There are many things I would have to highlight as why I decided to move to this spectacular, luxury and peaceful community, but something you have to know based on my personal experience is: 1. The way Behania engages with everyone and how she helps you to have a smooth process throughout the application it is just amazing, her customer service skills are so professional and extraordinary since she resolves the most minimum issue even during her days off. Her spontaneous way is definitely 5 stars. 2. The locations are absolutely spectacular since it is minutes away from multiple shopping centers, airport, banks and the famous and iconic 8 st. 3. The apartments itself have a sensation of relaxing and the areas are very well distributed, the kitchen is fully equipped and the natural light is lovely. 4. When my family and friends come to visit me, they always have expressions such as ¨It feels like we are from vacations¨, or ¨I don’t want to go, I feel home¨ and that is priceless. The list goes on, but if you want my personal advice on your next apartment movement, just come to Advenir at Ludlam Trail.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Advenir Ludlam Trail Apartments in search of a new home, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. The location is prime, with easy access to everything I need. What made my experience even more incredible was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Behania Alcantara. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, Behania greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process. Her professionalism and helpfulness were unmatched. The apartments themselves are stunning, with reasonable prices. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new place to live in this area.

Behania is the best. She was so helpful and friendly throughout the entire application process. Any questions I had she was there to help. She went above and beyond to set everything up and make sure moving day was as smooth as possible. The building is brand new and so nice. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been so stressed out looking for a nice place to rent. Not to mention everywhere I go people have been a bit rude, aggressive and so pushy. I came across this community my friend told me about. She lives near by and told me to check it out. I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady named Behania I asked if I needed an appointment and she said “don’t worry what can I help you with” she immediately helped me her energy and her kindness just blew me away. I felt like I knew her for years! She showed me apartments and accommodating me to my needs. Walked me through the entire complex and explained to me all the amenities. I went to visit the property advenir at Ludlum trail and the atmosphere was incredible. The property manager Behania Alcantara was so welcoming, amazing and friendly. She made me feel like family and knew Spanish which I find that difficult in a lot of communities that I toured. She showed me the flamingo model apartment. Amazing model and reasonable price and well decorated. You must see these apartments.
