Lovely location / Staff / sandwich / juice & shake. I enjoyed my first breakfast in Miami here

Amazing coffee with high quality service and beautiful arrangements around. Great to stop by to get some drink with snacks, charge your phone and relax in luxury clean environment. Also they have cinnamon, honey, agave syrup as a healthy options to add free in your coffee.

Avoid at all costs! Expensive with poor customer service, specifically from the coffee desk. On March 21, 2022 at around 11am, I got blamed by the woman making the coffees that I stirred the cappuccino and became latte! The cup was filled with milk all the way to the very top, leaving zero space for foam. I asked her to remake the coffee with half the milk. Unapologetically, she remade the $7.74 small size cappuccino to the same milk level. Minutes later, I found in the coffee a small slime mass. Was it created from overheating fast the milk or was it due to the milk's quality or was it from the espresso machine or was it something else? We won't find out as I was too far away to return to the shop.

Everything is overpriced. If you think $6 for a 12 oz bottle isn’t profit gouging, you’ll love this place. Only—wait—it’s more than that! Everything is! You’ll pay a built in 20% service charge for literally everything for sale. That $6 water? It’s actually $7.20. For the mathematically impaired (the target audience for the Loews hotel), that equates to $76.80 a gallon for water. I make plenty of money and can afford this. That isn’t the point. Price gouging is wrong. And it’s disrespectful to customers, if not ethically questionable. Needless to say, will not return.

2 stars for being way to expensive for what it was. 7$ for a medium iced mocha come on Loews hotel i get it you want to make money but thats just a rip off. Step out and visit Rosetta Bakery 5 min walk or next door espresso for better food.

It's a non-descript hotel coffee stop, but their coffee (Panther brand?) was robust and smooth with no bitter aftertaste.

the product is good, they make excellent smooties and coffee, but the building is not kept very well, you can see the clear division between the floor (dirt full of strange patches, the same for the furniture) and the walls (all well kept and painted) in plus well.. i had trouble with my order , my dad ordered for me but i was near him , he explicitly asked for one of the Vegan Smoothies , i get what was a blatant coffee . and luckily there was a very kind and reconciled saleswoman who made me change it without even asking for the difference in price. so... I'd say well, a fifty-fifty.

I love this café, service is really good, food is delicious and ambiance is excellent to spend a time while you’re drinking a coffee. As an açaí lover, definitely this is my açaí bowl’s spot. Granola is super good!

We stopped in for iced coffee and juice. Staff was quick and and friendly. The drinks were delicious!

Coffee was good everything was a little pricey. $25 for 2 cold brews and 1 raspberry danish.

Just paid $18 for a smoothie. I'm sorry I usually don't like to complain about prices but I find that absolutely ridiculous.
