My first day was just about 2weeks ago and I made my 2nd visit today. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and quite hospitable. Wanna definitely acknowledge Dr. Hall, Ms. Greene, India, Eli, Tenisha and the future Dr. Jessica. You've all been excellent and now I actually look forward to my medical visits! KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!

I was told to come in 15 to 20 minutes early for a 9am appointment. I've been in the waiting room. 8:40 I checked in. It's currently 11:00 now. This place smells like a nursing home. Clearly appointments are not honored here.

My experience at the clinic was fantastic. It seems like the staff made a collective effort to assist and they did so in a timely manner. Wait time was very minimal and staff was pleasant and helpful. I was particularly impressed by Novelette our nurse. She was informative and knowledgeable. She took time to go over my mom’s questions and concerns. We left feeling like all our concerns were taken into consideration and addressed. Novelette was caring and kind and just a joy to experience. Keep up the great work.

Does not answer phone calls in a timely manner. It just rings and rings and rings and rings. Our mutual patient's will not receive the care they deserve in a timely manner because I cannot get ahold of anyone at this office. It just rings and rings.

Always have a pleasurable experience at this center. Especially from Nurse Novlet and the lady in the lab. Very pleasant people

Novlet was very kind and welcoming. She made my family and I feel very comfortable and energetic despite the fact that some of us were unwell.

I arrived at 8:45am for a 9am appointment. There was one person at the window and by the time I got to the window it was 8:58. I was informed that there was a new system so it took a while to be checked in. I was finally called in and when taken to be weighed I had to put my belongings on the floor as there was neither a table nor chair provided for patients. I was then taken to a room and prechecks done, then placed in a patient room and told that Ms. Hall would have been with me shortly, this was about 9 :50am. At 11:05 I went to the front desk to ask if there was any doctor working or if Ms Hall was even there. Apologies came and I was asked to return to the room and they would try to locate Ms. Hall. It was not until about another 15 mins. later I saw Nurse Novlet push her head in the door and I tore into her because at that point I was totally fed up. I have to give her credit because she handled the situation with grace, apologies all round and offered me a snack as I am diabetic and at this point had started feeling ill, apparently it was forgotten that I was in the room as she was just actually checking to see which rooms were occupied. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE....this is the worst experience I have ever had from a medically facility; which for the first time seem so well staffed and yet looked confusing. They need to get their act together, with so many staff members, the unit should be running like a well oiled machine and not like an ants nest.....most dissatisfying. Thank you Ms Hall and Nurse Novlet for finally finding me.....

I love nurse, Wale and doctor lot this was the best customer service experience ever. I have had problems at the other two offices, and they were very helpful in assisting and not only that making sure that my paperwork was accurate and also schedule callbacks and made appointments right in front of me. I really appreciate the customer service and I love Dr. lot
