, and very genuine, good service. Glad it's so close to my home as well! Thank you so much!

Professional staff, very caring, kind and loving to their patients. Great service! They greet you by name and we’ll aware of your pets names as well! Always make a call the next day to check up on your pet!

Dr. Val and his staff are wonderful. The love they have for their patients is evident in their caring ways. I could take my precious Maia too any of the 29 vets closer to my home but I prefer the drive to Miami Beach so she can get the best and thorough Vet care.

Made an appointment for Monday at 12 weeks in advance for my cat to be cleared to travel to Europe and now no one is here and it’s closed due to Memorial Day- extremely unprofessional - I hate to put my cat through stress for no purpose

I have 2 dogs and have been bringing them to Eco for almost 3 years. We love the staff they’re very helpful and truly animal lovers. Dr Val is an excellent Doctor and I trust him with my babies lives! Definitely recommend this place is 5 starts!

Called in a panic because I found a bump on my hamster's belly.. I called several places that were either closed or told me they don't take hamsters...The receptionist was so nice and concerned and said she could get me in right away. I was in and out in half an hour, thank goodness nothing wrong, but the staff was so nice and Dr. Val was so gentle with my little critter and caring.. And they didn't overcharge me.. it was very reasonable for emergency visit.. This will be my new vet for my other pets..

Dr.Val is a lifesaver for my 4 cats over 3 years now, amazing Doctor , very knowledgeable with great bedside manners, my cats love him and trust, and you know,cats can feel good people. This clinic is very clean and equipped with all high end equipment including for blood testing on site. I personally like it because I can obtain the test result same day within the hours. Staff is great also,very helpful and responsible! Thank you! Even though I live 1 hour away, I'm bringing my cats here because it's not easy to find a good doctor these days and it's worth the drive. Thank you Eco Deco for your service 😻

I have been bringing Piper my Frenchie here since she was just a baby. Dr. Val and his team really are the best. Caring, gentle and super attentive. They take the time to explain things to you and answer all your questions. I never felt rushed or obligated to do things. I would recommend this vet and clinic 100x over to anyone. Thank you for always being so caring to my lil girl. Piper loves you all too!

Don’t go there if you love your pets. They truly do not care about your pet health! Everything is about money. So hard to get the doctors to explain you something & when they do they’re So cold heart. Besides they make you wait a lot for the appointments and the office is freezing. After spending lots of money on this place they sent me to a cancer specialist saying they can not do anything else about it, when the only thing they did was just to give medicines that made it worse! When they sent me to a specialist was too late!! People there will have their karma. Unprofessional environment 🚩🚩🚩

They truly do not care about your pet or health. At the end of the day you are a number and they will try to make it as high as possible. Overcharging for things, since day one I had to analyze and get second opinions on treatments that for them where a must do on my dog but it was to only make the bill higher. Would never bring another of my pets to this location again. Eco deco doctors could use a bit more empathy, specially the owner. The nurser and reception personnel are super sweet and understanding.

Dr. Val and I have been through some tough times together as my pets have unfortunately been through it all. He will continue to be my top and only choice. He is very knowledgeable and cares for your animals. I only trust him with my fur babies.
