    Horrible customer service. Someone broke into the room while we were sleeping. If the latch wasn’t on who knows what would’ve happened. Management is absolutely horrendous. I would give 0/5 if I could. Do NOT stay here! We switched rooms after the first incident (which had cockroaches)only to be met with a room stink of marijuana and the next one wasn’t even cleaned. Then they refused to refund me for this nightmare of a stay! I wish I could upload videos here.

    Nice reasonably priced hotel. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room but no safe. Nice amount of drawer space and closet. Small breakfast included with DIY waffle station, bagels toast muffins, cold cereal, some fruit and coffe

    La Quinta is conveniently located near the mall, gyms, shopping plazas, and grocery stores. The locale is perfect. Safe business district. Clean rooms, outdoor swimming pool/fitness center. And a friendly staff! I'll be back.

    The exterior and lobby was nice, however, upon entering the elevator,, it went downhill. The room was disgusting. The room was musty and the walls were grimy. The ac was dripping on the rug and was noisy. The bathroom was dirty- shower tiles appeared to have not been scrubbed in months, the air vent was filthy, and the shower curtain was either speckled with mold or dirt from the vent. The smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling and placed on the sink. The bathroom wall and bed sheets also had hair on it and the beds were uncomfortable. I also spotted a roach near the ac upon departure. I am glad we had disinfectant spray and wipes to help a little. It was unfortunate that we had to check in late,, making it inconvenient to switch rooms and risking encountering the same issues. An awful experience and room for $190+ and we only stayed for ~5 hours. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

    Nice LA Quinta location. Small pool, good size workout room. Rooms were clean, maids were fast and did a great job. Nothing bad to say, only praise for this establishment.

    Nice comfy room, staff was nice and very polite. Negatives, pool needs to be cleaned, a lot of leaves floating in it. If you are staying more than one night, you are expected to take your dirty towels and wash cloths to them and they will exchange them for clean ones, they also expect you to empty your own trash. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that had you do those things. We paid over $100.00 a night, those things should be part of what we paid for.

    Real talk qhen we got in the room it was so hot and humid it felt like a sauna 😩. Then we saw alll these little bugs on the ac unit when we arrived. Other that that the room refrigerator will freeze any and everything hands down. The bootleg breakfast will give you ⛽️ and the hose keeping only cleans every 3 days so if you want fresh towels everyday it's not happening. The TV controller wasn't working and the stations don't match the channel on the TV you have to play Hollywood channel to find the station tou Want. Just make sure you bring your own products to go over the room and spray down the beds for your own safety.

    DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CHAIN: Today (July 15th 2022), during my stay at the hotel a random man used a key card to enter my room while I was changing. This was extremely disturbing, I dread thinking about if I’d been alone in my room. We called the front desk several times with no answer. I went down immediately to the front desk because in my opinion this is a huge safety issue for all guests at the hotel that must be addressed before someone is hurt or belongs are stolen. The front desk attendant, Tamika, informed me she could not do anything. Meredith the general manager was not available to handle the situation until Monday and there was no one else to call to handle the situation. I asked her to check the security cameras because what if he’s going in other rooms? She said she cannot check the security cameras. I recommended she notify the police and security but she did neither. My family and I did not stay due to the complete lack of concern, zero safety or the ability to resolve this situation and ensure the safety of my families and the other guests sleeping in their rooms where the doors are not secure. This is an issue that must be addressed. I followed up with the “corporate number” and both Sarah (the first person I talked to) and then her manager Diane to notify of the situation both flippantly informed me they would file a report that would get reviewed and handled in a week. This is despicable. A technician should be called right away at the very least to check the door system and ensure everyone is as safe as possible. We will never be staying at this hotel chain or its’ affiliates ever again.

    Service was 5 stars. Our first room was awesome until we found a pile of dirty towels left behind in the bathroom. The staff immediately changed our room and upgraded us to a large suite. After about 40 minutes or so in the new room the staff called to make sure the new room was good We really appreciated the quality customer service.

    The main reason I rate so low is because service is HORRIBLE. It seems that staff is making you a favor and not doing their job. Rooms are oddly arranged and really outdated. It looked like I traveled in time to the 90s. The only good thing about this place is the location, but it's not worth it. You can find a better place for the price. STAY AWAY from this place, trust me.

    Everyone was super friendly and helpful The room was adequate...met our needs. The air conditioner was exceptionally noisy . If they need to improve anything it would be better pillows. Otherwise all was good.

    Room was great only discrepancy was the shower/bathroom. There's no divider on the floor so when you shower it floods the whole bathroom if you aren't paying attention. The mini fridge is basically a freezer by default but you can adjust the temperature. There was a bit of a musky smell in my room but nothing too horrible. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. I was down on business so location for me was great (as intended). If your going for pleasure: Its 15 mins from the iconic hard rock. ~ 30 mins from Hollywood Beach.

    Beautiful hotel and staff. The staff is awesome. Every last one of them made you feel welcomed and made sure we were accommodated. Great rooms nice and clean and they offer complimentary breakfast. Would definitely refer to this location.

    The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean. The buffet and common areas were also clean. They let us do a slightly early check in ( about 2pm ). I was having tests at the Cleveland clinic in Weston and all the pet friendly hotels in Weston had jacked up prices and pet fees to what I felt was unreasonable pricing for 3 star hotels. Pet fees as high as 150 ! We have a small senior terrier that travels with us and this La Quinta did not charge extra. I would stay here again as it was only 15 minutes from the clinic.

    Hotel was gross. We stayed 3 nights with no one checking if we needed more toilet paper, towels, etc. Bathroom had mushrooms growing from the floor corners which means mold and fungus! You could tell that the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly as you see finger prints and stains on light fixtures. As we were packing up to leave, I saw a bug crawl across the floor! The staff acted like they were dead. Not too friendly at all! Spend the extra money to stay at a nice place!

    I recently stayed at La Quinta while waiting for my apartment to be completed. The staff was super helpful and let me stay in the room well after check out as I was waiting my apartment to be ready. I am forever grateful especially since I had my two dogs with me. Thank you La Quinta Plantation for all your help and patience.

    ROACH INFESTATION!!! STAY AWAY!! I just got a refund immediately when they’re were 6 ROACHES in the bathroom! I had to leave immediately at 1AM! They have been dealing with roaches for MONTHS! Read the other reviews! Absolutely disgusting and pathetic establishment. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

    This was the filthiest hotel I have been to in years!! They tried to give me 3 different rooms. Finally offering a 1 star suite. It was so sad. We had no way to leave and no where else to go. So we put our luggage up on the tables away from the floor and walls. I took pictures to post. Please do not stay here. I paid so much for this hotel, even if it was free I would not stay again. We didn't even open our luggage.

    We had difficulty getting our room cleaned. In fact it wasn’t ever cleaned appropriately. The love seat upholstery was dirty. Our air conditioning unit dripped water on the night stand. We reported it but it was never addressed in our 4 nite stay. The staff were not at all friendly. The breakfast bar was marginal at best.

    Room definitely needs updating. The ac return was in the roof on the right side of the bed. Lamp shade by the bed on that side had water stains. I assume the return has leaked on it at some point. Glad I like noise to sleep. TV was small, really needs to be updated. Layout of room was odd. Dressing area was right in front of the entry door. (Executive King room 313).

    I was in FL for the boat show and wanted to stay a little off the beach to avoid some of the congestion and get a better price. The room was nice and had a fridge and microwave for leftovers. Breakfast was decent, with do-it-yourself waffles, but for some reason, they kept running out of coffee during breakfast hours. I think they need a better system for that!

    Was very dirty garbage in The halls and elevator.. I was there 2 nights and when My room did not get cleaned I asked why and was told they only cleaned rooms every third day..the sink in my room leaked all over the floor.. reported it and was told it was noted on my file…? They set up breakfast starting around 1:20 am and just left it out and the eggs were rubber and sausage was awful. Was swimming in the pool and the employees and their family came out and brought liquor and weed out and sat there smoking and drinking … it was a very unprofessional hotel and I would not recommend to anyone

    Worst hotel ever! My room wasn’t cleaned and the guy at the front desk was extremely annoying and took almost one hour to do our checking in. Definitely DON’T recommend this place.

    This hotel is one of the best la quintas I've stayed at the check in service was fast and staff was very helpful especially ms.Loren at front desk nicest lady I've meet in Florida. I always say it's not the hotel thats great it's the staff who work there that make it great because at the end of the day you never know who u are talking to that person can look like he's down on his luck but his bank acct is bigger than a hotel franchise so always be kind never forget Tha even to staff bcuz they are human aswell and deserve respect just like a customer nomtter the race or what he/she looks like

    Early Check in 2/24/23. Over powering smell of bleach in bathroom, thankfully we could open window. Noisy floor with unsupervised children. Room was clean and comfortable. 2/25/ - 2/26 half the TV stations didn't come on. At Check out on 2/26/23 I let Ernesto know, he could care less , needs attitude adjustment on how to be more concerned with customer complaints and personality needs to be improved when dealing with customer.

    First room hadn't been cleaned, requested new room. Continental breakfast was exactly the same for 4 days. Need to change it up, need different choices every few days.
