What a terrible service. This is the worst movie theater in the world. Hours and hours doing long lines to buy the food.. Hundreds of people waiting in lines and only 2 cashiers. No popcorn or soda refill and their prices in the sky! The manager only watch. My son bought the tickets online and still have to make the line to get it. The dirtiest movie theater I ever come. Never come back again.

I have been going to this theater for more than 15 years. I recently took my 7 year old to watch Spider-Man spider verse and was just appalled by the service. To start, The kiosk to print tickets that were ordered online was not working. All the employees looked and behaved as if they were mad at the world. I tried to order several food items and they just looked at me with an angry face and said kitchen is closed yet it opened 5 minutes later and another customer was able to place their order for fried chicken tenders. I asked if there were any Spider-Man cups and with the same angry look they just said “nope”. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. My little boy was so excited to watch Spider-Man and the employees negative mood just dampened the day. A simple smile would have gone a long way. Another thing , Other theaters were giving away Spider-Man posters and had Spider-Man buckets and cups. This theater had none. The arcade games they used to have before the remodel were a major hit. My children used to love getting there early before the movie started to play but all that was removed after the remodel. I will not come here anymore. I will go to paradise cinemas in Pembroke Pines from now on for a better experience.

Upgraded reclining sofa style seats makes coming here a top favorite for my Son and I. We're here almost 4-5 times a month and we enjoy the Movie selections and also their seat selection option upon the purchase of the tickets. There are plenty of restaurants in the area too, so you can't go wrong coming here!

This theater is so understaffed. It's Friday night, and you got one (1) employee selling tickets in the front. The line is 15 plus people deep. Then you got the self-service kiosk. There are only two (2) kiosks, and again, the line is ten (10) plus people long on each kiosk. On top of it all, you got a bunch of middle and high school kids goofing around cutting the lines. Don't waste your time and just go somewhere else. I can't believe I live down the street, and I have to drive to AMC Pembroke Lakes. But at least there are no lines, and if there are, they move fast. I read the other reviews, and for this place to have close to 4 stars is mind-boggling. These people with 4-5 stars must be paid off. I don't care how much up upgrades the lobby has or how great the lazy boy chairs are. If you don't have customer service and are understaffed, it's going to be tough to get in your theatre and remain a loyal customer.

This is seriously the worse movie theater we've ever been too. It is unclean, unorganized, and the staff is rude and look overworked and unhappy with their jobs, it is not an inviting or friendly place. Even if you have digital tickets purchased online, you have to make a huge lane to have them printed out.

They have really upgraded this place to the nines! The seats are like la-Z-boys that fully recline and have swivel tables at every chair. The lobby has a full bar! The theater is not stadium seating, that would be an understatement... every row has ample walking room in front of the seats and each row is several steps above the one in front of it. Prices are as expected. The courtyard at the entrance is amazing and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This Theater is nostalgic to me. I've lived in the neighborhood since I can remember. Now with its renovations it's made a major come back! Seats are much more comfortable and pleasant to enjoy your movie. The bar they added in the middle is also catchy when your on a date to Have a drink or two before your movie. The only thing I do miss is the carboard set ups of new upcoming movies. My kids really enjoyed taking pictures there.

It's a working movie theater, which are quickly becoming a thing of ancient times so two stars for that. 0 stars for everything else! Shame, because the theater experience should be magical and a treat each time you come not a raggedy place that needs new lighting, furniture, and just about everything else. Sad! The upkeep is non-existent. I wish I would have taken a pic of the bathroom but I was horrified by broken toilets with red bags over them and the stench.

Bought tickets to the Barbie movie and Transformers, had a terrible experience both times! After purchasing tickets online, you are expected to wait in another line to print them?! Although there were two machines to print, no one would refill the paper in the other machine to get the line moving. The popcorn was stale and another long line. Staff was seen on their phones, and the cardboard box was just sitting there out to get your 3D glasses. Not one staff member was friendly. Lastly, the theater is dirty. Poor management for sure.

Cobb theater in Miami Lakes is a good movie thearter. Always with a great selection of movies and a good Consesion stand. Located near Main Street Miami Lakes the is plenty of places to eat after the movie.

I went on a hectic Tuesday. There were so many school and camp buses in front of the building. There were so many people in the lobby (you could imagine the choas and noise). I walked into my theater 5 minutes before showtime, and the theater had not been cleaned yet. To be honest, the room was trashed, and I felt bad for the single young man cleaning it. Once the theater was cleaned, I enjoyed the movie and the reclining seats. I recommended more staff on busier days.

Updated venue with plenty of menu options. Parking availability is a bit limited. Cushioned seats, clean venue. Newer flooring and a bar tender is ready to make whatever needed to help you enjoy the show. Ticket prices are normal, and they offer different viewing options for movies.

I don't have good luck with movie theaters. There are always loud and inconsiderate people who ruin the movie. On this occasion, we went to see the new batman. We were towards the end where is was very climatic. A group of teenagers came in, flashing their phone flashlights, laughing and talking behind us. I ask them politely to please keep it down. They get worse and start mocking me. My partner stayed there watching our things as I got up and went to find an employee. A nice man (I'm sorry I don't know his name) was very helpful in coming to our aid. He came in quietly and ushered out the kids who snuck in without a ticket. They wouldn't have been kicked out for sneaking in if they were just respectful. I hope their parents teach them manners and to be considerate. Thank you, nice employee!

Horrible movie theater! The AC in the rooms is either broken or non existent, the actually have celling fans in the theater rooms. The waiting room and concession stand are a mess. The movie started and I had to go out to tell them to even turn the lights off which they did but still left the entry lights on for the better part of the movie, if that wasn’t enough to he audio in the theater is horrible. The sad part is I live close so it is practical for me but I honestly rather drive anywhere else

Came here last night to watch “the invisible man” me and my girlfriend were the 1st to walk in when we noticed the place had not been cleaned. There were cups and popcorn thrown all over the floor it was very disgusting poor management skillsOn the part of the supervisors and managers

Worst customer service ever. The lady with red box braids and piercings was horrible. That lady was rolling her eyes at us and was having an attitude the whole time. On top of that she charged us $13 extra which is ridiculous. It was so bad to the point where she called another lady to assist us. Honestly, you shouldn’t treat your customers like that. we were just trying to watch a movie. There was no need for this much drama. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

This theatre use to be excellent, unfortunately this is no longer the case.. The main area with the Concession counter is dirty and no priority is given to maintaining it. No care is given to food quality as seen on the picture, the food was burnt and appeared to be cooked in burnt old oil Lastly , the movie repeatedly froze or skipped. I will not be coming back here and suggest you go to a different theater.

Furst time in this theater. It's Wednesday 11/23 @ 3:38pm. Worst customer service ever These ladies really don't want to be here. They looked like they were in a bad mood. I thought the lady who took the order looked mad. Until the lady who served the pretzels. She couldn't work any slower and when brought the order, felt like she slammed it on the counter. Wow!!! You need a new staff. The theater was nice, clean with reclining seats, very comfortable. Invest in your employees!!!

This used to be my go to theater a few years back in high school. They have highly upgraded to the max. The inside area looks amazing, great bar built up scene, super nice and calm environment and prices continue to be great. I will be back to making this theater my usual

I've avoided attending this theater for a while, but decided to give it a try again. And whilst it looks it has had a nice remodeling touch, same culture remains, and technical issues. This time around, movie was stopped, alarm went off, everyone evacuated, to be let in about 10+ minutes later..and well, movie started while all the lights were on, and then the sound went out after lights were turned off..... went unattended for several minutes.... didn't even get to finish movie....and totally think this is the 2ND time this happens...except last time I was given a credit right away..this time around...nothing.

I have been here several times. I thought with the new updates it would have be better but last night it was a dealbreaker. Almost at the end of watching Thor 4 the screen went black and the light came back on. According to the employees it was bc someone pulled the fire alarm. The worst thing is that they didn’t fix anything or rewind the film. They acted like they didn’t care and giving false promises. I asked for refund. The employees are a bunch of kids. Hired adult or people with experience. Not all of them were bad tho. Another thing is that the seats were disgusting. Greasy and dirty. The ice machine was broken. They only have popcorn and soft drinks. That’s why I’m saying hired people with experience. Never coming back here again.

👍: First time here thought it a needed upgrade because it looked old but when you go inside it's really nice. What I thought was cool is that you could select your seats in advance on the screen, the chairs were amazingly comfy and finally what really surprised me is how much space their was inside the theater relative to its size. Downside: I came 10 minutes before the movie started so I use the bathroom thinking that they would play previews but when I came back I missed the intro. I was only in there for like 5 minutes tops. 🤯 The movie was Black Adam, I give it a shot because I love DC 🦸‍♂️ but Sabbac the villain 👹 was a big no for me. Wish there was more customer service that when they see you walking towards them and are about to leave the theater don't just turn the other way. 🤦‍♂️ At least have the audacity to say" hope you enjoyed the movie thank you come again ".

It is very nice since the renovations. Lay z boy reclining chairs with table is awesome. Me and my husband enjoyed our trip there and will definitely be going back.

After covid it took me a little to go back to the movies and wow it was a great surprise when I took my daughter back to mainstreet . First the open space the bar in the middle no more games taking all the floor space . AMAZING.

Had a great time with the family. The upgrades since I was here years ago and post Covid make me happy to go to the theater again. The seats are comfy and the environment looked clean and well cared for. The refreshments line moved as quickly as we could have hoped. Will go again next time I’m in Florida.

Slow line to get in because only one ticket booth was open. We ended up buying tickets online while waiting on line for the attendant. Ticket kiosk for tickets purchased online moved so fast that we jumped two people in front of us outside. Best to buy tickets online! Once inside I was happy to see the new decor, bar, and comfy seats inside the theatre. I'm inspired to start going to the movies again after years of not attending!

I have never been more disappointed to be a miami lakes resident. So disappointed to call this my family theater. The theaters are not cleaned in between screenings. The floor is filthy and the staff is miserable. So miserable that they are rude. All on their phones, can’t be bothered to respond to us, the customer, in any words at all. Concession staff also cannot be the bothered. When I asked for a icee, staff said what flavor, but in fact didn’t have any available. Why not say that from the start? The butter was out, and when I notified the nearest staff member, she signaled a tear drop falling from her face with her hand, and walked away. After trailers, the screen was black for more than 10 min, prior to movie rolling, seems no one was attending to projection at the time. Overall horrible experience. This theater is definitely falling short in every aspect. Seems new management is also never available, I still have yet to see a manager walking around this place at all. The movie trailers shut off at 2:13 and no one staff member was available or around to speak to to address this issue. I have called 4 times to no avail, no answer. It is now 2:30 and the movie has yet to begin. This is atrocious treatment and horrible standards for such an establishment.

Oh man... these seats!!! I took my daughter to see a movie( on Tuesdays I believe the movie is $5) we had popcorn 🍿 and sodas. We all know that movie fare isn't cheap. But who can watch a movie with out popcorn 🍿? Not me. I saw a lady with a blanket 😳 go into the movie, I dont blame her those seats recline all the way back!!! Love it!!!

The seats are numbered and recline. Super comfy. The theater is always clean and has plenty of free parking on the side. The staff is super nice and helpful. I didn't like the food but shame on me for having lunch at a movie theater. The popcorn was great though.

The actual movie theater is ok but be prepared to make a 20 min. line to get popcorn. They have employees just watching behind the counter, only one register open and a long line of people waiting...

I really like this place. Great curation of films, both from the archives as well as the newly released. The seats were very clean and very comfy to sit on. It has also a cup holder to put your drinks. I love the hotdogs on sticks that they sell and the popcorns as well. It tastes good. I will surely recommend this cinema house with my friends.

The seats were uncomfortable. They didn't recline, they just leaned back, everytime you push up against it. My son was aggravated with the seats. They ran out of Hotdogs on an early Friday. We went around 4. Too early to have run out in a valentines day weekend. The manager Tiffany was awesome though. I chose this theater by accident when purchasing it online, and went to the one. By the time we made it to this one, movie was 30 mins in and she allowed us to change it to the next upcoming time. Thanks again Tiffany.
