Today
(July
15th
2022),
during
my
stay
at
the
hotel
a
random
man
used
a
key
card
to
enter
my
room
while
I
was
changing.
This
was
extremely
disturbing,
I
dread
thinking
about
if
I’d
been
alone
in
my
room.
We
called
the
front
desk
several
times
with
no
answer.
I
went
down
immediately
to
the
front
desk
because
in
my
opinion
this
is
a
huge
safety
issue
for
all
guests
at
the
hotel
that
must
be
addressed
before
someone
is
hurt
or
belongs
are
stolen.
The
front
desk
attendant,
Tamika,
informed
me
she
could
not
do
anything.
Meredith
the
general
manager
was
not
available
to
handle
the
situation
until
Monday
and
there
was
no
one
else
to
call
to
handle
the
situation.
I
asked
her
to
check
the
security
cameras
because
what
if
he’s
going
in
other
rooms?
She
said
she
cannot
check
the
security
cameras.
I
recommended
she
notify
the
police
and
security
but
she
did
neither.
My
family
and
I
did
not
stay
due
to
the
complete
lack
of
concern,
zero
safety
or
the
ability
to
resolve
this
situation
and
ensure
the
safety
of
my
families
and
the
other
guests
sleeping
in
their
rooms
where
the
doors
are
not
secure.
This
is
an
issue
that
must
be
addressed.
I
followed
up
with
the
“corporate
number”
and
both
Sarah
(the
first
person
I
talked
to)
and
then
her
manager
Diane
to
notify
of
the
situation
both
flippantly
informed
me
they
would
file
a
report
that
would
get
reviewed
and
handled
in
a
week.
This
is
despicable.
A
technician
should
be
called
right
away
at
the
very
least
to
check
the
door
system
and
ensure
everyone
is
as
safe
as
possible.
We
will
never
be
staying
at
this
hotel
chain
or
its’
affiliates
ever
again.
