They say there test meets the standard for where you’re traveling but when we got to our destination (Barbados) we were specifically told Eviva’s test didn’t meet the standard and were a known issue. Other travels with tests from other providers had no issues but those who used Eviva’s had to take a new test.

The medical staff was incredibly friendly in answering all of my questions. I got my PCR test results in 2 hours. Would come back if I need to get tested again.

BEWARE. I have never dealt with a business falsifying so much information and taking you in circles for what they've promised you. I called because our family is stuck in Italy and we are trying to get documents of recovery to go home. I called and asked how quickly their turnaround time is and was promised 24 hours to receive documents. I called back right after to confirm this to make sure I understood correctly and Steven confirmed this. They made an error on the document and it has been a HORRIBLE experience trying to get them to rectify their mistakes. I sent an email telling them they made an error and they told me it will take another 24 hours to receive an email response! On the phone they have been reassuring and telling me one thing and then immediately emailing me saying the complete opposite (as to leave a false written trail for themselves) and taking us around and around in circles. DO NOT use this company if you need anything time-urgent, especially COVID related with travel. They will LIE to get you to purchase and then mislead you and not fulfill their promises. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Please reach out to me privately and I will detail my experience with you (with screenshots!). I don't often write reviews on Google, mainly Yelp, and will happily show you my other reviews to show I am authentic in what I say. I also asked them for their business license number and was told they don't have that information and hung up on me.

Signed up for a document of recovery for COVID as I thought because i was asymptomatic and had been over 5 days without a symptom, it shouldnt be an issue to get a letter, but they told me it would be 10 days before i could get a letter. When i asked for my money back, they said the services were rendered because they sent me an email... I keep asking for my money back as they didnt render any services. Once the 10 days came, They STILL didnt even send a COVID letter. This place is a sham

I travel often, so I need to have my COVID test done fast. Evivia staff was very professional and my results were emailed to me on time. Can also request a QR code added. Would highly recommend this place.
