    This place has poor customer service and liars. I called on Saturday 10/30/2021 because i needed an fuel filter change. First they said they couldn’t do it because apparently it was to late so i they told me to come on Sunday 10/31/2021 at 7 in the morning so i can be first and they can attend me fast. I come at 7 am on 10/31/2021 and no one is here. Making me wake up early to come here and they are closed. Horrible service and service staffs.

    BEWARE AND RUN AWAY My friend purchased a BRAND NEW 50TH anniversary Dodge Charger RT as a lease from this dealer. Car worked amazing at first, as previously mentioned it was a NEW car straight out of the dealer, NOT used. $50k Car did not even last a year. 11 months after purchasing, he experienced large oil leaks and had to take to the dealer to get it fixed. Car had been well maintained and oil changes, filter, and tire rotations were done timely. To this day, 2 months later, car is STILL at the dealer! Managers are no help at all and refuse to cover costs to repair car or even a rental car after months of waiting for car to be fixed. They are blaming him for not changing the filter timely, even though he has records it was changed recently and in fact, on time! Now they are telling him he has to pay over $12,000 because his “less than a year old, right off the lot” car needs a new motor and they refuse to cover anything. Save yourself the headache and do not even go near this location. All they want is your money and that “warranty” is a joke and has no validity bc they will make up any little excuse to avoid them even having to pay a dime for your car.

    My brother Andy Rodriguez a loyal customer since 2020 recently leased a new 50th anniversary Dodge Challenger at the Miami Lakes Automall Dodge dealer, after 19,500 miles of use the car began to leak oil from the engine. He took the car to the Miami lakes auto mall to see what happened , the dealer provided a rental car for a week and then contacted my brother asking him to return the rented vehicle and that the dealer was not going to take care of the cost for fixing the vehicle or the rent of the car. My brother has been without a car for 3 months while he is still paying for his lease. The dealer has made up that the car broke because the filter wasn’t changed and they don’t want to take care of the cost because the car was not taken to their dealer for the oil change, andy Rodríguez provided receipts of the service shop where he took his vehicle to get the oil change and everything was done properly. The cost for fixing the car is around $12,000 dollars. I believe this completely unacceptable when you lease a car you are supposed to be cover when something like this happens specially on a brand new vehicle. Lawyers have been Involved and the dealer still refuses to take care of the vehicle damages. I would never do service at this dealer and I definitely won’t recommend to anyone else.

    05/21/2022. My son (Andy Rodriguez) leased a new 50th anniversary Dodge Challenger at the Miami Lakes Automall Dodge dealer, after 19,500 miles of use the car began to leak oil from the engine. We took it to the Miami Lakes Dodge dealer to see what was happening, after a week waiting for them, they made up a story that the car had not been taken there for an oil change, so we showed them the receipt from the service shop where we had done it, the oil and filter change and where we were present seeing it since the cars are not hidden there and the client can see what is done to his car, quite the opposite of the Miami Lakes Dodge service dealer. Later, the dealer's service manager (Stephen Kopecy) came in and brought a filter that no one knows where he got it from and said that the filter had not been changed and that is why the car's engine had been damaged with only 19500 miles. Of course, it's all a lie on their part to avoid repair costs. They argue for this reason that the car lost its warranty and to date and almost three months later the car is still there and they continue to evade their responsibility for repairing the car. I consider this a mistreatment of the client and a gross lack of respect. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this dealer.

    Jonatan my service advisor did and excellent job getting my Mopar 18 Dodge Durango SRT serviced. Parts were hard to get and Jonatan communicated very good along the process of getting my vehicle fixed. Great job… awesome dealer… luv the cars and artwork. Beautiful facility ….

    I had a really good experience with the salesman (Kevin) and the finance team (Carlos) at Miami lakes. My main issue is that this dealer does not honor their online pricing on certain vehicle..period. My vehicle was shown for MSRP online. When I went to Purchase the vehicle I was told about a markup. I asked the management (Raheel) about this discrepancy and he said “we just use the online price to bring people in then we negotiate face to face” while i am happy with my vehicle, i feel this vehicle was falsely advertised and I most likely wont be purchasing another vehicle here despite the awesome finance and sales team (Daniel then Kevin). Upon further checking and with documented communication from dealership sales personnel. They do this with all of their “specialty” vehicles and in my case a challenger.

    Went in for a simple purchase of an oil filter for my jeep wrangler and left feeling with bad vibes. Nobody ever greeted me at the parts counter when I arrived it was like as if nobody wanted to help. When I finally got helped out the guy charges me $32.75 for an oil filter. That’s insane and felt like he was definitely up charging me. I go online and the oem is no more than $12. When I go to the cashier to pay she didn’t even look up at me to acknowledge my existence just said “Yea” I tell her I’m there to pay for my part and give her my name. Which clearly she wasn’t even listening to me because she asked for it again. When the transaction was done there was no thank you or even bye or anything. This is probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere that has to do with retail. My advice is you guys ask more customer service orientated questions during your interview processes because my experience was very unacceptable from any business stand point. I won’t go back to this place not even to purchase a screw.

    I wish I could do 0 starts for this store, I called 5 times trying to get to the parts Dept. 1st time I was transfer to a voicemail machine, 2nd a girl at the front hung up on my face, 3rd same girl transfer me but then some else hung up on my face, 4th Asked them for Parts Dept and they transfer me to Voicemail machine and the 5th time I did Asked for the store manage to get some help but again the voicemail machine. Really poor service starting from the ppl at the front taking the calls for customers/shops. If ever need to get a car I would rather and most likely be taking my business and money to someone that knows how to handle business Att. Maurice Mejia "Manage at parts Dept of CBL INC. repair shop"

    I had my car serviced a few days ago my service coordinator Marcus Teyra went above and beyond. Not only was he polite and nice but he was funny too. Made my time go by quick.     really bad experience buying my dodge ram, also has issues with the truck and took the vehicle to service dpt and they saw me there standing trying to get help and there was 0 costumers there but me at that moment ,so I decide to leave because they don't appreciate costumers .     If you’re buyer who isn’t local, then keep on looking somewhere else. I called about a vehicle and trade and was promised a deal would be worked up shortly and wait half the day and hear nothing. Contact them again and they tell me they’ll get it to me the following day. I call back the following day and they say the car was sold to someone who came in that morning. Professionalism is dead at this dealership. I don’t think I’ve ever had such poor communication and service in my life.

    When i arrived at the service dept i was greeted by chris wilcox. He quickly started asking me questions to narrow down what problem my car was having. After a few minutes we were at his desk writing my service ticket and handed me my copy. I am extremely happy with him and will continue to take my vehicle for service with him

He walked me down steps by step and explained my vehicle issues and my options, he wasn't annoyed when I asked him a million and 1 questions, and was such a professional.     For us it is an absolute delight to be back in the Dodge Family. Being former owners of a Charger -the decision wasn't hard. What we always struggled with was finding the right person for our deal. As the primary bread winner in the home-making a move like this falls on my financial stability. Being able to provide my wife with her dream car was not only possible but pleasant with Augusto Rosario and Yasmany Basulto. From the moment I reached out to Augusto- he was on the specs my wife was looking for. Then the fine tuning made possible by Yasmany seriously sealed the deal.     Very nice showroom, but that's about it, personnel very unwelcoming, not amicable. Came to see a used car, had to interrupt sales people talking amongst them to say hello and ask for I was looking for. We were sat on a desk, different salesperson comes plugs in cell phone at desk, not even a hello. After waiting 20 minutes for salesperson to look for the vehicle for the test drive, we came out to a completely different vehicle to tell us that the one we came to see was sold, not interested and left.

    Update: Sep 15 2020 4th time I try to by a car at that dealer. Worst customer service. I talked to EDEL, lol very agressive and arrogant salespersons. He was traying not to sell me a car, first time that happens to me in my life, then he tells me that for the Car I wanted, the dealer was going to charge me 5000 more as a dealer fee. Stay away from this dealer. You have lots of options. All they try to do is yo sell you whatever is more convenient for them at the highest price possible. Got to other dealers 3rd time I try to buy a car in this dealer. I saw a Gladiator Rubicon on their internet page for 58k, i called and they told me that price is accurate and they have awesome Leasing deals on it. I went there and the story changed, the price now was 80k. I am a Local Guide, please please please go to other dealers , I went to another dealer 15mins and I already have the price in paper for the same truck for 58k MSRP. DONT BUY ANYTHING IN Miami Lakes Auto Mall. Please go check other dealers after you visits this one.

    I've been coming to Miami Lakes Automall for over a year for maintenance since buying my Ram 1500 and have had an okay experience until this week. Gregory M. was helpful in getting me set up with my routine maintenance and always has been in the past. The issue i had was that whoever quoted my repair tried to overcharge me almost $200 for a part that i bought from your parts department a few months earlier. I bought the part in February for $86 and on the quote to get it repaired this week I was going to be charged $357. It was a hassle to even get the part that i purchased from you all because I was never even called to pick it up when it arrived. I had another issue with a warning light on in my car but I didn't get it repaired that day because i didn't trust the quote. I feel as though i have to get a second opinion on anything i bring to the dealer and at that point why would i keep coming back?
