Hooters in South Florida is on a roll. --Layout-- This is one of my favorite Hooters for its uniquely transparent design. There are large windows on the inside letting in lots of natural light during the day and the floor plan allows for comfortable seating for all of its patrons. Screens are on almost every angle for a comfortable viewing experience of every single sporting event. Whoever designed this specific location deserves an A+ for effort. --Service-- Service is good and quick. The staff has a tag-team feel about it where you will get your food and drinks quickly regardless of who you ask to help you with your service. --Drinks-- Drinks are absolutely awesome. The bartenders know their drinks, and don't skimp on the alcohol content. The drinks both look and taste like what's pictured on the drink menu. Great service in this department. Horrible delivery and customer service. A delivery order was placed and it was never received. When we tracked the order status it said it was delivered. Where???? We called Hooters Hialeah, they transferred us to management, but after a loong wait they never answered. We'll, I guess management will definitely answer this review sooner than our calls.

Great place for beer and wings or whatever you like from their menu. Service is good, the atmosphere is also good, just stop by and have a beer I'm sure you'll order food after 😁.

I have to get 4 🌟 from the general score because I got a longhgggg hair in my wings. It was disgusting 😒 😑 However my server Silvia Nicole saw the whole scene and she was amazing, she got my plate and changed with no charges! The place was cramped and noisy, but I'm LATAM so I liked. I think that hair came from the sauce! Everything else was good!. The restroom needs more love, its a little BIT dirty!

Good service, good prices, but food could be better for sure. I ain't bad, but it ain't mind blowing.

I'm definitely giving a five-star to Booker. This man has the best customer service I've ever seen. He definitely knows his job he knows how to treat his customers and makes them feel welcome. I will definitely go back to this Hooters just because of Booker. He surprised our daughter with a little happy birthday celebration 🥳⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was excellent ! Top notch flavor, portions, and great menu. Vibe was fun, waitress was kind, and I just wish I lived closer to I visit again. Hats off to the caring chefs because you can truly taste the difference ! Blessings !

If I could leave a 0 I would believe me! I come in as a party of 6 they explain to us that the kitchen closes at 10:30 it was 10:15 when we walked in so they said whatever we ordered the first time would be all we can order. So we said okay cool everybody ordered at the same time. Now it comes to the server bringing the food out and she brings everyone’s food but two people. A few minutes go by still no food so she explains it’s coming. More time goes by still no food! She finally comes back and tell us we can’t get our food because they closed the kitchen… So you mean to tell me that everyone ordered at the same time but two people can’t receive their food because they closed the kitchen? So that’s it? Just f our food and do nothing about it right? So she goes get the manager and the manager explains that she basically can’t do anything about it with an attitude! The server ends up coming back with the wrong food with the stinkest attitude ever, twitching her eyes! Then all other servers start adding their two sense saying how she’s new and it’s not her fault… so it’s my fault that I didn’t get my food cause their kitchen closed?? That place is beyond ridiculous and filled with a whole bunch of girls with nasty attitudes! And the manager makes it no better! Do not go here! Very unprofessional!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a late lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon. I tried the Blackened Mahi Tacos 🌮 Honestly, I wanted to compare them to Twin Peaks tacos as we had been there the previous week. I would have to say that hooters has their flavor game down when it comes to their mahi tacos. I would come back for them again, for sure. We also enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. They were topped with a grated parmigiana cheese and swerved with a tasty marinara sauce. Husband had Hot Wings, good as always. I personally prefer Hooters wings to any other competitors.

We had a great server Laura. Our order was good and fast. Hooter never disappoint.

Thalia was the best server I’ve ever had, very attentive whenever I asked for a new drink or some new food. Food was very good and drinks were very good. Ended up leaving my life savings here at this hooters.

We had the pleasure to have Jaiden as our waitress today. She was very polite & professional. She also took the time to explain the menu and recommend some dishes. We are definitely come back to this restaurant and hope to see and have Jaiden as our waitress again. Please recognize her for doing an amazing job!!

I visited Hooters in different cities for a long time, and I first saw the manager least checking on the customer. The chicken was not done, and the waitress acted like she had a headache, which she could not deal with the complaint. The manager had to fix it, but I will say the food was good after explaining the customer service/cook.

This location isn't a location to go to. If you want impeccable service go to Pembroke pines. The food was cold the whole way. My crab legs were warm and came out before my raw oysters that didn't come out. The chicken tacos were cold. And so was that chili. My waitress gave me a nasty attitude. after speaking with York The manager he brought us our food hot. They way it should be served. Our wait re ss didn't come back until we went to the bar to refill our drinks. Ourselves 2 sodas and a water. Then it got thrown away because we sat down. The waitress began to gossip and we were looked at and gossipped about as we were leaving by the ladies in the foto. The blonde in the right was our waitress. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. And would never go back.

Food was great, I enjoyed some crab legs and spicy shrimp. Service was nice my bartender Bianca was very attentive. Overall I enjoyed hanging out there, eating, and meeting new people

The WOMEN was so nasty towards me. Especially one in particular. I’m not from Miami and had no clue on how to pick up an online order. One young lady was nice enough to go get my food while the others was basically telling me i suppose to grab it myself but they said it so nasty! Tried calling to let them know not to start on my order because i was far away left me on hold and never came back to the phone. I waited at least 10 mins! But i kept calm and grab my food and left! Got home finally food was ice cold! Paid $60 bucks

I had not been here for a long time and I had so many great times there but yesterday was horrible. It took the waitress a long time to come talk to us I understand it was busy but at least come and say hi and we would have waited happily she finally comes we ordered drinks and food there and was 2 of us we asked for water when she finally brought the water she only brought 1 then she brings the wings with no extra plate or utensils after that she brought one of the drinks my food finally came no drink yet when I’m finished eating a managerBooker Freeman who was very nice and professional brought my drink I told him I no longer wanted it he insisted on leaving it and he took it off the bill when I tried the drink a Bloody Mary it was terrible so I took a sip and left it. Mr Freeman gave us 2 cards for free drinks next time but I won’t be back again.

I’m just going to stop coming to this location. It’s always an issue and I don’t think it being in Hialeah helps, you’re just ignored if you don’t speak Spanish. When we got there there was someone waiting in line to also sit outside but there were a few open tables and some people leaving. The hostess barely acknowledged the young girl in front of us and when she finally did she told her there was no outside seating even though they were cleaning up tables and there was clean open tables. She walks away ignoring us and the people behind us. Another server comes asking the hostess what is going on in Spanish and the hostess responds in a dismissive way like we are all invisible. The manager coincidentally was cleaning the tables and of course doesn’t acknowledge any of us either. Another server greeted us and sat us. They messed up on my food, which already took awhile giving us wings that were completely not what we asked for. Our server was nowhere to be found. I was able to wave a server down to just ask if she could locate our server since the order was wrong and you would think it was the biggest bother. The server who seated us assisted us again (wish I remembered her name) and eventually our server appeared. No apologies or anything. Other table behind us also seemed to have an issue with the food and the manager seemed to be non chalant.

This Hooters was Very good!!! I appreciate the service they gave my wife and I. Can't remember the girls names that helped us. Black long hair I wanna say she's Cuban 💯 But Thank You!!! GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD!!!!!

Laura was my waitress. I went in there with a party of 6. She was amazing! Great experience! Highly recommended this place, and if you have an opportunity, wait for Laura to be have an open table. Amazing service!! And the hostess Roxy was courteous and pleasant too.

Food has a decent flavor, but the prices are disappointing with many hidden charges and the waitresses conceal this fact until afterwards, which is why i am not going to return to this establishment. I ordered a western bbq burger and was offered different options for sides. I was not aware that the sides were charged. When i brought this up to the waitress, she claimed to have said something, which was a lie. Not only that, but if you get a burger, every topping is charged. The basic hamburger itself is $10 with no sides. Rather than bringing up the situation to the manager and frustrate myself to save the money, i chose to make this visit my last

Food was good service was ok. Another waitress had to assist due to lack a capability of another waitress. Manager was cool and checked on us. Atmosphere was very nice.

This was my first time at Hooters. The food was tasty. however, i asked for a cheeseburger and got a hamburger. very disappointing that the waitress couldn't get my order correct. instead of complaining, I just decided to take my business elsewhere. they forgot my water and ranch dressing as well. first impressions mean the world to me. hooters failed to impress me with the customer service they provided. I won't be back
