The people here were amazing! I was on vacation and needed to have something checked out. The receptionist, doctor and medical assistant were incredibly kind, courteous, and compassionate. I truly wish I had this kind of service and compassion in my area where I live and work. I got in immediately within five minutes of my arrival in which I had no appointment. They even took my insurance!!! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and these people. And on top of all this, I was even seen by a female doctor for such a minor issue and walk in clinic!! Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart!

I went yesterday because it was close to my job, had the best experience. it was super fast! I was panicking because of a burn and how terrified i am with them. the nurse was extra sweet and caring. like never i had experienced before in any urgent care. or any doctor office honestly. Best attention ever, my nurse was Dorothy(if i am correct)

These folks were incredibly kind and helpful! I was on vacation in miami beach, but due to a miscommunication with my new job in NY, I needed to get a last minute tuberculosis test before getting back home. The team at FastCare are able to place ppds and do the quantiferon test, although we decided on a chest xray to get the results to my job the fastest. Everyone was so nice, my start date for my job was saved, and everything was super affordable, even if I hadn't had insurance! Best patient care and bedside manner I've seen maybe ever. I'd work for them if I lived in miami lol.

FastCare is a great Urgent Care Center and I strongly recommend going to them for any illness or injury. I have been to this facility multiple times for different ailments and always receive top notch medical care, with very little wait time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors. They will take care of you and have you feeling better in no time!

Fastcare was so convenient and hassle free. Everyone is so pleasant. I went in for a bulging disc pain and was treated so kindly. The nurse who gave me the shots was so compassionate as she saw I was very anxious. If I would have gone I wouldn’t have been able to fly back home today. Thank you for all you do!

I always dread going to doctors office or urgent care because of the long waits and cleanliness and mediocre treatment. This was honestly such a positive experience and I will be returning when necessary. Dr. Alisha Drayton was empathetic, thoughtful, and efficient which I rarely experience. The office staff were kind and helpful and the office itself wasn’t overcrowded and very clean.

I was not feeling well on a Saturday afternoon, and I went into FastCare a little before the the end of their day. They were so kind to see me, offered a warm greeting, and apologized to me for my wait in advance, which was no problem and I expected the wait on my end. All of the staff were so nice and caring. The doctor finally come in to see me, and he must have been the nicest, kindest, and most patient doctor I have ever seen in my life. He took his time, was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why, and left me feeling reassured about my condition, well-being, and next steps. I wished I lived closer to visit with this doctor moving forward, but unfortunately I don't. I would highly recommended this care facility!

Great service! My husband and I were on vacation and both sick. Dr. Chris took greatest care of us. He took time to make sure we had the right prescriptions to feel better and salvage our vacation. The office staff were amazing as well. When I called to check out the facility the lady assured me that we would be seen and taken care of. She was exactly right. The staff take pride in their services and we were extremely pleased with the service we received.

Short waiting time, freindly and professional staff. The Doctor took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed. The Doctor recommended that I have tests done that FastCare didn't offer, and provided a list of local facilities that do the tests. I had the tests done on a Friday, on Monday the Doctor called to follow up with the results. This is way health care should work - highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately on the last day of my vacation had to go to urgent care! The lady at my hotel recommended this one. I was reluctant at first because I thought I would be waiting for a while a didn’t want to miss my flight. When I arrived I was taken to the back and treated immediately. Everyone was friendly and showed compassion. And I didn’t miss my flight!

The staff at Fast-Care urgent were very polite, professional and showed great empathy towards me as their patient. The doctor was kind, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable regarding my health needs. I greatly appreciate the care they provided me today. This is the only urgent care I will take my family to on the beach. The fact that you know what you're paying upfront and the cost is reasonable is huge....standard visit is $120 compared to $400-600 at other urgent cares (ahem, Baptist Health). You're actually paying for health care here, instead of someone's marketing budget. They are usually pretty fast and the nurses and doctors are very empathetic, true care-givers. They are excellent with kids as well. Can't recommend them enough!

The service is truly fast. I’m a teacher down the road and one day I was feeling really bad with a fever one hour before school ended. My coworkers told me go to fast care because the service is really fast. So I went to fast her and truly is fast. The staff are so kind patient and the doctor was so friend. I am definitely going back For any other healthcare reason.

This is the best urgent care I’ve been to in the Miami area. Everyone was really helpful and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Dr. Fayeghi actually spent time with me, went over all my concerns, and gave me plenty of resources to help me out. Have not received attention at any other urgent care like I did here.

I visited Miami Beach this past week (week of August 7) for 4 days, staying at a resort there with my family. The night before the last day I got really sick that I could barely hold myself upright. My condition was not improving on the last day and I decided to seek medical care. I went to FastCare Urgent care. The service was quick. The staff appreciated my condition and went to the commensurate length to alleviate my sickness. I was treated with respect and courtesy. They took the necessary measures to control symptoms that had overwhelmed my OTC drugs. I can gratefully say they took care of me. By the time I was leaving the facility, I felt better just as they had assured me “you will feel better in about 15 to 20 minutes”. I had a disorienting headache. The nurse was very caring. I walked out with sound instructions/advice/encouragement and medications and I was able to function well enough to sit out with my family for part of the last day. Thank you Dr. Fayenghi and your awesome staff for helping me. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in Miami Beach, whether they are visiting or resident there.

Walked in. No wait. Very nice and knowledgeable doctor. This is the first time I try this service after the impossible effort of trying to schedule a visit with my Mount Sinai primary care physician. They took my HMO plan that is rejected by many overworked Drs at the hospital.

So pleasantly surprised by my experience here. I filled out the patient form on the ride over, was seen within three minutes of sitting down, and left after 20 minutes with a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. Everyone was extremely polite and pleasant as well.

FastCare gives excellent Fast Care. Super impressed how the team quickly took care of me after a scooter accident banged me up pretty good, including a broken arm. Xrays, cast, prescriptions, and referral to orthopedic all within 45 min. Well done!

Great urgent care! All my family always drive there,even if there are a couple close by our house,this one is amazing! The staff is super nice,professional and we love Dr Fayeghi! He is the best doctor out there,super knowledgeable and always listens very carefully! I think we go there even more often then our family doctor:)

Awesomely wonderful and kind staff, doctors and caretakes of our health! We were so delighted by everyone there that we feel confident that no matter what happens, we have a place to go if we need to get insights urgently. That's a huge blessing. They exceeded all expectations for an urgent care clinic.

The medical attention was one of the best i’ve ever had. Also hands up to the medical personnel. While I was waiting for my prescription to be filled, a mom came with her child, apparently he had swallowed something, and the doctors quickly recommended another hospital they could go to cause they did have the right medical instruments to attend the child, so it was only going to be a waste of her time. They were pretty concerned and they acted fast. Great place overall!

Everything about this place is good. Easy parking, clean, organized and the doctor was amazing. So happy I came here, versus waiting three weeks to see my primary care doctor. The doctor I saw here, I’d love to be able to switch out for my primary care physician! Only thing to note is it’s walk-in only, versus the impression you get from the “schedule appointment” button in the website. That just allows you to pre-fill your admission paperwork before coming in. I’ll be back, and am so glad I found this place!

We were visiting from out of State and had an outstanding experience (on a Monday morning, no less). The staff was courteous and efficient and our wait time was completely reasonable. Our doctor was knowledgeable and created a very comfortable experience. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care for your medical needs.

I needed some stitches removed from a surgery which had been performed out of state. After filling out forms, I waited only about ten minutes before I was called. After my vitals were taken, the doctor came in five minutes later. The office is clean, efficient and professional. A great experience.

My experience at FastCare Urgent Care was excellent. The entire staff was super nice and very accommodating. The doctor did a wonderful job of explaining my condition and I was in and out of there very quickly.

had an issue with my arm that required hospitalization years ago come back. Walked in, filled out forms, sat down, got right back up to go to a room, took bp vitals, Doc came in and knew immediately what it was, nurse brought shot, then checked out... less than 40 minutes. Could not be happier. Everyone was on point, super fast, efficient AND got me treated and healed correctly. Highly recommended !

My husband saw Dr. Fayeghi for an immigration exam. The whole experience was wonderful. Dr. Fayeghi was friendly and explained everything well, and is clearly well-versed in ever-changing USCIS requirements. The man at the front desk who checked us in was kind and experienced, and the nurse who did the blood draw was so sweet. I called before we went and I was really impressed with their transparency about fees, and we weren't charged extra for things we didn't need. There are a lot of shady doctors doing these exams and charging hundreds of dollars (another clinic quoted $500, to be paid only in cash!) but FastCare put our minds at ease. And I'm delighted to have found such a wonderful urgent care for any future needs.
