I don't know why i have given them so many chances. First i came here to get an IUD. I got to the office and they weren't prepared for it. I made an appointment for over a month out. The doctor canceled same day and set up another appointment for another 3 weeks. I showed up for that appointment and they said I didn't have an a appointment so they got me in the next week. I showed up and the doctor said she didn't have the info that it was for an IUD and that i needed to get tests done first. It took 3 months for me to get this done. Another time I came in for a problem i was having. The results showed up in my online account, and i waited a week with no call. So i called them to ask for someone to call me and explain. They didn't even call me back. They send me an email. You can never get into an appointment quickly, even if you are having an issue that needs to be addressed right away. I cant believe that a healthcare provider can be this unorganized and have a total lack in care to their patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. They called me Friday to confirm it as it was on Monday and the guy was extremely rude didnโ€™t introduce himself and gave me an attitude. Monday morning comes, and I was very lost and didnโ€™t know where anything was. Iโ€™ve been calling for 50 minutes and was put on hold and no one ever answered me. Someone said hold please and never came back. I never even got into the office since I couldnโ€™t find it and called to get directions. And no one even answered or bothered to call me since I had technically missed my appointment. Absolutely a waste of my time and gas driving here. Do not come here

My husband and I had a disappointing experience with the OBGYN practice at Mount Sinai during my pregnancy. As someone with a family in the medical field, I had high expectations, but sadly, they were not met. Throughout my visits, I felt uncared for and uncomfortable. The doctor's (Dr. Larry Goldenberg) clinical and unsympathetic approach left much to be desired. I found it challenging to connect with him, and his mannerisms were borderline rude. As someone with an anxiety condition, I had hoped for understanding and support, but instead, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed and even made fun of. The final straw was when the doctor's behavior during one appointment left me in tears. It was clear that this practice lacked the empathy and compassion necessary to provide quality care to its patients. In the middle of my pregnancy, I made the difficult decision to switch providers, and it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The new provider was caring, supportive, and made me feel safe throughout the rest of my pregnancy. It's disheartening that a practice affiliated with Mount Sinai, known for its prestige in NYC, could fall short in providing adequate support and care for its patients. I urge others to carefully consider their options and seek out healthcare professionals who prioritize compassion and empathy during such a vulnerable time. In conclusion, I do not recommend Dr. Goldenberg or the Mount Sinai OBGYN practice based on my experience. Sharing this feedback with the hope of encouraging positive change and better patient care.

I never leave reviews however I felt like I had to! I wish I could give this place a 0, as soon as I walked in I was told I need to reschedule before even getting to the counter. I called before my appointment to tell them I was running late and the person I spoke to said it's okay (Miami traffic is nightmare), they have a 15 min late policy, the rude receptionist said they we nice and gave me 20 minutes however I arrived inside the office at 318. I'm not sure how that makes sense but okay, I'm glad I didn't use this office, if that's how they treat patients, I can only imagine their attitude towards everything else.

The worst ever costumer le patient - doctor service in South Florida!!! I lost two kids six years ago and after a tubal ligation twelve years ago, Iโ€™ve been in so much pain that is nos even funny. I cannot even walk my dog and the OBGYN Alexandra Okasias but mostly her staff is the worst I have ever encountered in my whole life. Is not really a joke when they tell you that medicine in South Florida is terrible but when you actually experience for yourself. On top of that, she made me wait for two hours only for a Telehealth appointment, and she never showed up! I just got tired of waiting her! Come on, Iโ€™m not an animal but a human being. Worst OBGYN bar none.

I'm in disbelief that any doctor's office operate in this manner. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone in this department. I learned that you can schedule an appointment through the main hospital scheduling department. However, if you have any questions regarding your treatment or have emergency concerns good luck, no one will answer the phone, you would literally have to show up in person or wait 3 months for a follow-up. appointment, even if you were recently seen. These doctors are quick to take your money and charge your insurance but don't care about you.

I have been with this medical for going on 3 years. The doctors are fine but the practice overall is awful. Iโ€™ve never waited less than an hour to be seen even when I have an appointment. Every time I call, I get out on hold and the message repeats - boasting their service of same day appointments. I have NEVER been able to get a same day appointment. Most recently I went in for a minor infection and they did not follow up with a prescription or treatment of any kind. Still trying to get a hold of someone to get a prescription so I can get some relief!!!! Awful.

I had my first baby this week and the Ob/Gyn assisted me throughout the whole pregnancy. I am very thankful for all the care I received, everyone has been very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and made my pregnancy, labor and delivery as smooth as it could be. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

This review is for the customer service. I had an appointment that I scheduled 3 months ago. Today I received a text saying that it was canceled. When I called the office to ask why it had been canceled a very rude receptionist named Amalia kept talking over me and would not let me speak. No care in the fact that I had already been waiting months. She then scheduled me for an appointment without even asking if I was available that day. She proceeded to write a note in my chart stating that I was the rude one. Very unprofessional. Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s because I asked for her name and told her that her doctors will know about her rude behavior that I wonโ€™t be rescheduling there.
