Their website states they depart for Sawgrass Mills 9:00, 10:15, and noon. I signed up for the 10:15 departure on their site. I received a call around 9:15 stating I needed to be there. I asked why because the site states 30 mins before departure which was 9:45. [ was then informed the site was wrong and they only have one departure at 9:30. I inform them I could uber over since we were dressed and only .8 miles away and could be there by 9:30 They told me they couldn't wait. I then asked could I just pay a one-way return trip. We would bare the cost of a uber to Sawgrass Mills. I was told I would have to pay the full round trip fair this despite the site ALSO showing a one- way fee was available. I even asked since we missed the bus ONLY because the site incorrectly had the wrong times could they accommodate my wife and I for the return. Still told no. What poor customer service despite them having incorrect info on their own site. The did absolutely nothing to attempt a compromise despite them admitting they were aware the site was incorrect. I typically don't even write reviews but felt compelled to make other consumers aware. I guess they have enough other customers trying to attempt to remediate this situation was important enough.

Best bus to Sawgrass Mills mall. We arrived to the the station in South Beach, locates at 305 Lincoln Road. The bus was a double decker luxury style bus. Very nice. The transportation to Sawgrass Mall was very comfortable. 2nd time I book with this company. Sawgrass Mills Shuttle A+ for me.

Worse company ever, we rushed from the airport to get the shuttle to Sawgrass at noon but on arrival they told us the website is not updated and they only have a shuttle at 9.30am. This cost us 30$ on Uber for return and wasted a lot of time not mention that now we can't get to the outlet as we planned it for our last day of our trip and was relying on their website information. The girl was very rode to us and no compensation was offered just to buy tickets in cash for the next day at same prices Terrible customer service and poor site information so I wouldn't trust them

I love to shop, so when they challenged me and said I couldn't hit every store I had to get there asap. Tetiana in the office took care of all my needs I booked two days of shopping back to back and glad to report both times the driver was on time but I failed at getting to every store. Next time Miami I'll be back

Not good, didn't pick us on time. It's almost 1 hour late than what they promised. Won't come again.

left the beach at 9am and left sawgrass at 9 pm!! long day at the shoppes, this place is enormous. Tanya booked us a great day!! the driver was on time and the ride was not long as i thought it would be. really fun and easy.

Great service. Ricky guided us in the right direction. Wanted to take my mom shopping somewhere nice and Sawgrass mills is it in Miami. It's one of the biggest outlets. I'm really happy with this trip

I don't think you could even scratch the surface of sawgrass Mills it's so big but tanya hooked us up with a very special shopping trip!! The driver was on time, no complaints from me! totally loved it

Great. We arrived at Sawgrass in about 40 minutes. Too bad the return is at 5 pm and not later. The mall is huge and has very good prices of up to 70% off.
