Just became a member and loving it so far. Exceptionally clean and socially distanced. Great machines and a great hydromassage for black card members. Very affordable monthly rates.

I absolutely love this gym, Tasha one of the workers helped me set up my account up with no problem. She made feel very comfortable and handle the situation like a BOSS….

My first time at this location was utterly disgusting. Women’s bathroom was filled with trash and stalls was not pleasing to be seen. Most stations was not filled with napkins and sanitizer spray bottles so most of us had to walk to other stations. Barely any staff hence why the facility was not up to par. I definitely will not be back at this location.

This gym was so amazing, the environment and especially the staff was so kind and friendly. There was one staff member that stood out the most, Tim was nothing but helpful he made my visit worth my time. I will definitely be back‼️Thanks Tim for my great experience.

I had an amazing experience at planet fitness today. Esther helped me with patience and kindness. Im grateful for the help. I had trouble accessing the app and she made it possible.

For a younger crowd that in charge of this place they sure know how to stay on top of their jobs! You will always catch someone sanitizing and cleaning machines. Staff is always active and super friendly. I would recommend this gym to anyone! I feel super comfortable when I come here. The environment is great.

Recently moved to the area and stopped in this morning (Sunday) to check out the gym and use a trial day pass. The girl up front was very friendly and made the process simple. The gym was clean and set up very nicely. It was moderately busy, but all the people working out were very respectful and mindful of one another. Great experience and I would have totally signed up if they had a power rack :( But perfect gym for most!

Mardinio helped with the summer pass very efficiently it didn’t take long I came in and I told him I was a high schooler and he helped me get set up right away.

This PFitness is so nice the staff (Belle, Dejah, Khamar) are the best they treated me so nice and answered all my questions. Also, the massages equipment are awesome. Thank you.

Yea so, I wasn’t pleased at all. The staff was just beyond rude & not welcoming at all, especially since it was my first time coming to workout ever & I chose this location & I didn’t feel good with how I was treated. 1st & last time. I urge you all who’s looking for a workout location to look in an absolutely different direction.

I've been coming here since this planet fitness has opened & everything about this location is amazing! there is a wide variety of equipment with cleaning stations everywhere. the customer service is great as well, but my favorite part is being greeted by Natalia right when I walk in. I would definitely recommend this location.

I really love working out at this gym and i have been to many gyms but this one its clean quiet and fun my favorite staff member is kam he always handle everything properly and we also have good conversations

This specific planet fitness has extremely good customer service. It is very clean and organized. The staff there are amazing and really nice especially Rico, Gio, and Kenya. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

The customer service was amazing, The Gym was the Cleanest Gym I went to.. I Originally came to the gym on a one day pass but decided to get a membership instead.. Oh and let’s not forget about Jarvis He was 5 stars he went about the standards for my service.

Cleaniness is an issue. One cleaning station was operational only. Staff showed absolutely no interest in working there nor helpful to patrons

I love this gym it’s always clean never too busy and the staff is always there when I need them, starting with a friendly greeting at the door. The employees are always walking around and wiping down all the gym equipment that aren’t in use. Jakambren Is always making sure I have everything I need and keeping the place sanitized

The gym was very clean with a tranquilizing type vibe. The staff being very friendly, professional and helpful without even asking. As I entered the gym I was met by Tim a trainer with his looks alone that gave me confidence beyond belief. He gave me the will power to actually stay and work after he noticed that I was about to leave early. He even offered to assist with helping me on the machines. I’ll most definitely be making this my home gym! Thanks to Tim

Gym is awesome, but it seems like they're never going back to being a 24 hour gym. As I prefer to get my workouts in late night, I'll be looking to move on to a gym that is open 24/7

Worst experience at planet fitness. While working out on the leg curl machine, the machine rescinded. I could have almost hurt my legs if I decided to lift heavy. This occurred a few times and I spoke to the employee about it once but no one seems to care. Please fix this because this could hurt someone. Also, the machines need cleaning

Place is clean , the time I was there not many people which is good for me. More than adequate free weights but a little lacking on the machine side. Over a good place to go for a work out.
