Honestly this club deserves 0 stars and I am typically not one to give horrible google reviews. Unfortunately we, like many others, ended up getting scammed out of our money. We bought tickets for a Friday night for $20/person, which the club promoted on their site and Instagram. We got there at 11pm and stood outside for 30 minutes before anyone came over to help us. When they finally did come over we were told that the club had a private event with $10,000 tables and that we couldn’t have bought tickets, even though at that point we had digital copies of the tickets and credit card transactions. After going back and forth, they refused to give our money back, a manager scoffed at us and let us in and as we walked past said “you better stay standing in the corner at the bar and buy drinks all night long”. After being treated with that much disrespect & also being very underwhelmed with the vibe (or lack thereof) inside of this business, we left within 5 minutes. Very disappointed that anyone could treat people like that, especially when they made the mistake in the first place. I’d recommend literally any other club if you’re in Miami.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, but I feel that I need to in order to save other people from wasting their time and money on this place. Security was super weird, guys have to pay a large cover while girls get in free - yet they barely had any people in this club. The music was lame, the vibes were weird, and it was a terrible time. Don’t go here, there are plenty of other fun dancing spots in Miami.

23 club was the worst experience my girlfriend and I have ever had at any night club period. It took 30 minutes to just get to our table. Another hour before our bottles were brought to our table and they were out of more than half the menu. We had to order three different times just to get something they had in stock. People were knocking us over stealing our drinks, jumping through our booth, pouring drinks down our backs, randomly sitting in our booth, and someone even tried to steal my girlfriends purse. I had to find a bouncer and pay him extra to protect us and even with him there it was hard for him to control the crowd. Then on top of all of that they charged me 3k for 3 bottles and non itemized bill. When the bottles I ordered totaled $1500. I spent 4 k last night to try to get the best service as I could on just tips and bottle service and I had better experience at LIV for 500 bucks the night before. I would NOT recommend anyone to 23 club as they need a lot more security and control the crowd. It was horrible and unsafe.

My friends and I paid a total of $130 for tickets to "Fabulous" which we were told started at 10PM. When we arrived there a promoter told us it started at midnight. When we arrived at midnight there was a crowd of 100+ people waiting outside and no one got let in. A manager came out and said "the club is at capacity, everyone will get refunds." When we emailed afterwards for the refund, the club responded with "we have a no refund policy." Don't bother going here, we were scammed.

Went there on a Saturday night. Paid $50 cover fee to get in. The bouncers were rude. And the drinks were $20. Expensive for a club like this imo. Honestly not worth the $50 to get in. The only good thing about the place is the music, space and cleanliness. Other than that nothing special to see here.

One of the best when it comes to hospitality! I’ve never met such nice hosts and bouncers. Skip those other douchey clubs where the bouncers are all on power trips, come here instead 👍 they seriously made my night! The sound system is also amazing. Lastly, while it’s mostly focused on tables, it’s organized in a way where it’s easy to move around, so at the end of the night everyone’s mingling which is nice to see. Everyone was chill, no stuck up egos! Prob at the other clubs haha

I have attended this club many times and I must say my favorite part about the club is the outstanding service.. if I could give This Club a ten star rating I would.. every time I go, I always ask for the tall blonde hair exotic looking girl who works as she always gives us and our group such a good laugh and is amazingly attentive .. the manager there as well is excellent-s we had a small issue and she resolved it without any questions asked .. this club is def growing in south beach and it would be a shame to miss out on an intense great night at 23 club!

Club 23 to me is the top of the line night club here in Miami and would recommend the wonderful atmosphere and experience to anyone in the nightlife scene
