    Fed Ex failed to deliver a package by the guaranteed delivery deadline on a Saturday (end of day aka 8pm) called to find out they knew the package would not be delivered due to a shortage of drivers. We were not informed and our delivery status did not reflect this. Our package was at a depot 30 minutes from our home. We were not given the option to pick up our package. When we called at end of day we were told the depot closed at 1pm and would not open again until Monday morning. This was also the earliest our package could be picked up or delivered. We delayed our vacation by a day…now 3 costing us our non refundable reservation of $600. Transparency, honesty and effective communication and status updates could have resolved all of this. I will now pay way more than we lost on principle to rectify this.

    The package was not delivered. They marked it as delivered. All I'm getting is “I’m Sorry” and how the driver has hundreds of packages. I personally believe they kept the package for themselves as it was obvious that it was a Nike box. If you want to ensure you get your items make sure you choose to sign for it. My mom has had issues with this same FedEx. It's trash. Plain and simple.

    Normally I don't do bad reviews, but this one may it help things get better there! The place was One of the worst places that I ever visited. I had a package to pick up, the FedEx website was indicating that this place should be open until 8pm and I got there 7:31pm and the people in the front desk all of then, start saying "we are closed, we close at 7:30pm" and I tried couple times to explain that I was picking up my birthday's son present and he was expecting the gift for that nigh, and the FedEx website was indicating that they should be open until 8pm, but they didn't care and started asking me to leave in a upset mode. They did not try to help me and didn't listen to me. I went home very disappointed and my son too. Unfortunately that's the only power that I have, to make people aware and maybe the management team too, maybe some training "how to treat people correctly" is need it.

    This location is absolutely incompetent. The supervisors do not do their job! Been trying to get a hold of a supervisor of this location since the middle of February, never once has anyone called me back in regards to my concerns. My concerns are two loss packages that I filed the complaint and investigation. Reason for delayed packages up to four business days with no explanation. Every day I call and I get a runaround just get switched to different people to speak to. So after about three months of complaints, calling every day to figure out what’s happening with my shipping service. I finally had enough and as of yesterday my account is switching to UPS! At UPS the service is reliable and responsive!

    FEDEX IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITS SERVICE! First, the tracking history showed an exception regarding the label a day after shipped from the company that made and shipped the custom product. A few days later the shipment showed as "out for delivery" BUT WITH THEIR TYPICAL EXCEPTION.... "that no one was home or business had closed". I was home ALL DAY and also have a Ring door cam and they were never here! When I called in the afternoon and spoke to a rep he said "oh it never even went out" (so the delivery exception was a complete lie) and he said it would be delivered the next day. The local FEDEX depot is 10 minutes away and for the second delivery attempt it showed it was loaded on the truck at 5:30am and got here at 6 pm, 12.5 hours later! The KICKER is the condition of the boxes LEFT IN MY MAILROOM and not delivered to my door. BOTH boxes had the ends completely opened and mangled. So, two days sitting at home all day waiting for the delivery. FEDEX should care more about their company reputation and service they provide!! From now on I'm going to ask how it will be shipped and if it's FEDEX I'll go somewhere else! Hopefully, the pics I took of the cartons' delivery condition will appear on my review. If the pics don't attach I'm more than happy to show them to FEDEX.

    FedEx is the worst! I was expecting a package today. I taped a big note on my door which read "KNOCK LOUD". There were three of us at home waiting for the delivery. We live in a 1,300 square ft condo. We would have heard the door knock. My adult son opened the door to see if the note was still intact, and found a FedEx note beside our note which said we missed the delivery. Our security camera recorded the delivery person standing in front of our door writing, and putting a missed delivery note on the door. HE NEVER KNOCKED OR RANG OUR DOORBELL. Because of that my special needs son is hysterical, because his repaired laptop was being returned finally. I called FedEx to ask if we can pick it up at their "Ship Center" today. I was told the only option available is to wait and see if it's delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow is Friday the 13th and I am sure things won't go well again. I find it unbelievable that a company that's primary business is delivering packages, and they can't do that right.

    Don’t be decieved, it’s a real FedEx drop center. At first I was like wait what are all of these semis and warehouses but lone behold I found a drop of place. They have great hours too, never had nail issue and it’s usually relatively empty.

    Package was supposed to be delivered today between 11 and 2. I checked the tracking information and it said that another delivery date was requested (I never requested a new delivery date) I called the customer service hotline three times to which they could not help me at this point I have no idea where my packages and have to say FedEx is not a very good delivery company.

    consistently attempts to deliver packages before business hours, called customer service and they told me they were going to reschedule another delivery, ended up lying to me. now it's sitting in the warehouse till monday, and just like that, I have another upset customer. awful, never do business with fedex if you're under any sort of time crunch because apparently doing our jobs is so difficult nowadays... absolutely abysmal service. at least this time I was able to witness the driver leaving the plaza as I was entering haha!! looking forward to the next time I waste money trying to overnight something.

    They let me stay an extra half hour after closing time waiting for a slow driver to return to the hub with my package. They could have had me leave at closing time....enough said. Bravo!!

    Matthew Earle took great care of me. So glad I chose this place to ship my package. Friendly, personable, kind, and willing service. When his machine froze there was a seemless transition for me to his coworker. I didn't catch his name...maybe David? But he was quick and efficient and friendly as well. I'll choose this location again for any FedEx needs. Thank you, gentlemen!

    Zack and Wentzel (the manager) went above and beyond to help me locate a package that had been delayed 3 days. I desperately needed to receive my passport, and they were amazing. Thank you guys. I know it took a lot of extra effort.

    Leaves packages outside in the rain every time. Filed complaints with corporate and driver ratings on the app. There are instructions with every package to leave inside the patio. Still no better. If I had a choice on which carrier to use it definitely would not be FedEx!

    Please do not use this location. Employee name is tee is super rude. Yelled at customers. Ignored them. She is so disrespectful and I believe she choose customer based on color. She is horrible

    Good service personnel. Better management. Driver said my package would be there after 430. Manager contacted the driver and had it to me quickly. Went above and beyond.
