I came across this studio by chance, and so lucky to have done so. I took an aerial yoga class with my friend & was instructed by the owner, Canela, who is lovely! She was so patient while teaching the beginner class & challenged us to learn new postures with ease. The energy of the studio is soooo calming. Will definitely look into the retreats that Canela is offering. If you are in Miami, you need to check this studio out!!!! They offer many services like yoga, reiki, massage, etc!

My wife and I found Ocean Life Studio while we stayed in the area. This place is great! From the friendly staff to the excellent instruction, we were hooked. We didn't miss any of the Monday/Wednesday classes with Darwin while we were in town for 5 weeks. If you are in the area and looking for an excellent workout, definitely check it out.

I had the best Massage Therapy at Ocean Life Studio. It was absolutely relaxing and helped me to sleep the entire night, woke up earlier than usual and full of energy. The studio offers many different services such as acupuncture, yoga, personal training, weight loss, etc. It is worth to stop by and check it out and uncover new ways to help your body and mind to feel great. The staff are real professionals that are caring and will listen to you and your needs.

Amazing vibe, try Aerial Yoga, the teacher Andrea is gentle, yet challenging, and knows how to get anyone in amazing postures that will leave you renewed after class!! (tip: They also offer Aerial parties and bachelorettes.. ;) ) They have anything you may like: Yoga (with live music on Friday nights), Capoeira (Brazilian Martial arts/dance), Salsa, weights, massage, calisthenics, open gym, anything! Canela and Darwin the owners, put their best into everything they offer holding nothing back! worth trying!!

IV Therapy at Ocean Life Studios is an incredible and professional experience!!!! I was hesitant to try IV therapy but was extremely grateful to have the IV therapy. The owner is a trained PA from Cornell Medical school. She made the experience great. Thank you Canela. I encourage you to try it and watch your energy level increase.

Best place to work out, stay healthy and have fun. This studio is really complete by offering so many services for well being. It also brings the community together with their classes and events. The owners are amazing people, very professional with a huge heart. Their staff is great as well. I highly recommend this place.

We came for a long stay in north beach and discovered this little gem, ocean life studio, where we had our best workouts with Darwin that got us in shape! He’s so amazing, and we didn’t miss one class during our stay. He’s accommodating, educated, keeps it cool, and made us work! 💪💪 we miss you already Darwin and the whole ocean life team 💓

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Canela and Ocean Life Studio! My friends and I took an aerial yoga class while in Miami for a bachelorette trip and we had an amazing experience. Canela is an excellent instructor and made our group and the bride feel so special! I would definitely go back here in the future and recommend Ocean Life Studio to others!

Ocean life studio is amazing. This place has alot to offer full of positive people and energy with great classes and teachings. Come workout out at a fit fusion class or use the open gym space! Train capoeira or get into a vinyasa yogi flow! Throw some hands and do some intense fit boxing classes. Theres so many options and cool stuff to do! Ocean life studio is full of life!

Wonderful studio! I’ve taken many of Canela’s classes: Capoeira, yoga, yoga (steel mace). She is an amazing instructor. She brings strength and a positive mindset to her classes. Also Capoeira, boxing and Fit fusion with Darwin, such a great instructor. Classes were a perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Studio is super clean and organized!! Check it out and enjoy the classes for yourself!!

Darwin and Joanah are very knowledgeable when it comes to wellness and fitness. I recently visited Ocean life studio to get the IV infusion services, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the staff at Ocean Life Studio were friendly, profesional, and attentive. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the equipment was top-notch. The staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and they made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the experience before we began.
