I walked into this location in desperation after purchasing a 3.4 oz cologne as a gift at the Aventura location. This was my second purchase this week at Aventura the first was a 1 oz bottle so when my 3.4 oz bottle was packaged in the same size bag I asked for a larger bag because it did not look nice. I was told that the recipient of the gift I was buying would be expecting a larger bottle and what mattered was the front of the bag not the wrinkled sides. I desperately drove to the Lincoln road location to buy a larger bag. When I walked in all of the ladies greeted me and Jennifer was so kind and empathetic. She heard me out and offered to repackage the gift and even customized the box and gave me a blank birthday gift card. The staff was kind welcoming and most importantly were eager to help. Thanks Jennifer for saving my dad's birthday.

Happy to find a Jo Malone store in south beach. Angelina was very helpful showing us different fragrances for our liking. Great conversations and service. Highly recommend the lime basil scent!

Jo Malone in South Beach is my favorite place. I live 30 to 40 minutes away from the store and I don't mind driving to this particular site because of the best customer service I am always given all the time. As soon as you enter the store, they greet you with a big smile. From the staff to the manager, they give personal utmost service. They certainly take time to help you pick out what you want. They are very knowledgeable with all the products. Lorrie and Jennifer are beyond amazing. I recommend this place 100%. I LOVE THIS PLACE...my happy place.

Hello there, I was on a business trip recently and stopped at your Miami Beach store on Lennox Ave. I am still over the moon with the wonderful experience I had. Angelina was a fabulous stylist and offered such a personalized experience. I left knowing the stories behind the perfumes and feeling confident in my purchases. It is so rare to receive such outstanding service I just had to pass it on. Angelina was obviously very knowledgeable and had such a fun personality. My coworker was with me and she is not a perfume enthusiast but she said she felt so welcome. Angelina is amazing!! Keep up the great work!

I am so excited that I have found this store! Lorrie is truly an asset to the Jo Malone team. Lorrie has help me pick many fragrances and has given great advice on layering techniques. In addition, Lorrie has helped me pick out great gifts for my mom. Not to mention the way Lorrie wraps all my purchases is beyond beautiful! I will only come to this store for all my Jo Malone needs!

Wonderful experience. I love this store, especially because of the very educated 2 managers there. They really know what they are doing, they are very informative about the Jo Malone story and about all products. The way Jo Malone does the the gift wrapping is amazing, such a great taste. I highly recommend to visit this store, it is an adventure which will light up your life. I forgot the second name of the Manager, but I remember Jennifer, she and her colleague are great !

Just wanted to share the great experience I had at this store . I stopped in with my mother in law in early June . The employee (long beautiful curly hair from NY , sorry forgot her name! ) was so kind to my mother in law, patiently walked us through the different scent profiles and helped us to find a candle to gift to a friend. We both really enjoyed the experience and learned quite a bit too. It’s clear the employees here enjoy what they do and genuinely want to help guide you to products you love. , and the store is immaculate . Like a beautiful French cafe.

Distinctive scents for discerning gents! This is one of the best stores on Lincoln Road with a genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful sales staff. Angelina is particularly wonderful and patient! Hint: if you bring Angelina your existing cologne she can find a similar scent!

I shop this location regularly despite the online availability of their products. Jenifer makes buying a candle special. She's very knowledgeable, and always encourages new ways to experience Jo Malone's sophisticated scents. Go visit!

I thought the service at this store was amazing. I went in and was helped by Angelina and she did an outstanding job at explaining the perfumes/products. Overall she was just very friendly and made the experience in the store awesome. I love perfumes, and you will not be let down by the high quality scents. Personally love the Scarlet poppy perfume and Jasmine Sambac.

I absolutely love Jo Malone products and this was my first visit to an actual store. The girl that helped me was super knowledgeable, friendly, and let me smell EVERYTHING. The service was absolutely outstanding and it was a lot of fun to see what other products were out there besides what is only kept at Sephora or Nordstroms. They pack everything up in a nice box and bow and give out samples too. When I was told that they ship for free, I became a convert!
