Food was well seasoned and arrived hot and quick. HOWEVER, we DID NOT receive a 1/2 lb of shrimp and snow crab clusters. When it was brought to the managers attention he advised they do not weigh the crabs they go by “visual weight.” I have ordered the same exact thing at other Crafty Crab locations and definitely received more than just one cluster in the 1/2 lb order. If you’re going to sell something by weight or charge a customer by weight they should receive what they pay for.

Server was nice but completely disappointed in the rude arrogant manager that actually came up to my table because I barely had any sauce on my seafood boil and said that he could just add some water to it….. Wow!! Keep your sauce and arrogance, I will never return!! No wonder this place is so dead!

Our waitress needs better customer service. After our order was placed and received, we never were asked how our food was. Even worst, my drink was utterly done. I had to ask for another drink. When it was time for us to leave, my fiance had to stand up for someone to realize we were done. He was generous to tip her $12. If it were me, I would've tipped $5 so she could understand how bad her service was.

Food was served hot and was very tasty. The music playing was definitely not restaurant family music. I would recommend another visit. Just don't expect more than a 3-star experience

Getting 3 stars for the food. The food was good, could have been a little more flavorful but overall was satisfied. The service on the other hand, HORRIBLE. We called and ordered the girl who picked up tonight had no idea what she was talking about. We asked her if they had anything that fed 4 people and she offered us the 2021 special that specifically says for 2 people. She hung up before we could ask a time of when to pick up. My sister in law finally got back through to her (the phone kept ringing like it was busy) and the girl told us it would be done in 10 minutes. We live 20 minutes away so my husband rushed out the door just to find out when he got there that the food was just put in to cook and this was already 30 mins after we ordered. She told him that since it was a big order they didn’t want to start it until he arrived but yet she never mentioned to this and just wasted more time. Not to mention, The girl at the counter had her small child at work. She was holding the child while taking orders then took the child to the kitchen with her. She even let this small child hold people’s food bags and put it on the counter for pick up. When my husband asked when the food will be done she said “I would be lying if I told you I knew” long story short my husband arrived with our food 1 hour and 20 minutes AFTER we placed our order. We ended up ordering two of those 2021 specials which the girl suggested was for 4 people and it definitely was not because 2 of them fed 4 of us. The food was good but with the long wait and poor service it was not worth the money. You guys need to do better.

We had D'Angelo as our server, and he was ABSOLUTELY professional, kind, with alot of mannerism. It appeared he was the server f/ the entire dinning area, and he perfect i believe he exceeded the expectations. We were there celebrating my 5 yr old grandson graduation.

Experience is always great here, prices are fair it’s seafood expect to spend some money. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We have sat down and ordered take out, usually get the seafood platters and then add extras on to it, but honest the small platter is big enough for two of us. Their hush puppies are great as well. Seasoning is mild , but they have spicy ones available as well.

Cindy was the absolute best server. She was so attentive and prompt. The music inside was a vibe and the atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a meal with your family.

Best seafood boil I've had in SoFlo thus far. This is the only location I've ever been to & Ive never been disappointed.

We dined in on an early Sunday, so it wasn't as busy. They were able to seat my party of 10 with no issues, just had to call the day before. No complaints. Food was seasoned, waitress was attentive, place was clean.

We enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was good, but on the expensive side for what is served. I was a total fan of the headless shrimp. Not so much the crayfish. Atmosphere was affected by another family whose child was tired and unhappy. Overall, we had a good meal but are unlikely to return.

The service was excellent. Our waitress checked on us at various times. She was both friendly and helpful. We started with the crab fries. This was a good appetizer. The fries were seasoned and crispy. The fries were drizzled with a spicy good sauce. It did not have much crab meat but it was good. We got the crab livers special for 2. This was a good size meal. I loved it. It was filling. We did not fish it all. I liked everything about this dish. The corn was delicious. It was one of my favorite things. It had two different kinds of crabs, an egg, corn, potatoes, sausages, and shrimp. Inside the restaurant was nice. It felt like I was at a beach shack. The shark and surfboards looked nice. I enjoyed my food time here.

The waiter Deon or something with a D . Was trying to be funny or sarcastic with me. It was a birthday dinner, and soon you walked in boom, they tell you that your tip will be included in your bill. At least wait for everyone to come in, especially my mom, whose handicap. The drinks are terrible, and instead of a martini glass, it was served in a wine glass. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I can not make this up ! First and last time, I would step into that restaurant again.

Birthday dinner. Waitress was superb! Food was hot, fresh. The ki g crab legs were meaty. Hush puppies hot and not to thick. Great service and food!

Love this place. The green muscles and headless shrimp were deliciously coated in Boom sauce. The waitress was Britney and what a beautiful girl, so good at her job! The price just right

I've always seen the restaurant but never got a chance until my mom decided to take my family out. All i can say is Delicious! We ordered the seafood boil with cajun and garlic butter sauce on medium, crab cakes for our appetizer and 2 shrimp baskets. Oh my gosh so delicious there was no pics taken because we devoured it. Drinks were very yummy and our server was really nice. Experience was great overrall. Not crowded. Meal time was great. Food delicious and not over stuffing. Definitely going back now

Very professional and clean place !! Food is great ! They play great music. Genesis was our server and she was AMAZING ! She constantly checked on us and made sure we were ok and if we needed anything . Super sweet . I would totally recommend this location !
