Terrible service! The worst I’ve ever experienced. The good reviews must be absolutely FAKE! I arrived at 10pm (they are open until midnight) ordered a hookah and drinks (after we flagged down the bartender who was sitting on the opposite side of the bar all night back turned to entering costumers). The hookah is $80 & lasts the whole night - keep this in mind. I paid $80 to have my hookah for the next 2 hours. Around 10:30pm the hookah waitress comes by and says at 11:05pm, she’s going to take the hookah away because they are closing early. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME, so of course I ask for a discount on my hookah because this wasn’t what I was told only 30 MINUTES AGO! She calls the owner and lets him know the deal… Per the hookah girl the owner is giving us a round of free drinks because the hookah is already paid for. Okay…….. She walks up to the bartender Jessica, and she says NO! Comes over to my table and says the hookah is not being taken away from us and not to worry (a.k.a no round of free drinks) But okay, cool we’ll keep our hookah. At 11:10pm hookah girl comes and takes our hookah - by that time the bar has been cleared of liquor, the bartender apologizes and offers ONE CORONA because there’s nothing left in the bar………. HOW IS ONE CORONA A DISCOUNT? Never again! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

the services was horrible. sit down waited no one came over. after we had to grab someone to help us, but was told he only take drink order only and cant do hoka order then left, instead of grabbing our server for us. the bartender was very nice. the view is nice but with this type of service wont be visiting this place again. Same as other reviewers horrible services here

Tourist trap. Got there with a small group at 6:30 pm on a Thursday for happy hour and was turned away. A man sweeping the floor said they weren’t open yet. Website says happy hour is from 5-8 pm. I looked around and other servers were smoking and drinking by the bar. We came back after 45 minutes and they had opened so we ordered a bottle of wine. A couple of days later, I check my credit card statement and saw that I was charged $80 for a $52 bottle of wine that I split with a friend in the group. My friend was also charged $80.

I love this place !!!! 🤪 first time I visited this past weekend and honestly 11/10 👍 the view is Miami Sky incredible, the music 🎶 very fun 🤩 the cocktails 🍸 delicious 😋 . I went with my friends and all of us we did have a amazing 😻 night , the hookah super cool and the food is excellent . I will be back soon , no forgetting the TOP customer service attention from all the team , recommended 💯 % . I will be there every Friday !!!!! Love it 😍

Just attended an dj event here last night... the view is nice. But the management staff? RUDE. As the dj was in the middle of his set, management walked up and forcibly turned the music down. Both djs were completely surprised and as the crowd complained about the talent treatment and music level, the management person shouted "shut the F&%$@ UP!" Then management proceeded to throw everyone out yelling at paying customers "get the F$%#@ out!!" The venue was closed early and no explanation was given. Our tickets went to midnight, but we were forced to leave by 11:20. No one was out of control, no one was fighting, and there were zero crowd issues that anyone of us could see. I have never seen a manager disrepect a hired talent like that before. The view was beautiful, but not worth being harassed and yelled out. Never again!.

Rooftop bar with nice views. Came during 6-8PM happy hour; 2 signature cocktails and 2 “wells” still cost $80. As a local, I will not be back.

My fiancé and I came on a Saturday night. Very chill vibe. The staff was very warm and inviting. Service was prompt and checked on us frequently.

So upon arriving we looked up on the company’s social media page and 4 hours prior to us coming they advertised for a certain music genre night only to get there and be told that that was old and they don’t have that night anymore (again the post was made just 4 hours prior). Then not only was our waitress Jessica not very friendly or helpful she was upset that we ordered a certain drink that was disgusting and said “yea a lot of people say that” but got upset when we asked to switch the drink…if it’s not a popular drink why not offer that disclaimer. And most importantly after already appearing irritated about the drink request she stated that we had to leave a credit card on file, and by the end of the night our card had somehow been lost by Jessica. Like apparently no one knew where the card was. The manager was searching through trash bins and everything…I’m not really sure if she kept it out of spite because she was frustrated or she accidentally gave it to someone else but the whole situation was very frustrating especially considering we were on vacation… and my cousins card is now lost. Jessica was very nonchalant however the manager was nice and had great customer service. He was helpful but not really managing if that makes sense, he kept sending other people over to avoid dealing with the situation and eventually stated that he’d look for our card and call us to update us in the morning and never called at all. Everyone was very nonchalant and laxed about something that should’ve been handled way better and it was a terrible experience. Granted they’re going to say our evening was comped and we didn’t have to pay anything but how or why would we if YOU lost our credit card. Overall wouldn’t visit this spot again, the hookah guy was awesome but other than that I’d give it zero stars for such a terrible experience.

I absolutely love the views and Adriana was a very attentive server! Such a beautiful and welcoming personality! The hookah was smooth and tasty! This was an excellent choice for our last night out in Miami ! I’m head over heels for the ambience 🥰🥳

Great location and nice view. Music was not good and the employees was terrible. Happy hour is not the same as the website shows (staff said website was outdated)

The atmosphere, the staff, the views, and the vibe... everything is just perfect! Highly recommend you go and check it out if you haven’t already. Personally, If I didn’t live so far (1+ drive) I’d go every week.

Loved it. It didn't open until 7pm, but we got up there at sunset and the views were very good. Enjoyed the staff. Not a large liquor selection though.

Had to have a $50 bar tab per person to be seated but I don’t believe they do this to everyone. I think they pick and choose who they want to tell that too. I read a review of someone on hell who said they needed a $90 bar tab to be seated..yet they told me $50 a couple of months ago.

I almost never write a review, but this definitely deserves one. I've never been to a place this poorly managed. My wife and I arrived and stood around looking for assistance. We walked to the bar and the bartender was sitting with other staff and patrons at the bar. She noticed and got up then raced behind the bar and asks what we would like... there was no menu and they only had two types of beers to offer. We got there at about 10:15, sat ourselves and had to wait for the hookah lady to come out and take our order. We asked what was available and she suggested we check on the website. We got our $80 hookah at about 10:40, she then comes back at 10:55 and says they are closing and she needs to collect the hookah by 11:05. I told her it says they close at 12 and she just charged us $80 without telling us they'd be closing. We asked that we be compensated somehow. She says they'll give us another drink. The bartender who was clearly drinking, shuts the bar down and never brings my wife a beer and tells her to take it for the road. I've had bad experiences before but there were like 2 other groups there who were treated just as bad... I don't understand how they have the rating they do. The place looks good but was a horrible experience.
