😠 Total waste of time. The person who works here is unqualified I'm not even sure if she's a doctor. She took a look at my issues and said she did not know what it was / what medicine to prescribe. She then went on to charge my insurance and copay. She referred me to another urgent care which she had... People often mention waiting, time, minutes, nurse, call, clinic, results,

I will give this 5 stars for cleanliness and for the NP Tanya Green. She was phenomenal. She carried herself in a very professional way and she was incredibly savvy. It actually did not cross my mind that she was a nurse practitioner - I thought she was a doctor. I read some of the reviews and I guess I feel lucky that when I went there was only one patient waiting so I didn't have to wait much. Although I was feeling sick I was mesmerized when I walked in because the room was so clean and spotless. It smelled like rubbing alcohol and it was very organized. This alone would make me want to come back. Tanya continued to clean when I walked in and she washed her hands in front of me. She was very nice and took her time examining me. She gave me a lot of general information regarding the connection between what you eat and certain illnesses and how eating certain foods can help relieve certain symptoms. I really appreciated that. I hope she gets paid well because she is a GEM.

Total waste of time. The person who works here is unqualified I'm not even sure if she's a doctor. She took a look at my issues and said she did not know what it was / what medicine to prescribe. She then went on to charge my insurance and copay. She referred me to another urgent care which she had written down which tells me she does this a lot. When people go to a doctor they expect the service to be completed with a diagnosis and prescription. Unprofessional and not qualified to be taking patients

Appallingly horrible customer service. The nurse practitioner lied about quoting me $20-$30 for my lab work I didn't want, so I was responsible for the $160 bill the lab sent me. I waited a month and a half to even get a response that was promised within 72 hours. I called back 5 times, each time promised a call back from a manager with no follow through. I won't revisit CVS, not only because I do not trust your nurse practitioner, but because i don't trust a company that is so severing lacking in dignity that it allows its business to run this way.

I changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars because the NP was so nice and accommodating. What happened with all of the patients wasn't her fault, but they really need to staff 2 NPs and have a 2nd room running. I live in South Beach. I've been here 4 times, 3 of them for a simple PPD injection, an annual requirement for my job. Every single time, except for one, I've had a bad experience- pathetically long wait times, the nurse practitioner leaving for lunch (for an HOUR) with me sitting here waiting (while PAYING for parking), etc. This time, I paid $8 for parking, signed in, and had already been waiting 45 minutes for the NP to tell me she's backed up and asked me to come back tomorrow!!! Unreal. Pathetic "service". If I didn't HAVE to have this injection immediately for my job and have just paid $8 for parking which would be wasted money, I'd have left; but I insisted on staying. Definitely will think twice about coming back here. I've already been waiting an hour and 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. DOCTOR's offices have better numbers than this!!! "Minute" Clinic?? It's a great idea, very poorly executed. ONE good experience out of FOUR?? Draw your own conclusions. Three strikes is enough for me.😔

Today was my second visit in 4 years. I don't get sick often. I booked online, last time this option wasn't available. I was taken in a few minutes EARLY.. The nurse practitioner, Tanya was incredible. Very detailed. I wasn't sure if I had a cold or flu... assumed it was cold. She suggested the flu test because of potential pneumonia and as she said it would help having all the pieces of the puzzle. In 5 minutes it was confirmed Flu A. I was given all the options for drugs. I highly recommend this clinic. If there's any negative criticism its how cold they keep the store especially when a patient isn't feeling great but thats not the clinics fault.

If you don't need any sort of follow-up, then this may be the perfect place for you. The service from the NP was impeccable. It's the follow-up that is severely lacking and warrants the low rating. I was the first patient of the day and the NP sent my labs off immediately in hopes of getting results back the same day or early the following day. At noon the following day, I called to see if my lab results were back. After waiting on hold for 23 minutes to speak to someone in the call center I was informed that the lab results were not back (not the fault of minute clinic, just the effect of waiting for anything to grow in the culture). I asked whether they would call to inform me of my lab results, since I didn't want to have to spend 20+ mins on hold again, and she replied that they would ONLY call in the event of a positive culture, and that call could come sometime within the next 48-72 hours. For all I know, my lab results could come back negative in the next hour, but I would either have to keep calling or just wait for 72 hours. I don't mind calling, but waiting on hold for 23 minutes just to speak to someone in a call center is ridiculous. I'd understand waiting if I was waiting on the NP directly (because she's seeing patients), but I'm not.

NP Saint Pierre was amazing. She was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was seen at the expected time and the system was linked directly to my CCF medical profile all the way from Cleveland. Jackie the pharmacist was also very polite, professional and helpful in answering questions. Would recommend to anyone. Much better than any ER visit

Rude person at minute clinic. Came in at 3:40. She didn’t even look at us, had her back to us, and said they close at 4. Their hours clearly say they close at 4:30. She said an appt was required. It clearly is a walk in minute clinic. Awful person.

WORST SERVICE EVER! My girlfriend did a test, the previous nurse gave her an appointment that they did not want to respect, they saw her 1 hour later and the nurse Shordinka I think it was her name was EXTREMELY RUDE! DO NOT GO THERE you will waste your time and patience.

Don’t bother going here. NP spent 25 minutes with her back to my daughter and about 3 minutes examining her. She advised me to giver her Gatorade for sun poisoning. Waste of an entire day. Go somewhere else.

This is now a Walgreens. Tho there were challenges, the staff worked thru them to provide impeccable & fast service. The NP went above & beyond, lancing & cleaning 2 foot wounds I had. The pharmacy worker, filling in on her day off, manually searched all orders to find mine when it didn't pop up. Overall, I'd say heroic effort!

Wanted to charge me $232 for a Typhoid vaccine (cost of shot + clinic visit) and make me wait an hour. The amazing pharmacist at the Walgreens across the street did the exact same thing for $125 with no wait. Don’t go to CVS!

I check in at 12pm for quick Covid test and this place was not busy at all . She couldn’t take me stating that my appointment is at 3:30pm and they are going to a break . Come on !! Don’t waist your time coming here !

Do not go here. Another Minute clinic said I had an abscess and needed it drained. the NP here said just needed another round of the same antibiotic that had failed twice before. she also insisted on drawing lab. the results would not come back until the next day and would have no impact on treatment. I just got the bill for the lab. $950 for lab that was completely wasted. Ridiculous.
