    BEWARE AND RUN AWAY My friend purchased a BRAND NEW 50TH anniversary Dodge Charger RT as a lease from this dealer. Car worked amazing at first, as previously mentioned it was a NEW car straight out of the dealer, NOT used. $50k Car did not even last a year. 11 months after purchasing, he experienced large oil leaks and had to take to the dealer to get it fixed. Car had been well maintained and oil changes, filter, and tire rotations were done timely. To this day, 2 months later, car is STILL at the dealer! Managers are no help at all and refuse to cover costs to repair car or even a rental car after months of waiting for car to be fixed. They are blaming him for not changing the filter timely, even though he has records it was changed recently and in fact, on time! Now they are telling him he has to pay over $12,000 because his “less than a year old, right off the lot” car needs a new motor and they refuse to cover anything. Save yourself the headache and do not even go near this location. All they want is your money and that “warranty” is a joke and has no validity bc they will make up any little excuse to avoid them even having to pay a dime for your car.

    ◦ On Friday, January 7, 2022 at approximately 1:08pm. I payed $935.85 for my Chevrolet Sonic to be serviced. I was disappointed and disgusted with the customer service that was provided. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to service their vehicle at Miami lakes auto mall. This company didn’t meet my expectations. The customer service at this location is disgraceful. Management need to hire better staffing. Once I payed the service fee I had to search for my vehicle. Which is outrageous, the team members didn’t make an effort to bring my vehicle to me. I advised my service advisor Brandon Mercado I would like my car washed. Upon receiving my car that was “ready since yesterday” was unwashed, serviced tag left on the mirror, plastic bag left in the car, seat covers removed. The team members didn’t even bother to clean up their mess or apologize. While trying to adjust my side view mirror I noticed the adjuster control stick is broken. I will just take my money and time somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN!

    I NEVER do google reviews, but after my experience I just HAD to. This was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman Luis Vigniero In Chevy made me feel like I was doing anything EXCEPT buying a car. Truly a professional of another level! I also have to give a thumbs up to Carlos Garcia who took care of my financing. Explained everything to the T, and made me feel like family. Thank you guys again. The experience was unforgettable. Will definitely recommend you guys moving forward

    There’s a rep at Jeep named Steven who provides exceptional service. He’s a definite multitasker, but it doesn’t make you feel like you’re on the back burner. Each time my vehicle went in for service, he gave me the game plan and kept me notified on its progress. Can’t any any better than that!

    The service that Juan C. Acevedo gave to us was exceptional. He has excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to make sure that we left happy and pleased with the Sorrento that we decided to lease. He was honest, patient, kind and answered all of our questions. Bijon, the GM, was also exceptional and was able to lock in a deal that we were pleased with. Highly recommend!

    Simply put, salesmen Carlos Nunez is a great guy. Me and my family had an amazing experience and felt at home as Carlos was very helpful and friendly. This particular salesman made everything easy and simple. I watched Carlos do everything he could to help me when it seemed like I was running into issues. This guy clearly makes sure the consumers are satisfied and you can see he really cares about his customers and that’s a few reasons why I give Carlos 5 stars.     I had an amazing experience with Maria Lopez, she was the nicest seller and help me with everything I need it, I ordered my car customized and she was able to help me pick my dream car.     This has been ones of the best experience I had ever had at a car dealership. From the start everyone was very nice and answered all of my questions.     I am extremely happy that I chose this dealership to purchase my new 2023 Tahoe. Mr. Lazaro Aguiar was very helpful, patient and personable. I did not feel pressured or stressed out due to his knowledge and professionalism with all of my questions. By far, the best deal money can buy thanks to Lazaro. Tony the sales manager also displayed the same professionalism and is definitely great at meeting customers needs. Daniel, with the finance department provided the best deals with gap and warranties, hands down. This group, in my opinion are exceptional at what they do.     I am very disappointed with the dealer when I bought my car, they gave it to me without the carpets, when I complained they started making excuses and offered me a tank of gasoline after giving the dealer two trips. when they definitely gave me the rugs and I reminded them about the gadolinium tank they never gave it to me and they just told me that they couldn't give it to me because it was a car ticket. men must have words. but you have to remember one thing. they are salespeople and many of them don't know what a person's word is.     Loved our experience at Miami Lakes Automall. We got a 2022 Chevy Tahoe and let me tell you, Amauri (our sales rep.) and Sergio ( our financial rep.) were the best. They were attentive, energetic, professional and friendly and they gave us the V.I.P. treatment. These guys are good at what they do and as you can see from the pictures, we got our Tahoe. I totally recommend that if you're looking to buy a car, search for them and/or any of the staff for that matter.

    Carlos Morales was our sales person and he did everything in his power to accomplish what we needed and he delivered , the Finance manager also really helped us to get what we wanted and needed This is our second Jeep we buy from Miami Lakes Auto Mall because of our first experience. Actually Robert Castro was our sales person’s 3 1/2 years ago that sold us the 2018 Sahara Jeep, we went back looking for him but he moved up in the company and was our financial officer which he is amazing .     Be very careful when you plan on buying a vehicle from this dealer. I cancelled an offer to buy a used vehicle after I had made a deposit of $1,000 and the sales manager, Kris Brandt, told me I would lose my deposit. He was confrontational and aggressive and basically asked me to leave. Not a very smart idea, since I had already been approved for a loan and he could've shown me another vehicle. I left without my deposit and now working on getting it back from this unscrupulous dealer.

    I had leased a truck from this dealership 3 years ago, and it was time to upgrade (as long as the numbers made sense). Mateo Leiras reached out to me, had me come in and after thoroughly showing me the new truck and the features, him and his manager (Lazaro) went above and beyond to make the deal make sense.     I went into Miami Lakes Auto Mall to repair a flat, my first; and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, they received me with open arms. They made the process of repair and claim both easy and painless. When I left, I dropped off my car and got it back better than new.     Miami Lakes Automall is a great dealership to get your Jeep or Dodge Ram. If you ever need a car I would highly recommend Rene Diego as he understood what we were looking for and worked to get us the cars we wanted within our budget. He also went above and beyond in regard to customer service.

    Dealership should disclose the total cost of the car including all dealer fees and charges. Otherwise buyer feels like they are getting ripped off. Its hard to trust a business that is not upfront and does not disclose the real final price. Many people have the same complaint. This business would probably sell more cars if they were honest. It is also not organized. I probably will go somewhere else to buy a car next time.

    I brought my car in for dealer recommend service which was basically an oil change. I was in by 7:30am and it was expected to take 1hr to 1hr 15 min. After a 2 hour wait, I requested an update , was told to wait for my service advisor who was busy. I then wait another 15 minutes. Only to be told that my car hasn’t been started because they are waiting for a filter. Two and 1/2 hours later. Not one person approached me to give me an update as I was waiting the whole time. I only wonder how long I would wait if I didn’t approach them. Needless to say, I left without service. Terrible customer services. No way to maintain a business

    I am not one to typically leave a review of any kind especially a bad one, but this has to be shared. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I never received my registration for my newly leased car. When I call to find out the status I am put on hold only to be redirected to another hold. I have had to go in multiple times in person and continue to be redirected to someone else. It seems like everyone there is just trying to push the work on somebody else and nobody is actually assisting me. I still have no physical copy of my registration and have a new car that I am not able to drive due to their negligence.

    Customer service will receive a one star. As for service they did the job however they damaged my car when doing the brakes. It looks as though they did not level the truck evenly therefore the bottom panels both are bent inward. I've called from the date they did the service and 4 days to today and I have received a call back form neither (district manager nor the service manager) to rectify the problem. I don't know what to do but move forward with alternative options.
