    I cannot express what a great experience it was to train with Rick. I walked into the gym the first time full of anxiety and doubt after not having been for several years, but from the moment I arrived, Rick was both welcoming and encouraging. I had not wanted to go back to a gym after so long, but Rick made the process easy while pushing me to my limits. I left the gym with my whole body feeling like a wobbly noodle after one of the best workouts I have done in years. Rick is the right guy to work with if you want to be motivated and confident.

    I have been training with Rick for a month and he is an excellent trainer! After our last session I sent Rick this message: "Just to make you smile.. A very hot shower last night helped "somewhat" but not enough to take the soreness away. Yesterday's session kicked my booty!!! And, BTW, I'm still sore! Thanks to you, I'm putting on my shoes and heading back to the gym. It's now my thing. 😉😄😆😀🤩💪🏽"

    It took me a very long time to find motivation to work out, until I met Rick!! He is hands down the best motivator and trainer in the business. He has educated me on different moves and gave me a custom plan for low impact workouts since I have a bad knee. So happy to have met Rick, he changed my life!!!

    Amazing experience to train with Rick. He made me feel very comfortable the entire session. The place is extremely clean. Rick pays attention that the exercises are challenging enough while making sure that your posture and execution are correct. Then he keeps a log to keep track of the progress. What a difference compared to pretending that I know what I'm supposed to do! I am feeling better already and looking forward to continue training with him.

    Rick is a FANTASTIC trainer! Working out with him will boost your energy for days, and he educates you about your body while in the training session as well - always love a little dose of science. I really enjoyed our session and will absolutely be going back. I have actually gotten comments that I look stronger after just one session? I’m also referring him to my friends and family members!

    Rick has been amazing to work with. He always comes to each session prepared and organized, and he designs each workout to be intense, fun and challenging. He checks in on off-days to see how I'm doing and is always there if I have any questions or need anything. It's rare to work with someone who genuinely cares about his clients the way Rick does!!

    Rick is an amazing trainer; his work out plans have a great variety of focuses that can be done at home! Working with him during covid was a huge blessing, I was able to use my home gym and work out with him over zoom. His communication is great he is always just a text message away and he takes advantage of that. While working with Rick he was always on my butt! But most importantly he truly cares about his clients. He is a stand-up guy and works hard to make sure you are making the gains that you are looking for.

    Rick has been training my son and he's fantastic! In addition to physical fitness, he mapped out a nutrition program to help my son reach his goals. You can tell he really cares about his clients. Would 100% recommend him! Thank you so much Rick!!

    Working out with Rick has been a fantastic experience! He is a rare find in Miami Beach. He is personable, dedicated and organized. He plans my workouts to cater to my goals, and always listens to my body while pushing me at the same time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Greetings from New Jersey! I follow Rick's account on instagram. I have been experiencing some tightness in my lower back recently. I messaged him to see if he could suggest any lower back stretches that might help. He was kind enough to respond with some suggestions. I gave them a try and my back felt significantly better.     Rick is an amazing trainer and he is very patient, professional and very personable. He has been training me for a month now and he has been very consistent in showing me different ways to achieve my physical goals… He is very understanding of what are my needs are to be in shape and reach my optimum endurance. I will highly recommend Rick to anyone not only about because of his training knowledge but he genuinely cares about the health & well being of his clients.

    Rick and I have been training together privately for 4+ years. He pivoted to remote training sessions during covid so I could continue my workout routine and not miss a beat. He holds me accountable, tailors the workout routine to my skills and needs. Even when we travel and don’t have access to equipment, Rick continues our sessions, using body weight only. I feel stronger and have more energy thanks to Rick. I highly recommend Rick as a trainer. If you’re going to spend 2-3 hours a week with someone, you need to enjoy their company and get results.

    Rick is a nice guy but a tough trainer! I had a major surgery and needed a trainer that understands my condition and can work with me to bring me back to my form. The gym manager recommended Rick and it was the right choice. He planned a workout routine, as well as nutritional advice, and a set of materials to read without me asking for them. He would even check on me on cardio days to make sure I don't skip and called home to make sure I was fine after a workout day. Thank you Rick for caring. If you are looking for someone to work with you to reach your goals Rick is the man for the job. I highly recommend him.

    I trained with Rick specifically to add kettlebells to my strength workout. From day one, Rick customized my training to match my goals and training level so I could progress safely for my age and health issues. He made useful suggestions on techniques to get the most out of my movements. He’s a great guy with a positive attitude who takes a personal interest in his client’s lives. I highly recommend giving him a try - you’ll enjoy training with him. The time will fly and, best of all, you’ll see results!

    I highly recommend Rick as a trainer. I began working with Rick a few years ago. He listened carefully to the training goals I had as a 60 year old woman: strength, balance, and flexibility. He developed a plan that was perfect for me - it pushed me and brought the results I was hoping for. Rick kept meticulous records and often followed a training session with a phone call to check in to see how I was doing. He was very responsive to my feedback about training and encouraged me mightily. He was a terrific cheerleader as I pushed myself through workouts. If you're looking for a trainer who knows his craft well and has your best interests in mind, Rick's your guy!

    Rick is the definition of great trainer. I've worked with Rick close to 5 years and running. He is customer/ client focused and truly cares for his clients. He tailors a plan to help you reach your goals. He is by far the most knowledgable trainer I have ever worked with, and I have had several trainers over many years. If you want to get and stay healthy, look better, feel better, and get the best results, Rick is your guy. You'll also have fun doing it. Lastly, he's very nice, professional, and just an all around great guy.

    Rick is a great personal trainer. I was intimidated to begin the process of working out because fitness was never my thing and I get very insecure. Rick has a personal warmth and caring personality that immediately put me at ease. He listened to my goals and worries and created a program that was tailored to my needs. On days where I struggled, he was my cheerleader while still holding me accountable. During our workouts, I always felt comfortable emotionally while being challenged physically. He is a great guy and even better trainer. I cannot recommend him enough!

    Rick is a knowledgeable fitness professional who tailors workouts to clients needs and abilities. I started with Rick at age 69 in order to increase my fitness level and loose weight. I'm so glad I did. Two years later I was stronger, healthier and in better shape than I had ever been. Rick pushed me within the limits of my crummy knees and was respectful of their limitations. He is also personable, friendly and keeps training upbeat. I highly recommend working with him.
