I wish I could leave 0 stars for the grooming. This was my pets first grooming experience & she came out super scared & anxious. From the start, we were greeted very unpleasantly by the stylist Jessica. I understand some individuals may be animal-people & not great with human interaction but I should’ve just cancelled & left. Decided to leave my pet, 30 min after I left her, I had a question about the service so I called & Jessica picked up the phone. Super rude, sarcastic tone, & awful attitude. It took 3 hours & a half to groom my dog to which when she was brought out, she was happy to see me so she pulled the leash & Jessica looked extremely annoyed by it. My dog came out wet, hair shedding, & I was told she was too nervous to get her nail trimmed. She has had her nail trimmed at another facility where they said she behaved great. With the attitude of the stylist, I can only imagine my dog felt very uncomfortable & understandably cried constantly. Animals need to feel secure around you. If this is the only stylist available, don’t do it. Keep looking for another grooming service.

Christian his name is! rather than helping us, he reacted harshly and shouting at us. Do you have any solution for this situation, we were faced with his shouting when we asked! please educate the employees on how to treat them first.

Great service all around! I dropped my dog Bentley off to get groomed and the grooming manager was really nice and I could tell she loved her job. When I went to pick her up and pay for the service even the gentleman ringing me up was super nice as I was having a bum day it made my day better. Thank you Petco and thank you to the gentleman who gave my dogs some treats for the road on V-Day. I will be back and my dog looks great!

Katerin is absolutely phenomenal! She treats my pug as if it were her own. Make sure to ask for her when you get a grooming service.

As a dog sitter, I have to make sure all the fur babies I take care of are always looking top notch. I love the ease, sweet nature and professionalism Katherine displays. All my dogs love her, and she makes the process comfortable for them.

Catherine and Juan are extremely rude! Both are managers. Can’t manage a store. They both have terrible customer service. Petco really needs to look into how these people treat customers. This guy tried to kick my sister and I out of Petco after spending over 150$+ because my sisters dog dark barked at someone. He rudely told her that she needed to control her dog. I mean who says that to a customer. He also was yelling at her asking for her information because he thought her dog bit someone. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. Can’t believe this happened to us. This guy deserves to work somewhere like Walmart or something. Sad that Petcos customer service has downgraded. Miami Beach residents deserve better.

Never do grooming with Thelma! Awful experience! Attitude rude and sarcastic. Very unprofessional. My dog was shaking couple hours after I picked her up. Will never come again. Stay away!

In the middle of the day only one cashier employee at the front of the store with another no where to be found until way later. Went in to buy crickets on the day they receive the shipment only to find a huge boat load of dead ones which is a great way to spread illness and disease amongst them all. Which is probably why most of mine died within a few days. Don't trust this store for good quality crickets to feed your reptile. You will regret it.

I visited several different Petco locations and this one is the worst. I paid max $80 from last my 10 visit and this location gave me $163 for grooming. When I schedule appointment I saw price was $46 because it was just shower and dry. When I went to pick up my dog they told me price is $163. They added so many things. This is the closest Petco to my location that’s why I scheduled second time. This time they rescheduled my appointment 2 hours before. I don’t know other’s experience but this location is the worst for me.

Cashier who answered phone when I called to see if item ready was very polite and was the same person I picked up from at checkout. Rare, super courteous and articulate chain store staff on a sunday morning.

So do not sign in for the Petco reward of $19.99 a month. Again do not!!! It is a year commitment. I signed up because like any other marketing strategy they will make you believe you will be benefiting from their amazing membership. One reason to cancel is they do not want to take my puppy 🐶 because it has some a knot. Literally a knot. Outrageously ridiculous. They will only do grooming to the perfect easy dog! Don't fall into this trap. Excuses will be their way of serving you!!! I tried to get out of this monthly charge and it is not possible- unless you have more time than to right this review or have a nice lawyer to take care of it. I'm sure there is a way but my only way is to help people know that this is a bad decision. If I can have 100 people a month to not sign in I am happy to pay the rest of the year! One unhappy customer for $24,000 less in revenue for Petco if I can reach 100 customers not to sign up for this. Now, keep playing with customers and find out how much more you will loose in credibility and revenue. You disgust me and my family.

Very unprofessional, I take a day off from work for bring my dog for a grooming, I received a text message in the morning for my appointment is confirmed and 5 minutes later they canceled, really bad customer service

Frankie our groomer was wonderful with our Lucy (shihzu). He did exactly as we asked and his gentle manner was obvious from the minute we met him. I would highly recommend Frankie. Thank you Frankie!

Great selection of products for all kinds of pets. Good bargains. My dog loves the store so I love it too. My dog has also been bathed and groomed there, getting an extra under grooming to give him a summer cut! He loves to get bathed and groomed there as the staff is very sweet. We now get baths monthly at Petco! He's a happy dog!
