It's hard to give this place a proper review because it really goes two different ways in my experience. First off the nurse I met with, nurse Alexis, is extremely nice and very helpful. I always feel very comfortable when I go in to see her and she always takes care of me especially when it's inconvenient. The other end of this is the front desk staff. There is one lady there who is extremely rude and mean. She's very short with everything I say, cuts me off halfway through my sentences, and can even be very condescending. Earlier I called about a prescription that I needed filled and sent to a different Pharmacy. I had to call back again because I had forgot to mention that it needed to be sent to a different Pharmacy. When I told her about it she was very condescending and told her that this is something I needed to mention in the first place. During my last appointment with the nurse I asked about the receptionist and she says that they have been receiving a lot of complaints about her. the doctors and staff have been looking into it but it's the landlords that have refused to fire her or replace her in any way. I would really like to give them a better rating but because of this particular receptionist 3 stars is the best I can do.

I don't usually leave reviews like this but for anyone struggling with mental health, the front desk are by far the least pleasant people to speak with, specifically Elaine. I should not have anxiety to call my doctor. Just a warning if you plan on calling, be prepared to be cut off in the middle of your sentence and in my opinion, a psychiatry office should have warm and welcoming receptionists. I will say Lisa Ledoux is amazing and it's been hard for me to find a provider like her. Shes been very helpful in regards to finding medications that work for me.

I took my girlfriend to her appointment however being disrespected by the staff for being 5 min late after calling and filling the pre appointment application online, which they said it would be fine. We showed up and they decided to reschedule the appointment for February 7th. We had an appointment for Feb 6th for couples counseling, so we cancelled all appointments because if they don’t have any respect or courtesy for their patient, how could we believe they would show empathy and compassion when it came to our relationship. Any one that chooses this place, should consider looking else where. A place where their morality is intact, and puts their patients first. This place deserves zero stars.

I have never had my meds as balanced and effective as they are now. I've been going over 5 years and Lisa Ledeaux is great listening to what works and what doesn't. I've never had a problem getting refills when I call in and the people at the front desk have always been patient and helpful. Maybe some people that leave negative reviews need an attitude adjustment. Treat others as you would like to be treated. We are all just human.

Was 5 minutes late due to fasting lab work which I called and let them know I would be late. New patient appointment with paperwork filled out online and ready and staff was very rude and said I had to reschedule. Elaine stated that Lisa already called my name BEFORE my appointment time. Cancelled all appointments if staff and therapists can’t be understanding of extenuating circumstances and be flexible with patients. Zero EMPATHY from a psychiatric facility!!!!!!

This is a great place to get help! I’ve come a long way with the help of my psychiatrist and therapist! But the front desk is always super friendly and helpful A special thanks to Dr. Jacobson and his team for their support and with the help of the TMS therapy!

All I can say is run and run fast. Particularly from Dr. Cohen. Someone I love very much is a patient of this man's for about 3 months. He has changed her medications, required extensive and expensive lab testing to start her on a new medication, and then made her wait over a week with no medication at all. Oh actually she was told by the office staff to just take the old medicine that she refuses to take because it gives her feelings of high anxiety, paranoia, and extreme depression. The patient I am speaking of is also a revered RN in this community and does not deserve the treatment she has received from this doctor and this staff. It is awful to watch someone you love being treated so callous by health care professionals who are members of the community she works in. I am telling you....go somewhere else. Like another review said, "you deserve better". This is a clown show.

If you want someone who isn’t a doctor to give you terrible life advise and strip you of all that is human, come on down. If not stay far far away. These people are as unprofessional as it gets. Lisa ledaux is also quite a terrible practitioner
