    Be warned! Do not go to this place!!! they are crooks! I came for a annual check up, which is 100% covered by my insurance. And I specifically asked for that prior to seeing the doctor. They still charged me $50 BEFORE the doctor saw me. I called my insurance and they said it's 100% free for the annual checkup. Then doctor saw me. I called my insurance and they called the clinic, they told them I went in for a diagnostic visit, they lied to the insurance. Now I got a bill for the full amount, insurance covered $0.00. I called them and they told me they billed me for a diagnostic visit, not an annual checkup.

    This review is for Sanitas Coral Springs and for TANIT SANTANA-KAHLOWSKY, PA. So I waited ONE HOUR to see PA Tanit Santana. Two people that arrived after me (long after) got called in first. Not worth mentioning the lack of customer service…. The front desk waiting area was 50F freezing cold but the exam room was like 95F. The entire place smelled either like fresh paint or pesticides- it was a very strong smell. Maybe they spray something to clean for Covid? I finally get called for triage and the medical assistant was SO slow that it was awkward. I understand that you might be trying to go a little slower to by time for the PA to come in but it was very unprofessional. Very bad vibes. So I asked the MA if the PA spoke Portuguese because it would be nice to speak in Portuguese and she said yes. Well the PA walks in and I greet her with Hello in Portuguese and she replies in English - which isn’t a problem …I understand some ppl prefer to speak in English of course. But omg she was like a robot , she barely spoke and it was extremely standoffish, like almost she was going out of her way to be that way. Which it was rude. It was super awkward and bad vibes again. She just was just standing there giving me lifeless stare. You know when you talk and the person pretends to listen but you know they are not listening or caring at all? Yep that type of situation…I could continue …but there’s no point. I truly wish I could dispute this “consultation” with my insurance. I wish there was a way that when you get HORRIBLE BAD health care related service you could get your money back or dispute the charge maybe they would care more. :) Also I’m very aware this is 2021 and there’s a shortage of everything ..including health care workers. But they had quite a few people working in there. They also should then INVEST on training the employees that they do have at the moment specially their PA and/or MDs. PA Tanit Santana needs training for sure. Ah, e se vc fala português não perca seu tempo pois o tratamento não é comparado ao tratamento brasileiro que tanto procuramos aqui.

    If you have a HMO plan, that needs to get authorized referrals by your insurance to see a specialist, this office will be a nightmare for you. They will tell you it's ready the referral and when you go to your appointment, they tell you they haven't sent anything. You can call them 5 times and send them a message through their portal website, still worthless because they won't send the referral. They ALWAYS blame it on "technical issues on the system", obviously not their system but your insurance's system. After 3 calls during the week and one message day before, and calling them 1 hour before the appointment, they still don't get the referral. I had to call and yell at them, so they could finally call my insurance company and get the authorization number in 5 minutes. These people are LAZY and NEGLIGENT. They simply don't want to call to get authorized referrals, they just wait for the system to give it and if it's "not working" according to them, then the patient is screwed and they do nothing. You have to push them to CALL and not do it through the system to get the authorized referral. And also, calling this office to talk to someone it's impossible. You have to wait 20 minutes to finally be able to talk to an operator! Every specialist office I have gone to, tell me they HATE CALLING SANITAS!!!! Note to Sanitas replying to the answer review below: This is my nickname here with Google. I went to see Dr. Lee Mendel on Friday. Now go ask to your representatives who answered my calls last Friday.

    I schedulled an appointment for 9am,but arrived there 8:50. They put me in a room saying that the doctor was coming. However, Until 9:27 nobody came. I went after someone at the clinic to know how long it would take for the doctor to come and the nurse said that the doctor was with a patient. And I asked why the doctor is with another patient if my appointment was scheduled for 9am ant it already was 9:27 and she said something about the patient being not collaborating. I think he was a kid. Noboby came to tell me that the doctor was caught in a situation and would need more time with the previous patient. Nobody came to ask if I wanted or could wait. I felt extremely disrespected not because of the doctor’s delay but because of the lack of communication. I have no plans to comeback there, though the location is very convenient to me.

    Very frustrating dealing with this office. Staff don't speak English and can't understand what the patient needs. Very frustrating and stressful. Also, claims that referrals have been sent to other doctor's office, is not done and results in a waste of the patient's time.

    I saw Dr. Quintero last September and I had a good impression in the beginning, I thought he is a good doctor the one that take cares his patience however I can not say and think the same way now. On January 16 the pharmacy request a refill for a medicine that I have been taking for 8 years, I called Sanitas 3 times to find out what happen with the refill after 5 days waiting, the doctor finally called me after 1 week and explained me that I have to be check again but Dr. Quintero does not have any available until 2/20. I told him to to 1 refill until my appointment 2/20 I explained to him that I can not be without my medicine due Im not sleeping and he say "I will change the medicine". He changed the sleeping medicine for antidepressant medicine, a medicine that I have been telling them (called 2 times since the January 22nd) that put me very down during the day and I dont sleep either at night, I tried this medicine before). SO NOW I missed a work day last week due to I was sleeping only for a max 3 hours and I was very tired to the point that I was afraid to drive until today 01/27/2020 I have not received any phone call from Sanitas or the doctor to change that antidepressant medicine that by the way Im not depress I have problem sleeping. LOOK LIKE THE SANITAS AND THE DOCTOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENCE.

    Conveniently located in Coral Springs-FL downtown, Sanitas Medical Center is a good option. Medical annual checkup exam was Okay. The facilities were clean and the personnel were friendly the medical assistant Lucas and Doc Molina were great (A+++), what made the medical experience smoother. Some points that can be improved: The communication could be better as it varied from what was told during the phone appointment service and what was told in the front desk. Schedule service can and should be improved as even coming 1 hr before appointment (the suggested was 30 minutes before) the medical exam started more than 20 min after scheduled time (a considerable delay), but not a really big deal if you can wait. Other than that, once again, an option to be considered. Recommended !

    This is honestly the worst medical center I have ever been in touch with. I look at these “5 star reviews” and just chuckle because I’ve given this place so many chances but they disappoint every single time. I usually always rate people 4 or 5 stars because I am not a picky person but the level of stupidity in that office cannot be fixed. I really advise anyone who is looking for primary doctors to stay away. This place is disgusting and filled with lazy people. I’m very disappointed.

    worst experience i have had with a doctor in my life!!… I am an 18 year old woman. As soon as DR. DEAN ADELMAN walked in the room he made me uncomfortable. The entire time of my appointment he was extremely close to me to the point that our bodies were touching, every time i was backing away he was leaning in more. very unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. if you are a female i do not recommend this doctor because he will make you uncomfortable and i was not the first one to feel this way by his actions. Absolutely disgusting! do not recommend DR. DEAN ADELMAN

    My first visit was pointless. I went to establish a relationship with the dr since i was a new patient. She wasn’t very thorough and never sent my rx over to the pharmacy like we discussed. I tried to call and ask if or when the rx was going to be sent to the pharmacy but i couldn’t get through so i gave up. Fast forward to today. I’m in the office because i broke my foot on Saturday, went to the ER where a temporary cast was put on upon discharge. I was asked to follow up with an ortho or a podiatrist since the metatarsal bone in my foot is fractured and i need immediate attention. Due to my insurance i require a referral to see a specialist. I was forced to come back to Sanitas to obtain a referral to see the ortho. I’m on crutches so it took me 20 mins to get from the parking lot to the building and up to the third floor. I was a little late for my appointment so now they’re saying i missed my appt. I’m just sitting here waiting and waiting to be called while my foot is swelling up and I’m in pain. I don’t understand why i can’t get my referral and leave to go get the care i need cause they can’t do absolutely anything for me except get my referral. Hopefully my foot swells enough and falls off in the waiting room so i can get called to the back eventually for this piece of paper 🤷🏽‍♀️

    This place is terrible I have to wait to get my own records more then 3 weeks. If you have an appointment have to wait an hour to see the doctor and if your late 10 minutes the doctor don’t want to see you what kind of doctors are there they don’t know that we have to work too and it is hard for the patient get there on time. When we see them we have to wait with patience’s but they don’t have consideration when we are late that’s unfair. I hate this place. They change workers all the time nobody last.

    It is very difficult for me to get a referral, I have been trying to get one for over a month. Each time someone else answers the phone and say they sent it over but don't. There was a representative that said they fax my referral over before I even gave the fax number. When I asked what number he fax it over to he said "oh yeah can I have the fax number please". It is unacceptable for me to have to call in every other day for something so simple!

    I had a wonderful experience with this center, from scheduling the appointment to the medical examination, everything went like a charm. Staff is very kind and diligent, Luis was really helpful on the phone when trying to find the best time for my appointment. Definitely would come back again!

    You see a patient coming in and leaving out . I notice that they don't clean the chairs. Also they have a change of shift and they let me waiting in the window for exactly 12 minutes so they can take my information for my appointment I stood there in the window and they don't acknowledge you or explain your what is happening they simply ignore you

    I’ve found one as knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and concerned as Dr. Maeng. She is a gifted physician with humor and smile. Sanitas are lucky that they have a doctor like her. God bless her and Sanitas Coral Spring teams.

    This place is ridiculous!! Every time that we have an appointment there we have to weight an our and fifteen minutes at least. Was there last week with some kind throat infection, my appointment was for 4 pm around 4:50 pm I asked what was going on with my 4 pm appointment, I have the same answer as the last times doctor was an emergency and was late, anyway by the time I see the doctor was 5:15 in 2 minutes he said that I had an acid reflux or something. I told him that was not possible because I never had that before, he send me home now my wife with throat infection and my seven year old with throat infection, NOT GOOD!!!!!

    Sanitas Coral Springs is the absolute best. The doctors and staff are all great, especially the office Manager (Ms. Shirley). They go out of their way for patients and provide excellent care. I highly recommend this location.

    Have been a patient at the Coral Springs location for over two years now. In the beginning, had a few issues with the front desk staff but things have improved a lot since then. My doctor is really great, never any issues with him.

    I'm so impressed with my recent visit to see Dr. Caballero. There was a very short wait and she saw me right on time. The doctor really took the time to listen to all my concerns and genuinely cared enough to resolve my issues. She was very kind, professional and made me feel comfortable. The medical assistant Janina, secretary Deither and other staff were so friendly and helpful. If I could give more stars I would! I highly recommend Sanitas at Coral Springs and will definitely be coming back again. - Jennifer D.

    Had a great experience my first time at the Sanitas in Coral Springs. Dr. Caballero was very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Rose at the front desk was amazing as well helping me get situated with paper work. All around great office!

    Excellent, expedited and friendly service. Everyone had a smile on their faces and were courteous. Dr. Gutierrez and Michelle are awesome, Elizabeth is incredibly knowledgeable and very encouraging with her recommendations on how to care for yourself. The front desk staff are also very friendly. Recomend this place for medical services.

    First and foremost I’m only writing this review and giving 5stars because of a young medical student by the name of Layanna.let me just say, when this young lady walked into the room, I immediately felt her warmth and caring Spirit, so this review is going to be a little personal and the kindness of a stranger….I walked into Sanitas medical center just to get a regular check up..Layanna attended to me and took my blood pressure, she immediately looked concerned, she asked me if I was feeling okay, and do I want a drink of water,I said I’m fine, she said my BP was high but she wanted a second opinion just to make sure , when her coworker checked my BP she said it was super high, however my primary DR wasn’t a bit concern, but my angel 😇 Layanna insisted that the DR give me something right away before I leave the center, which he did but my BP wasn’t getting lower, it was actually climbing (200/150) layanna said Miss Stacey you need to go to the emergency room right away , the concern this young lady had for me was overwhelmed and heartfelt she even went beyond her job description and asked her boss if she could drive me to the emergency room, but because of protocol she couldn’t, so this beautiful young lady took the elevator with me and walked me to my car, as I was driving out the Center I could see the worried looked on her face ,it felt like she was my daughter and she was scared for her mom. I made it to the emergency room and they admitted me immediately and kept me over night, the DR who was taking care of me she said Miss Llewellyn you are a walking time boom and if you didn’t come to the hospital now, no telling what could of happened. I say all this to say, there are still GOOD people out there, and I’m blessed to have met my angels Layanna❤️

    Can't get anyone on the phone it sends you to a call. Center. My husband was sene there on Saturday. They were supposed to send prescriptions to the pharmacy it's now Wendesday they still haven't been sent to the pharmacy. I have spent five hours on the phone in the last three days and just keep getting the run around. No one has a clue what their doing there.

    Rose at the front desk was great! Dr. Taylor-Dyke and all of the staff were very friendly. I do feel that the male nurse should be trained more on women's health if he will be interacting with patients.

    Had a great first visit at Sanitas, the whole office is Spanish speaker friendly with multiple office staff and doctors being Spanish speakers. Dr Santana was very friendly and listened to my concerns. Anna in front desk was so helpful, went out of her way to help me with my appointment and answered all my questions. Overall happy with this office.

    I’m a new patient and my first experience was great. It was more quick that I expected and thought it could have been more than 2 minutes but maybe with medical history and results, it would be a different experience. My Dr. was NP Tatiana, my nurse was Janina and my check out experience was with Ana. Recommend this office. Everyone was extremely friendly and had a smile. Very welcoming.

    Doctor Tatiana caballero checked me out and got everything done that I needed.. she was very nice and easy to talk with.. also janina escorted me and was very nice with me as well as Ana at front desk. I'm glad I came for my annual checkup:)

    Dr. Tanit Santana is an impressive professional. Took the time to listen to me. Addressed each and every one of my concerns. Great bedside manner. Dr. Santana made me feel comfortable and truly understood. Check-out was a breeze with Ana. She was kind, courteous, and explained the next step in detail. I don't like going to the doc office, but here everything was great. Nice, clean, and quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend Dr. Santana and this office.

    Doctor Gonzalo Gutiérrez was terrific; he listened carefully to my needs, and I will keep like my primary doctor. Ana from the staff was a fantastic help with all my documents and my next exam. Thank you to all Sanita's staff for all your help. If I can o will give you more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Set an appointment today with Doctor Calzadilla, when first entering staff was super friendly wait time was maybe 10 minutes and then was called back. Staff also speak Spanish, which was very helpful. Doctor Calzadilla is always amazing. She ever remembered my son, and was very sweet and attentive to him. My nurse was also very thorough with all questions. Ana was also very pleasant and was able to give me all the paperwork I needed when my appointment was over.

    From the front desk to the dr, they were all great! Ana (Front desk) was very friendly and very helpful. Brittany (Nurse) was also very friendly, helpful and patient was I gave her all the information required for new patients. Dr. Taylor listened to all of our concerns and ordered medication and tests immediately. We arrived earlier due to a scheduling issue but we were taken care of quickly and had minimal wait time. We look forward to continuing with this medical practice!

    Dr. Caballero and Janina They was very helpful and understandable about the concerns my boyfriend is having with his health condition. Also, they broke it down in terminology where you can understand how it works after having spinal surgery and what to do to avoid any interruptions. I recommend this office to anybody that is looking for a safe and clean office where the concerns and issues matters. We love it here and this our first visit and looking for more visits. Thanks a million

    If you are thinking about using there services and don't speak English look elsewhere. I started here about 2 years ago and first saw Doc Quintaro and it was a wonderful experience. He took time ,went over everything and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Unfortunately every visit since then we saw a different Doctor who really isn't aware of the previous doctors thoughts or diagnosis. Just recently my wife went in with back pain and frequent urination and was prescribe medicine for a urinary track infection and test were ordered. The test showed a stone in here gallbladder and when a representative from the office called on the phone she could barely speak English and I had no idea what she was saying and when I told her that she just hung up on me. Now there ordering further test because they know its not a urinary infection but never told her stop taking the drugs for the urinary infection. You cant get thru to them directly . Its been a nightmare and also Quest has trouble getting prescriptions from them and the imagining company has problems with them and it seems they just don't care. They just you in and out like cattle. Bunos Dias

    I had an in person office visit today 09-03-2020 with Dr. Gladys Duarte who made me feel completely comfortable and safe against Covid, answered all of my questions and performed a thorough examination as usual. Thank you again Dr. Duarte and all of the front line staff at Sanitas! And yes everyone including myself were wearing a mask, my temperature was immediately taken upon entry to the waiting area and all medical personnel had on extra protective gear. The office staff were also amazing, super helpful and continuously implementing their sanitizing procedures and making sure all patients were practicing social distancing rules. Very organized! Also a special thanks to Heizel the office manager who was extremely helpful and empathetic towards me back in March of this year helping me resolve some paperwork issues. She went above and beyond. Thank you again.
