Excellent attention! Dr. Foster is very nice and knowledgeable. They also have an audiologist on staff with all the equipment to check your hearing! Highly recommend them.

This office is terribly incompetent. Dr foster is dismissive, delinquent in making a timely diagnosis and horrific at returning phone calls regarding concerns. He blames everything on his staff and makes them take the brunt of clients displeasure despite the fact that he is to blame. Additionally, I have been overcharged twice with my insurance having to request the refund. It has been several months from my initial concern and I am no closer to resolution.

Dr. Madar is great and would get 5 stars, but the staff is very disorganized! I called twice and left a message for the doctor and he never received it. They were supposed to send my prescription to my pharmacy but they never did it. Among other things… I wouldn’t really recommend them.

After 3.5 months with a acid-reflux that was very annoying, and going from doctor to doctor’s, Paul Foster did a simple investigation with his intra-nose camera and determined my illness in just a minute. He prescribed me 2 medicine, and said to me: if you aren’t feeling good in a week, come back and we will research more. What do you know, on the third date of taking the prescribe medicine, I felt completely better. My second visit to see Dr. Foster was to let him know I was happy and better, and more that that I appreciated his experience. If you get Reflux, call Dr. Foster.

The front desk staff r very courteous and patient. A big Plus in my book! Dr Foster takes time to hear you out.

I had the good fortune to see Dr. Bahbak Shariat-Madar and would highly recommend him. Both he and the office staff were courteous, professional, compassionate and competent. Very happy with my care here!

Dr. Martinez is great, but office staff forgot about me and had me waiting over an hour, until office waiting room emptied out and I asked if I had been forgotten.

Dr. Rivera is great but the administrative staff is non-responsive and unhelpful and overall the communication to/with the patient is poor.

They are Very professional the best service , doctor Rivero is the best doctor in Miami he made me a procedure and I am very grateful , healing hands God bless you doctor ❤️

My visit is always professional with no long waiting time. My doctor Richard J Vivero make sure I’m okay and is very patient with me. The staff are nice and helpful.

Dr. Vivero saw me and we planned a follow-up in two months. He was very attendant to my questions and explained his thoughts in a comprehensive manner.The office staff are professional and positive. Appointment was on time. YAY!

The ENT that took care of me in my last visit, Doctor Andrew Rivera, was absolutely amazing! He was kind, friendly, and VERY patient with all of my questions and concerns. He took his time explaining everything in regards to my vocal chords and their current state and what I should be doing in order to take better care of them. I’ve been to two previous ENT’s to check my vocal chords, one in UM and another in the memorial hospital, and Dr. Andrew Rivera at Mount Sanai has BY FAR been the best ENT that I’ve been to. 100%! Recommended!!!!

Since I have several doctors at Mount Sinai Medical Offices, utilizing this location was easy to access. The practice here is much better than most doctor's offices. The office staff is friendly and courteous. There are very comfortable accommodations in the waiting room. The seating is very good. I saw Dr. Paul Foster for the first time. I have used South FL ENT Associates at Aventura Medical Center for over 20 years, seeing Dr Carl Drucker MD, at that location. Dr. Drucker is an excellent one to see if you live in the area. Dr. Foster was able to access my medical records at the other location. He is a fine Doctor to use. There was a 30 minute wait but he will spend enough time with you to examine you and make you you are comfortable. He is very happy to make sure you understand the treatment plan he recommends. I highly recommend this practice for all your Ear, Nose and Throat needs.

The place is very clean and all the workers are very attentive, polite and helpful, especially Margie, a professional full of patience for the patient, wonderful human being HAPPY FOR YOU THANK YOU
