State of Yoga is a beautiful Yoga studio located in Miami Beach. You will find the best Florida teachers there. Sandrine, the owner, is an amazing yogi and a lovely person, love her! Also, Michelle, Allaine, Laureano, Gabriel, Radha, Irena, are great and spiritual yoga professionals, I tried all of their classes and I felt so good after them. If you are looking for a studio full of positive vibes, and teachers with hundreds of hs of yoga studies, State of Yoga is your place. Namaste!

SOY is the best yoga studio I’ve been able to practice at in Miami. I did my teacher training here and I could not have asked for a better experience. Sandrine is extremely knowledgeable about breathwork , meditation, the body, and the practice as a whole. All the other teachers at the studio are excellent so no matter what class you take, you will leave there feeling blissed out. If you are looking to be challenged and grow spiritually, mentally, and physically, this is the place to be. Even the energy that sits in the studio space is calm and relaxing. Lots of windows, organic light and fresh air coming into the studio making the practice all that much more enjoyable. love state of yoga and will continue to be a loyal customer for life.

It was the first time doing an actual yoga session. Me and two others went for the first time and it was challenging yet fun. The first ten minutes weren’t that bad and halfway through the class the pace picked and gotten more interesting. Sandrine is a great instructor and showed modified moves for people that can’t do the ridiculous poses. Overall, great experience, the people are chill, and you do get a great sweat from it. We walked out feeling good!! I love that this offers online since we’re not from Miami so it’s worth that we can do this at our homes at an affordable price.

Title: A Classic Yoga Sanctuary in South of Fifth Miami Beach - Discover Serenity! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Discovering State of Yoga in the charming South of Fifth Miami Beach was like stumbling upon a tranquil haven tailor-made for classic yoga enthusiasts like myself. The studio's serene atmosphere and dedication to preserving the essence of traditional yoga left me thoroughly impressed. The expertise of their esteemed instructors, Radha Krishna Lila and Benjamin Smielowickz, both renowned Dharma Yoga practitioners, along with the studio's visionary owner, Sandrine Kamhi, a seasoned Jivamukti teacher, form the heart and soul of this exceptional space. Their teachings go beyond the physical postures, creating a space where yoga becomes a sacred spiritual journey. State of Yoga's ambiance exudes simplicity and tranquility, embodying the very spirit of classic yoga. Whether you're drawn to the discipline of Ashtanga or the playful nature of Acro yoga, this studio honors a diverse range of practices while staying true to yoga's fundamental principles. What sets State of Yoga apart is their inclusion of mantra chanting, a practice that resonates deeply with those seeking a profound connection. The studio's dedication to incorporating these ancient sounds adds an ethereal dimension to the experience, fostering an environment of peace and introspection. If you're ready to embark on a transformative yogic experience, I highly recommend attending their Sunday classes at either 10 am or 12 pm. These sessions are more than just physical workouts; they're opportunities to reconnect with your inner self, recharge your spirit, and bask in positive energy. In a world where hectic schedules dominate, State of Yoga provides a sanctuary where you can slow down, reconnect, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. If you're a seeker of authentic yoga practices guided by exceptional teachers, I urge you to explore this hidden gem. Your soul will undoubtedly thank you.

Intimate studio that has an authenticity that so many yoga studios lack. Sandrine is a wonderful teacher—her class is a great mix of the spiritual with the physical. I leave feeling calm and present (and a little stiff the next day!)

A gem of a studio! The space is beautiful, clean and bright. The teachers are top-notch and guide amazing flows, adaptable for any yogi. The owner, Sandrine, is genuine and professional...the best in Miami! PS: During COVID, the studio has kept extra clean and safe, strictly following guidelines and distancing. Plus they've offered live streaming of all classes so you can continue to practice at home, however you are comfortable.

As a long time student of Sandrine's I have been fortunate enough to travel on many incredible retreats of the the years, practice at the studios in Miami Beach - and now, though I'm far away on another continent - connect online to classes via Zoom. The online classes have kept me practicing more regularly over the last few months with one of my favorite teachers - almost every day of the week! The studio is a super clean, beautiful space with amazing energy. Thank you State of Yoga and Sandrine - I can't wait until I can practice in the studio again, and for our next retreat adventures - until then - catch you online! Lots of love from Istanbul, Didem

I simply cannot say enough amazing things about State of Yoga, Sandrine, and her entire staff! I've been practicing yoga for 24 years, and I can attest, this studio is the real deal! Sandrine puts her whole heart into this studio and you can feel it the minute you walk in. Whether you are a veteran yogi, or a newbie, there is something for everyone here. Not only are the classes great, but the sense of community and positive energy are unparalleled! I also highly recommend her online classes no matter where you live. State of Yoga is my happy place.
