Super professional staff and spotless facility. I was scheduled to arrive for my procedure at 7a. Paperwork, prep and in the OR at 7:40. Amazing. Post care was wonderful.

Everyone was great but I have to thank the nurse that took me in, she is so peaceful to talk to and made me feel at ease I was lucky to get her again. She obviously did not remember me but I do because she is so sweet and she helped me after surgery by making me feel completely pain free, it was amazing, thank you thank you. I believe her name is Gabrielle, I apologize if I got that wrong but I’m still under anesthesia 😂🙏🏻🥰

Everyone at Baptist was helpful and welcoming. I had a terrific experience at the center, from the receptionist to the kind nurse(Jason) and Dr. Newman, who explained the procedure results in detail. I never thought I would describe having an endoscopy as wonderful, but this really was a wonderful experience. From the very warm greeting received at the front desk by Cari to my amazing nursing team: Diego (who performed my vitals, placed IV, etc.); Martin(who was my surgical nurse) and Shannon (who cared for me post-procedure) to my doctors: my incredibly warm anesthesiologist (I believe her name was Dr. Perez) to Dr. Wolfson himself — one person was nicer than the next. And everyone kept me informed throughout the process. The process ran smoothly and efficiently and on time! I would definitely recommend Baptist health Surgery & Endoscopy Center for your next colonoscopy and/or endoscopy.

I believe Baptist provides the best care. I have used it several times as well as two other members of my family. All excellent experiences. State of the art. Everyone is professional and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

From the moment we enters the facility we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff were all so kind and warm, knowledgeable and seemed to really love what they do. Each person knew their role and worked in unison to take care of my child so that I felt at ease the entire time. The facility is brand new!! It felt safe and welcoming. And the location is so close to our home. I recommend Baptist Health Surgery Center to anyone needing a surgery procedure. YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS!

Everyone was very personable. Building is new so it’s all new and clean. Michelle at the front desk was super nice and hospitable, offering anything for those waiting; coffee, TV, warm blankets. Awesome. Very little wait time and I was made extremely comfortable. Each technician had a clear role and flawless execution, from my intake coordinator, to my intake nurses (I had 2!!) love you Diego! And my in- procedure nurse. My anesthesia doc asked me questions and explained clearly, of course Dr. Newman was exceptional. All of the team was funny and for an Endoscopy and Colonoskpy, I’d say we had a pretty good time!

The staff, from the intake person to the nurses, were fantastic. All were friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. The physical facility was great. The way the building is designed, you can see outside and get natural light. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

I received excellent care today at Baptist for my procedure. The receptionist, the nursing staff, the anesthesiologist and the doctor were all very courteous. It couldn’t have been more pleasant.

Exceptionally caring and skilled professionals! No weakness noted. The team from registration to outpatient care made a not so pleasurable Colonoscopy and Endoscopy as painless as possible. If you need this procedure done, I highly recommend this facility.

Really unhappy with my experience and wouldn’t recommend going with a child or infant. Walked in with my 11 month and before even looking at her, was told it’s likely colic. I questioned this as colic is usually a thing in newborns and thought my daughter had an ear infection as she’s had multiple before. Was told that she didn’t and then 3 days later, I end up having to bring my daughter to the ER with a high fever and what is the cause? An ear infection. Overall nice people but didn’t seem to have much experience with children. They also weighed her on a weighing scale without changing the cover so didn’t seem too hygienic either

By far the most pleasant experience one can have getting a surgical procedure done. Very well staffed. All medical & reception staff were truly amazing. So kind, understanding & professional. Highly recommend. Worth the ride if you don’t usually go to Miami Beach.

Professional and extremely caring and nice nurses and doctors who are clearly experts in their field. The office is so clean and the service is so fast. They get you in as soon as possible and truly take care of you and spend the time you need to answer all of your questions.

Where do I start? Well the staff at Baptist Health is amazing! Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They made sure I know exactly what was been done and the steps they were taking. One thing I did noticed is how cleaned the place was!! Wow. Thanks to the staff and the cleanliness of this place I will definitely go back there for another procedure.
