I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE. From the day I walked in to a year later this office has been a headache and has little to no patience for their patients. First day I got there I had to wait 2 hours for my appointment. After paying $300 for my labs they wanted me to come in so they could charge me for a visit and refused to have my doctor tell me that I was ok over the phone. They wanted me to come in to tell me my labs were normal which would cost me an extra $60. Mind you I only got minor blood work done. This place incorrectly bills and only cares about the money. When I spoke to MARGARITA MALDONADO who told me it was on my insurance and I had to coerce her into calling them. Then she pretty much let me know she did a courtesy to call my insurance which she incorrectly billed. She continued to bark on the phone and not let me get a word in. I asked to speak to her superior Alicia Ledo and was told that Ms. Ledo would give me a call for over 2 weeks which resulted in no call and more barking from Ms.Maldonado. It's not my job to calm her down, I'm the patient and FELT ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE DAY I WALKED IN THE DOOR . They don't take care of their patients there, you could get way better service somewhere else.

My mom has been going here for years. They say they will put through prescriptions and they never do it. You have to call a million times to force them to put anything through. The referrals department is the worst I have ever seen you need to call for weeks everyday to get a referral. If you are lucky you will finally get it right before the appointment. They add so much stress to their patients who are usually older Patients. If I was Dr. Tania Velez I would reevaluate by staff because they are giving me a horrible reputation. The only bright spot is Vince in the call center who tries to help. Angelina is worthless and unprofessional. I can go on and on yet we should all put formal complaints with the better business bureau and then see what they do. They are playing with people's lives!

Dishonest and sub-standard Horrible! My primary care physician retired. I made an appointment a week in advance with Dr. Steven A. Schnur for a Monday. A few days after making the appointment someone called me and said that Dr. Schnur would not be in that Monday. Could I see him on Tuesday? I agreed. Turns out that Tuesday was the day that a more junior physician was in the office and rather than Schnur I was pawned off on Dr. Carlos Levy. That was no big deal but the process was DISHONEST! I should have walked out of the office. I did not. So I saw Levy. Very nice - not terribly sharp. A few days later I needed a refill on Nexium prescribed by my retired physician. Over a week I requested it several times: twice on their web app and twice by email plus a phone call. Nothing. Finally when I was down to the last pill someone called me and informed me that the prescription could not be filled unless I saw one of their doctors - which I had done about ten days prior. This is a med that is available in lower strength over the counter. You would think that I was seeking morphine. It also turn out that Levy is the subject of several disciplinary actions and a number of public complaints. For a period of time he seems to have been the "prescription pad" for an Internet pill mill. None of the disciplinary actions are recent but I was denied the opportunity to make a choice. I sent emails to Elite requesting a call-back (OK, at this point demanding a call-back). Nothing, zip nada

Recently moved to Miami and had to switch doctors. I had my physical here with Dr. Velez (great doctor by the way). Unfortunately I had a 3:15 appointment but wasn't seen until 4:15 (not sure if this was her fault or the scheduling person's fault). This was frustrating for 2 reasons. First I had to leave work at 2:30 to make it to my appointment on time - missing work is never ideal in my business. Second, because she was so late taking me in, once we finished the physical, the in office lab (to get blood taken) was already closed. Because of this I had to wake up at 5am to make it to a Quest labs by 6:30 am to get blood taken before work which was just another unnecessary hassle. The most frustrating part in this experience, was I went there to get refills on my three prescriptions. I brought my prescription bottles, showed them to the Dr. and asked for them to be refilled. She confirmed my pharmacy location and said no problem she would get them refilled. In the following few days I called my pharmacy to make sure they were being filled as I need to pick them up before a long vacation I'm leaving for. They said they have no idea about a refill, nothing was sent in from a doctor and they need to get a doctors authorization. This is RIDICULOUS - I just went to the doctor and she didn't do as she said she was going to causing another hassle for me. This is her job - see a patient - address concerns - refill prescriptions. Now I was supposed to start my birth control three days ago and because it was the weekend and Elite Health doesn't have any on call doctors to help I'll be starting my month three days late. This may seem like no biggy to some but this has SERIOUS affects on a woman's hormone cycle. This could have been EASILY prevented if she had just sent in the birth-control refill after my appointment when SHE SAID she was going to. Beautiful lobby space, exam rooms are not so nice but I guess they are moving to a new office in a few weeks. As I said Dr. Velez is a professional knowledgeable doctor and I like her. But the combination of her running an hour late for my appointment causing me to have more inconvenience of going to Quest labs instead of their in house lab was the first head ache. And her not doing what she said she was going to do, with sending in refills to the pharmacy and having to mess up my hormone cycle was just the cherry on top making me write this unsatisfactory review.

This was my first experience with Elite Health. If Tady Garcia, a Nurse Practioner, is an accurate representation of their services they are all fives! We had a telemedicine appointment on short notice. The connections were bad and she tried different things several times so we could get through it. Then it seems she genuinely wanted to hear what my mother who is 85 had to say. This is rare in medical practice these days. Usually you wait forever and then you feel they are rushing you out. She assessed her very accurately based on what I already knew and handled the immediate issue of that day. She also offered long-term solutions. Thank you Ms. Garcia!

Avoid this place. Dishonest. Abused and abandoned me as a patient without any cause. Medical Director is NEVER available and makes promises she never keeps. My Dr truly disappeared. They take no responsibility for incorrect records mistakes poor service/care. Fancy facade to cover incompetent operation. Have filed against them with the FLA board of health to investigate their unethical practices. Don't risk your health here.

I just left my consultation with Dr. Schnur. It was easily the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. The staff were all very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a team of different professionals working in perfect cohesion such that I felt almost pampered as I was ushered from one area to another. Dr. Schnur and his team put together a comprehensive package to help me deal with my situation and I feel both safe and optimistic for a positive outcome. I'm very grateful for the feeling of reassurance I walked away with. 10/10 I strongly recommend Dr. Schnur

Suddenly, without any warning this organization Dropped my husband as a patient because they no longer take Blue Cross. No letter, no phone call. Deleted info from their portal. Can’t get them on the phone, they never called back when sick with Covid. A real bad corporation only interested in profits. Avoid if you care about your health!!!!!

Dr Levy was absolutely amazing! I’m very happy I met him and he is my primary care physician. Great personality and knowledge. Lulu was very helpful too and got me through the process of further medical appointments quickly. The wait time upon checking in was a bit longer than expected but totally worth it once I got to see Dr Levy.

Dr. Schnur and his team are always genuine, responsive and professional. Whether I am there for an annual check up or sick visit, they are always thorough, efficient and make me feel secure. They do their labs and most tests and scans in the office which saves my time and energy! From a patient of 10 years, thank you!

This year my family had a health scare. We are patients with Elite Health Medical Center. The office is an excellent example of team work. From the staff greeter who confirms your appointment to the lads - Melinda ; to the doctors and nurses and the discharge - Lulu. The experience at this facility is top notch. Dr Schnur is a visionary who surrounds his patients with excellence. The administration works tirelessly to coordinate patient care that delivered the care my family received. From appointments to referrals to Pre-op to simply checking on us as patients. I am in deep appreciation to the entire team. To Vivian who went beyond the expected to the Drs and the specialty team of Drs to whom we were referred. We thank you. Our journey to health is beginning and we can’t thank you all enough. Sincerely Roy and Rosie Wallace

👍👍 We came to Dr. Rogoff for my father. He and his staff are so kind and professional. They treat us like family, they go out of their way to check on my dad and always take the time to explain everything and answer questions. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you to everyone in his team!!!!
