recently
had
the
unfortunate
experience
of
visiting
Miami
Lakes
Automall
Car
Dealership,
and
I
must
say,
it
was
incredibly
disappointing.
From
start
to
finish,
my
time
at
the
dealership
left
me
with
a
sour
taste
in
my
mouth
and
a
strong
desire
to
never
return.
First
and
foremost,
the
customer
service
was
abysmal.
The
staff
appeared
disinterested
and
unwilling
to
assist.
Despite
making
an
appointment,
I
had
to
wait
for
an
unreasonably
long
time
before
someone
finally
acknowledged
my
presence.
Their
lack
of
attentiveness
and
professionalism
was
truly
disheartening.
In
addition,
the
pricing
at
Miami
Lakes
Automall
Car
Dealership
was
exorbitant.
The
listed
prices
were
inflated
and
seemed
to
be
far
from
fair
market
value.
Negotiating
with
the
salesperson
was
a
frustrating
experience
as
they
were
unwilling
to
budge
on
the
prices,
despite
the
obvious
discrepancies.
Furthermore,
the
entire
buying
process
felt
rushed
and
haphazard.
The
salesperson
seemed
more
interested
in
closing
the
deal
quickly
rather
than
ensuring
I
was
satisfied
with
my
purchase.
They
provided
minimal
information
about
the
vehicle's
history
and
features,
leaving
me
feeling
uncertain
and
uneasy
about
making
a
decision.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
post-sale
support
was
practically
non-existent.
When
I
encountered
an
issue
with
the
car
shortly
after
purchase,
attempts
to
contact
the
dealership
for
assistance
were
met
with
indifference
and
unresponsiveness.
It
became
apparent
that
their
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction
ended
the
moment
I
drove
off
the
lot.
Overall,
my
experience
at
Miami
Lakes
Automall
Car
Dealership
was
highly
unsatisfactory.
The
lackluster
customer
service,
poor
vehicle
quality,
inflated
prices,
rushed
buying
process,
and
absence
of
post-sale
support
all
contributed
to
my
negative
impression.
I
strongly
advise
potential
customers
to
explore
other
options
before
considering
this
dealership,
as
the
overall
experience
was
far
below
expectations.
